First cycle advice needed

Hey EVO members I'm looking to do my first cycle, I'm 25 175cm(5 9') and 82kg(181 lbs) around 20% body fat(haven't measured specifically but I can tell by eyeballing it). Been constantly working out with my friends for about a year now and I have seen some improvements but nowhere near as my peers have, been having a hard time with my strength as well. I had been suspecting that I may have low T levels for a while now probably about 2.5 years with similar symptoms so I decided to finally do a blood test a few weeks ago. My T level came back as 10.6 nmol/L (305 ng/dL) which contrary to the wide reference range, I'm being told is very low for someone my age. (Attached partial lab results below). Just to clarify, I do sleep well and didn't drink prior to this test, I tried to get the most accurate result as possible. My doctor seems to believe that my T is fine as it is within acceptable range but my symptoms say otherwise. (Not just symptoms from lack of progress, but rather mental and energy wise as well), that being said I am looking for a positive change in my day to day life.

To clarify, I'm not looking for only TRT specific advice, I wanted to start my anabolic journey for a while now. What I had in mind initially was a blast (200mg test cyp 14 weeks) and cruise (110-120mg test cyp). But having done more research I am conflicted as if those TRT level doses would truly achieve the transformation I want or expect. In my initial plan I wasn't planning to use AI or PCT as I was going to blast and cruise at a low dose. However I am now considering between 400-600mg test cyp for a 14 weeks cycle, followed by a cruise of 150-200mg test cyp. However where I am located I can't find a reliable source if any that I can get HCGenerate ES and N2Guard from. I can however get HCG but based on my research its actually counterproductive, feel free to correct me if I am wrong about anything I am here to learn and get advice. Everything else on that list I can get easily from reputable sources. So I am not sure if the perfect PCT can be an option for managing my long term health if I need to do PCT.

I am not interested in going crazy and doing tren, I want to stay on the safer side (Yes, I understand there is no such thing as fully safe when doing steroids).

I'm looking for suggestions for my first cycle, such as whether I should stack test with something else or what doses or other steroids you would recommend. Ideally my goal is to put on as much lean muscle as possible without putting on too much fat or stress on my body that can cause long term problems. I am on dutasteride so I am no so much worried about hair loss and can get Accutane for acne as well. Other suggestions such as Aromasin etc to manage side effects of high doses are welcome.

From what I understand Primobolan (I can get where I am located) is also a good option.

welcome to the EVO family :D @rtj200 We know nothing about your training food or habits yet, so before anyone tells you doses you need to start a full pre-cycle log so the EVO family can see your base and guide you properly.
Post your training days food macros weekly pics and full bloods in a log thread and you will get real advice that actually fits your body. It will take you 15min to do it.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

At 25, there is a bit to consider before jumping on, to mirror some of the other guys, body fat will play a problem for you if you do decide to go on, you will likely have e2 issues on something like 600mg test.

Fertility, are you wanting a family? Are you prepared to potentially not be fertile again?

Are you prepared to pin for the rest of your life.

Im not saying dont do the cycle - this is a steroid forum after all, but there is alot of things you could optimise first before jumping to that step.

Why not try Retatrutide and commit to a solid diet with some training and see what your test levels look like after leaning up and fixing some of your metabolic health numbers?
 
Just on the back of what @Dreamer said you need to be prepared for a life of pinning. Low test levels kind of mean at some point you are going to want to increase you levels.
Fertility will decrease as you ultise aas for an extended period of time.
I'd recommend starting low if you are going to jump on no point pumping large amounts of anabolics.
250mg of test is elite add in some gh and your off to the races.
Make sure you are prepared for all sides e2 related ones are the main thing.
Blood pressure as well and liver/renal function.
Most of us eat and live very clean and healthy lifestyles.

hcg just isn't needed at all man. i would go with natty herbals if you are worried about your balls
its a myth that hcg prevents shutdown, it actually does the opposite

I would like to see your pics. @rtj200 get a log up and lets see. This way we can give you an estimate of your body fat and that will help.

bros you smart not looking to do tren. i think you should do something basic. maybe some anavar as a first stack for 6 weeks

Definitely get your body fat down before you start your first cycle and definitely put up a log we'll be able to help you with your diet and nutrition and get things going in the right direction
