hey guys I decided to do a log for this blast and give an insight to everything that goes on, I’m already 1 week into this cycle before I started logging but only at half the doses just to let my body to adjust to new compounds.

Stats
Age: 36
Weight: 122kg
Bf: 12%
Height: 6ft

Current blast (@HybridLabs for my choice of AAS)
1 - 12 test e 750mg
1 - 10 npp 600mg
1 - 10 dhb 400mg
1 - 5 anadrol 75mg
1 - 5 novorapid 12iu pwo
T3 at 12.5mcg
Aromasin 12.5 eod (adjusting with bloods every few weeks)

Ok so the length of this cycle will be based on my bloods and health markers and if they stay in a good range I will be running the blast longer but also taking compounds out and adding new compounds in (primo/tren/var) or just increase dosages. I’ve been cycling and blasting/cruising for many years and I know my body very well as I spend more time seeing what works for me and what doesn’t. What compounds agree with me and what don’t as by checking bloods.

The goal
Growth phase but to keep it lean and I been carb cycling where I alter carbs as to my growth weekly/fortnighly so atm my days look like this

High days: 804 carbs
Medium: 579 carbs
Low: 306 carbs

4 training days a week 2 cardio days (off days) and one day of no cardio and no weights just to let body heal (structured like this as I’m not in 20’s anymore so my body responds way better to this)

Week 1:
Start of weight (119kg fasted)

This week was just introducing the other compounds into my system at half the dose to get my body primed for it. I have filled out a bit but I’m assuming this is from the insulin or possibly anadrol but it looks good so far. I weigh 122kg as of today fasted and it’s a high day so I’ll be going full throttle with back/traps.

Why no HGH since your taking insulin?
i don’t feel I need it if I’m progressing as it is. I’ve used it a year straight and it only ever gave me better sleep and a Sense of well being but I didn’t like the feelings of my hands hurting and feeling numb for ages.

Fair enough. I feel it cuts my recovery time by at least 2 days. Insulin is pretty amazing though. I can’t wait to start using it once I get my BF level down to a more reasonable level. The amount of muscle gained while using slin is amazing.

How did you run your protocol for slin? I’ve tried many ways but always curious to know how other people run it
 
Trained back/traps and lifts are up.
Rack pulls my favourite at the moment towards end of back workout and that’s at 260kg for 6 reps but controlled as much as I can. My back is pumped and traps are on fire.

Sides atm
Full feeling (from anadrol as usual) but I force feed regardless.

Excessive sweating lol

Little to no water retention

to keep in mind manipulating your brain to fall asleep actually lowers the quality of your sleep

you want to work your way to eventually being able to sleep with no assistance even via supplements and that will give you the biggest benefits from your sleep that you can get

things like wearing blue blockers before bed, it staying away from electronics and especially keeping Electronics out of your bedroom will go a long way

I’ve been on that current amount for high days for 3 weeks now, the food isn’t a problem at all cause I don’t have a hard time getting it in but I know the anadrol makes it a little tricky feeling a little full but I still manage.

I’ll put all that up I just have to make the food first and take photos same with the supps too and I just gotta cover face in photos so when I finish work I’ll do so.

Your exactly right and the electronic part was one of the worst culprits but work wise I would have to send sht loads of email but now I just set a timer to put my phone away. It sounds stupid but I use my son’s white noise machine only because I’m a very light sleeper if it comes to noise so the sound of rain puts me to sleep for ages. I just wake up at nights to piss 2 - 3 times a night due to the amount of water I drink.
 
blue blocker glasses will block blue light
that will help you fall asleep
 
why are you peeing so much?
No need to drink so much water that you have to get up two or three times a night that's crazy and not necessary

Honestly I have never heard of them before so this is all new to me. But definitely I’ll look into it.

To be honest it was the old hype of reading on forums at a younger age “drink minimum 5ltres a day” to clear body and help with water retention mumbo jumbo that I got stuck on it. Sometimes researching had its ups and downs.

it's definitely overhyped that you need that much water
let's be honest if you're sweating and it's extremely hot then yeah you need more but otherwise you don't need that much water

Yeah I guess sometimes knowledge on the net has it’s good and bad but I just try learn as I go. Tho I do sweat it out heaps during training or summer other then that I’m dry as a nuns panties.
 
there are also ways to block blue light on your computer
but wearing the blocker glasses are smart
What about if your a light sleeper? The one thing I have done is put YouTube on “black screen rain noise” and I can knock out. If I don’t have it on and I hear noises here and there sometimes I just can’t sleep cause my brain just goes into hypo mode and think

Today was
Shoulder/traps
Warmed up a fair bit with rotator and shoulder work prior to lifting and started with the arsenal shoulder press.

Set 1: 3 plates each side (120kg) but time under tension so 3 seconds on the negative with full control for 15 reps

Set 2: 4 plates (160kg) 11 reps but last 2 was a struggle but got them up.

Set 3: 4 1/2 plates (180kg) 7 reps but intensity was good and pumps were solid.

Set 4: back off set 3 plates (120kg) 18 reps where I got 13 strict but shaking with the 5 reps but nailed them down.

Next exercise was
One arm dumbell upright row
3 sets

Reverse pec deck
3 sets

Cable one arm side lateral
2 sets tut

Last exercise was 2 sets of hammer strength shoulder press for high reps and max load on pin.

Triceps were
Dips weighted 3 sets
Cable press down 3 sets
Overhead dumbell press 3 sets

Pumps are filthy and love it. Strength is good but I prefer good reps rather then going up after 6 reps.

@Snayaz the volume is nice I like this, thought I'd like to see higher rep sets some 20 reps

Higher reps I can do but this 4 week block for me is to nail strict time under tension with heavy weight just so I can shock the muscle then I will scale back just a little and go higher reps and add a 5th exercise like a standing behind the neck but a burn out where I go 20 to 30+ just to burn it out.

Todays is a rest day so no training except fasted cardio for half hour.

Low carb day for me so it’s total of 306g carbs for the day.

I’m up 2 and a half kg, much more rounder especially in the shoulders and arms/chest
Veins on the triceps/biceps.

Water retention isn’t really there which is good as I can see I haven’t ballooned much from the anadrol.

Thankgod the DHB is literally painless again thanks to @HybridLabs because I’m really loving your oils and the pip from the dhb is nothing at all. So far their oils have been a smooth transition.

I know the pumps from the slin are present and the mix with anadrol does wonders too here.

Tomorro is a moderate carb day and also chest/bicep/calves so I’ll post a few photos up esp of my post workout meal which contains 230g beef and 600g oven baked potatoes seasoned with garlic powder and Mexican chilli Aswel as turmeric.

Hey guys so I’ll be posting a bit of photos and this is my medium carb day.

I usually wake up 5:40am to cook my first meal and it’s of the following

4 whole eggs
3 egg whites
4 English muffins
1 pear
I add salt/carb reduced ketchup but very light amount just for some flavour so it does the job.

Once I eat this like I just did I go back to sleep and wake up 7:30 to cook next meal.
 
Sorry I forgot to mention morning supplementation which is

6g fish oil
1 x shilajit
4000 vitamin d
4 x cycle safe (organ protectant)
1 x UDCA (urisidial)
1 x Nac
1 x multi vitamin

It may seem overboard with the tablets here but bloodwork on cycle has always come back great on cholesterol and liver and kidneys. I would spend more on health than on aas for longevity reasons. Bp this morning is 131/65
 
What’s missing in this photo is the vegetables as I was eating them during cooking lol.

230g diced beef and 280g jasmine rice and a pear

The sludgy stuff is (this protein powder doesn’t mix well with rice flour)
130g cream of rice
2 scoops protein
120g blueberries and pineapple
Glutamine and Creatine

For my Intra workout it contains
30g carbs from P2P
2 scoops amino energy (just for the caffeine content)

I also preload on a lot of water before training also as I sweat heavy during training plus to
Keep hydrated enough to not rip anything.

Todays workout
Chest/biceps/calves

Long story short for this. My weight on each exercise has gone up and the pump was insane.
I can still tell I haven’t put water weight on as much probably 5% if not less.

I didn’t get a chance to jump on scale before waking up but digital scale at the gym says 129.8kg usually I don’t check my weight because scales always tell me something different esp 2 different ones.

Soon I’m going to up my carbs in the next few weeks for both high and medium days because lastnight around 1am I woke up feeling crazy hungry and I know my body can store more food. Bodyfat hasn’t gone up and I feel it’s gone down a tad bit.

Sorry if this isn’t the best log as it’s my first.

Also question

I’m running aromasin at 12.5mg eod, I plan on doing bloods to check where my estro is at. Is there any experienced members upon us that can chime in once I get these results and to see if I need to up or lower dose or stop?

In my 20s I never had estro issues but getting older I feel estro prone could be a thing or I could be wrong too.

Ok so here is my PWO meal

230g chicken breast (boiled)
600g oven baked potatoes with tumeric/garlic powder/mexican chilli powder dazzled with white vinegar and some Himalayan salt.

And here is a work toilet selfie lmao. Don’t judge the overalls but gives you a fair idea where I’m at with a good pump.

and on bloods, if you take aromasin close to blood work, it will show lower E2 then normal as you'll have a drop. It's normal to stop ai 5 days out.

I feel ya the same has happened to me. I use to never deal with estrogen but now in my late 30s it gets me everytime

Do you use ai everytime?

I suffered pre pubescent gyno in year 8 but that went away but never had any issues with gyno ever since. My reason using it now is for water retention and any other minor signs. When I did my estrogen check on a cruise just few weeks back it was quite high so I started aromasin at 12.5mg eod. Libido has been good so far compared to other cycles.

130kg for 6 reps and my lats are pumped

single arm Hammer strength row machine
Max 120kg each side for 7 solid reps
Rep ranges prior are between 12 to 20 reps.

Lat pull-down
Maxed the load for 8 reps.

Rack pulls
Max weight 260kg for 7 reps. I try control it on the way down rather then bounce it. But next week I will be changing rack pulls to farmer walks

Traps
Dumbell shrug
75kg 7 reps strict as can be followed by 10 fast reps even if it’s a little cheat to fatigue my traps.

Machine row machine
These I row half way but it’s more a shrug row if that makes sense. It’s always thickened my mid/upper traps and the pumps unreal.

75kg 7 reps strict as can be followed by 10 fast reps even if it’s a little cheat to fatigue my traps.

These I row half way but it’s more a shrug row if that makes sense. It’s always thickened my mid/upper traps and the pumps unreal.

Do you use ai everytime?

I suffered pre pubescent gyno in year 8 but that went away but never had any issues with gyno ever since. My reason using it now is for water retention and any other minor signs. When I did my estrogen check on a cruise just few weeks back it was quite high so I started aromasin at 12.5mg eod. Libido has been good so far compared to other cycles.
Yes I have to use an ai every cycle and I dot. Run crazy high test. The highest I go is 375 mgs so 1 1/2 cc of test 250 and I only get symptoms in my right nipple. It’s bad enough I can tell it if I miss one dose of my ai. In my mid to late 20s I always kept test at 500 mgs a week and never dealt with any signs or symptoms

I use to run 1gram even higher in my 20s and not on estro issue but now I cop water retention and few other minor synptoms. Estro levels back then were on point but now they go high so I had to add ai

2 scoops amino energy (just for the caffeine content)

I also preload on a lot of water before training also as I sweat heavy during training plus to
Keep hydrated enough to not rip anything.

Long story short for this. My weight on each exercise has gone up and the pump was insane.
I can still tell I haven’t put water weight on as much probably 5% if not less.

I didn’t get a chance to jump on scale before waking up but digital scale at the gym says 129.8kg usually I don’t check my weight because scales always tell me something different esp 2 different ones.

Soon I’m going to up my carbs in the next few weeks for both high and medium days because lastnight around 1am I woke up feeling crazy hungry and I know my body can store more food. Bodyfat hasn’t gone up and I feel it’s gone down a tad bit.

I’m running aromasin at 12.5mg eod, I plan on doing bloods to check where my estro is at. Is there any experienced members upon us that can chime in once I get these results and to see if I need to up or lower dose or stop?

In my 20s I never had estro issues but getting older I feel estro prone could be a thing or I could be wrong too.
Im bad for eating my food as I was cooking also lol

I workout 4 x a week but I may bump it up to 5 days a week but that just limits my days of recovery and rest so I’m not sure atm.

Diet is going to be adjusted next Sunday by increasing carbs by 15% on moderate and high days but low days will remain the same amount of carbs.

You would think the older we get the better it would but damn it feels the opposite lol. Getting more estro sensative is something I am not a fan of.
