Nice and simple layout, I like that. Have you already calculated how many calories you’d be eating daily and protein to carb ratio ? I assume you’re going to be cutting weight correct ?
Idea is to lose body fat for sure and gain some muscle mass. I haven’t calculated exact calories or protein to carb ratio. What is a good start to that?

I’m a big advocate on high protein, I know some of the guys here are as well. Better be safe than sorry imo :) 220 your a big dude, how tall are you ? You don’t look like your in too bad of a shape, thinking a recomp could fit your cycle quite well. That way you build some decent muscle mass while loosing a good chunk of fat in the process. Trail n error is a big thing as everyone reacts differently to foods, peds etc but a good place to start would be calculating your bmr “base metabolic rate” and eat around there. Hitting your protein goals should be quite easy since your choice is chicken, very high in protein and low in calories. I’d start at 250 / 300 g of protein and keep carbs anywhere from 200g to 100g or even carb cycling if you’re willing to do that.

Well it’s been a great day! Got up this morning and took my 40mg of Tbol with some water then hit the gym. Started with 15 minutes cardio and ended with that.

Barbell bench warm up: Barx15 95x10 115x10
Barbell bench: 135x6 135x6 135x4 135x5
Hammer strength incline: 45x12 55x10 65x8 75x6
Dumbbell bench: 45x10 50x8 55x8 60x6
Machine fly: 70x15 85x15 100x15 115x12
Tricep dip: 90x15 140x12 140x12 140x12
High pulley tricep pushdown: 40x15 50x12 60x10 40x15

After workout I had a protein shake and 6 scrambled eggs with 2 packets of oatmeal. Also had my first Test E does of 200mg. Next one is Thursday! Feeling great! Tomorrow is back and biceps.

@BrightFuture excited to see you start, I was following your cycle prep log, you're dedicated so lets do this.

On the diet, you shouldnt keep the diet the same and you need to drop the rice in multiple meals.
Stick to oatmeal post workout and drop the other carbs, add more fats like walnuts and fish oil.

good training day big man lets up that cardio to 30min 15 pre/15 post

Also wanted to note how much easier getting dumbbells into position for dumbbell bench was. In the past that was always a struggle but today it felt quite easy which mean I can push harder next time.
the gear is kicking strong

Today was back/biceps. Had a good workout and started with 15 minutes of cardio and then finished with that as well.

Barbell row: 135x15 155x12 175x8 225x1
Wide grip lat pulldown: 120x15 135x12 150x8 150x8
Cable seated row: 120x15 135x10 150x8
Straight arm pulldown: 90x15 90x15 90x15 90x11
EZ Bar curl: 50x10 50x10 60x10
Hammer curl: 30x12 30x12 30x12

That first set of barbell rows was a breeze. The straight arm pull downs give me a better pump in my back than anything else. Might replace the cable seated rows with dumbbell rows. Think dumbbell rows hit the back better. Only 3 sets of 2 exercises for biceps because my actual arm day is Friday. Arms are a major point of concern for me which is why I am hitting them twice a week. Friday will be significantly more volume. So far the tbol is going well. Second dose of Test E is Thursday morning. Also the N2Guard came in yesterday as well.

All in all feeling pretty pumped. Although think I should have done more on my back today than I did. Won’t let that happen again. Thank you for all the support!

you got the best gear on the planet bro do your thing

Today was shoulder day and it felt great. I don’t know if it was just in my head but something felt different. Cardio was easier than usual. The weights also felt easier than I expected. Today was the third day of tbol and I know it really isnt suppose to kick in that fast but idk today felt amazing.

Hammer strength shoulder press: 45x15 60x15 70x10 80x7
Barbell shrug: 135x15 185x15 225x10 225x10
Dumbbell lateral raise: 5 sets of 12 with 15 pounds
Face pull: 90x15 100x15 100x15 100x15
Reverse fly: 60x15 60x15 60x12 60x12

I honestly feel like I could go back to the gym right now! Like idk but damn I feel amazing. Again this might just be in my head or maybe the tbol is kicking in. When I did the shoulder press with 45 for 15 reps I felt like I could have probably cranked out another 10 but wasn’t sure how beneficial that would have been. Then I hit 60 pounds for 15 and again felt like I could have kept going. For 70 and 80 pounds I had zero issue getting the weight up for that first rep. Idk but I feel amazing.

I did 15 minutes of cardio to start then another 15 at the end. Tomorrow is leg day.

Deffo the TBol

very good decision getting n2guard

you can always tick the tbol dose up by 10 or 20mgs if you want

i like to throw in like a little more tbol just for fun on workout days :)

Yesterday I went for a 1 mile jog in the evening. Today was my second dose of Test E and it went smoothly. I might bump the TBOL up to 60mg. Today was leg day.

Hammer squat: 180x12 230x10 250x8 270x6
Romanian deadlift: 115x12 115x12 115x12
Leg press: 280x12 300x12 320x8
Calf raise: 215x15 215x15 215x15 215x15
Leg Curl: 135x20 150x12 150x12 150x10
Leg extension: 120x15 120x15 120x15 120x15

Felt amazing! Also did 10 minutes of cardio before and after. I find cardio to be particularly tough on leg days but will go back to the 15 minutes before and after starting tomorrow. All in all I feel great!

Attached are dinner picture for tonight and my protein powder. Trying to cut back on the rice. So lots of veggies and salmon tonight. Also still eating my chicken, veggies and rice twice a day. Although starting next week I will do chicken, veggies and rice once a day and then chicken and lots of veggies after that so I can cut down the carbs.

killin it bro you gonna love the DS stuff you got

Alright so yesterday was bench press plus arms. One major note when it comes to bench. The weight itself doesn’t feel that heavy but I notice after about 4-5 reps my left shoulder seemingly doesn’t want to stabilize anymore and it makes it harder to keep going. I have definitely gotten stronger because 2 months ago I couldn’t even do 135 for 1 rep. I do have a history of issues with that left shoulder but none of them are serious and doctors encourage lifting. I don’t seem to have this problem with dumbbell bench. I have noticed around my gym most of the big guys seem to stick with dumbbell bench over barbell. Should I continue trying with the barbell bench or should I just stick to dumbbells?

Barbell bench: 135x6 135x7 135x6
EZ Bar tricep extension: 70x10 70x10 70x10 70x10
Cable tricep pushdown: 80x15 80x15 80x15 80x15
Tricep dip: 90x20 140x15 140x12 140x13
Cable bicep curl: 70x15 70x15 70x15 70x12
Preacher curl: 45x12 45x12 55x10 55x7
Hammer curl: 30x12 30x12 30x12 30x12

Also took 60mg of tbol yesterday and I had the best arm pump I have ever had. I came home and my wife commented. Also noticing my arms are feeling fuller and tighter all the time. So far I have had no side effects at all. I actually feel pretty amazing. Would it be worthwhile to try 80mg of tbol? I went on a 1 mile run today. Trying the fasting thing but it’s tough because I have a huge appetite all the time(even before this),

Have a sort of cheat meal tonight. I really wanted to avoid that but i don’t think this one is really all that bad. It’s a potato soup my wife makes and it’s absolutely incredible and does have kale in it.

Also I should have took pictures of my arms yesterday will make sure I do that next time. My wife has also commented that my stomach looks flatter. I have to agree with her and I have noticed my love handles seem to be less pronounced now. Will weigh and measure myself first thing tomorrow morning and report back.

@BrightFuture next time we need to see arms pics
share more we need to see where you're at

and fasting is smart push thru it, fasting with high protein

I work my back to support my bench. Look at rotator cuff work too

potato soup isn't bad at all as long as it doesn't have refined oils
Yeah she doesn’t put anything like that in it. She does use some olive oil and there is sausage which I know isn’t great but all in all I don’t think it’s particularly unhealthy. It is absolutely delicious though.

I actually have. I can’t remember what they said it was but it wasn’t anything serious. Just a minor annoyance.
I am curious about deca? I have read it can potentially do wonders for this sort of thing. Is this something worth considering?

Here are the pictures! Notice how with my arms down at my side my love handles no longer touch my forearms? Also getting my chest hair popping up.

50mg I wouldn't go higher your pushing to soon to fast, your liver is gonna be in poor favor orals are harsh in nature and taxing on the kidneys and liver, push to much you can become lethargic and then your training will suffer take what u need not what you want.

Great. Think I will just stick to 40mg because it seems to be working. Thank you.

Alright so had a good weekend. Went for a 1 mile run on Saturday then went to the gym on Sunday for 30 minutes of cardio. Trying to skip breakfast on the weekends but that’s tough because I have a huge appetite. Today was my third injection. I tried something different today. I decided to start with dumbbell bench but just as a warmup for the barbell bench. Was hoping it would set me up better for the barbell bench but it did not. It’s just my left shoulder. Moving forward I will stick with dumbbell bench and maybe revisit barbell later on, I just don’t want to injure my shoulder. Dumbbells feel fine.

Dumbbell bench: 35x15 45x12 55x10 60x6(felt great on the shoulders and I think I can definitely do more than this so Friday I will)
Barbell bench: just did a few sets with 135 but my left shoulder just doesn’t like this.
Hammer incline chest press: 45x15 70x11 75x7 45x17
Machine fly: 85x15 100x15 115x15 130x8
Tricep dip: 90x20 140x15 140x12 140x12
Tricep pushdown: 90x20 90x15 90x15 90x15

A super positive note is the incline hammer chest press. 70 pounds for 11 reps! Also for dumbbells and hammer strength movements it’s 70 pounds for each side so 140 pounds total. Wasn’t sure if I was clear on that. Also did 15 minutes cardio to start and 15 minutes at end.

Cutting back on the carbs. Instead of 1 cup rice it’s half a cup of rice.

Instead of 1 cup rice it’s half a cup of rice.
lbs not kilos right

you showing everybody how it's done good consistent lifting

stay away from incline and shoulder presses

fasted cardio is definitely the best

Workout looks solid bro

Alright so I overslept yesterday so I didn’t make it to gym. Had a busy day ahead of me with a job interview. I am moving on to the next step with that!

Decided I will move workouts by a day so that means today was back and biceps. All weights are pounds.

Barbell row: 135x15 155x12 175x10 195x4
Lat pulldown wide grip: 120x15 135x10 150x10 150x4
Cable seated row: 120x12 135x12 150x10 165x6
Straight arm pulldown: 90x15 90x15 90x15 90x15
Cable bicep curl: 70x15 70x15 70x15 70x15
Cable hammer curl: 50x15 60x15 70x15 80x15
Cable bicep curl: 50x25
Close grip lat pulldown: 75x15 90x15 135x15

A couple of notes. Today I hit 175 pounds for 10 reps on the barbell row. First time I did that so I will be increasing the weight next week(first set will be 155 pounds instead 135). I have never done close grip pulldowns before and I hadn’t really planned to. Decided to do them because I still had plenty left in the tank. Started with 75 pounds then 90 but those were way to light then eventually bumped to 135 pounds. I didn’t really log these so I was just going strictly off memory here and most just trying them out and they felt good so I will include them from here on out.

Also cable hammer curls. I see a lot of the big guys in the gym doing them and I like them but not to sure they are better than dumbbell hammer curls. Cable bicep curls are better than the ex bar for me, I find it easier to isolate the biceps with these as opposed to the ez bar.

I did 15 minutes cardio to start and 15 minutes at the end. I felt great. A lot more energy throughout the workout than normal so everything is going well. Will keep you all updated on the next career steps!

stay lean and stay ripped you won't go wrong with a nice physique
Yeah my wife has definitely noticed a change and keeps grabbing on my biceps and triceps lol. She also said she has noticed a general difference in me. She says I have a light in my eye and just seem so happy. I am glad. She is so supportive and we have been together nearly 19 years(started in high school).
