You might have missed it in previous post. I am on trt 180mg to 200mg test cyp a week. and i will be adding more protien. i just dont want to add to many calories to fast. and i will look into the psyllium husk.
some one suggested taking a small dose ai. what do you think?
@Busted_Not_Broken my bad I did miss it bro, with this dose 200mgs we need to do aromasin 5mgs 2x/week to start off, as your E2 will keep spiking as aromatase enzyme gets more active

I finally got the rest of my blood test back today. looked pretty good. need to get hdl up. my aic looks high but i have already been working on that. also i only got a couple hours of sleep before this blood test.
That's fucked up
 
Got my off dat fasted cardio done. Also added a couple new supplements to the stable. Did a test run yesterday. Managed to get a full 8 hours of sleep so fingers cross this will be my fix. Also cut down caffeine in the afternoon

n2guard will help everything
make sure you post that other supplement so we can see the ingredients
 
caffeine will still affect your sleep even if you drink it earlier in the day
so that's why you're having trouble sleeping

Sleep Quality is important
I've always never eaten close to bedtime at least two hours
 
Lots of guys have adjusted things when it comes to sleep
you need to be open about doing the same
Iam definitely taking steps. I'm trying to include them all. I'm even considering stepping down from my position at work. I'm not trying to hide anything from any one. I'm trying my best to post everything. I definitely think I'm going to start logging how much sleep I get every morning.

Im supposed to take my wife to a concert friday night but im kind of stressed out about it. Ive been working so hard trying to turn my diet and sleep schedule around i feel like ill be taking two steps back if i do it. I dont really want to go, I feel bad but i bought these tickets six months ago now i feel like im stuck.

1 day is good to have off mentally do it and enjoy it and come back on diet strong

@Eddie Haskell The reason that my protien is always around 150 to 160 is because my lean body mass is around 145 to 148 according to my scale. I think its probably right because since ive added calories last week and am eating 1900 on my lifting days. Ive quit losing weight. according to my scale by maintenance is 2080 calories. pretty much stuck between 210 and 211 but i probably should note that i also have been in a class room all week too. as far as the psyllium husk i just havent been anywhere that has it. if I add 30 grams of protien thats gona cut way into everything else, it will make protien 50 percent of my calories. from a satiety stand point i feel like that will be counter productive. especially when it comes to sleep.

im just tired of being fat. i want to lose this as efficiently as possible.

good is clean id like you to drop the rice cake is that a rice cake on right or I got it wrong bro?
 
changed my meals around to take out the rice cakes and ended up kind of messin stuff up today. i will not be having that many carbs in my last meal like i did today. Also kind of screwed myself on my last set of squats today. i threw up in my mouth because i drank to much water on my 11th rep. made it to 15 and i had to stop to spit it out. i probably should have re-done the set but it is what it is. it was a grind of a work out anyway. every set today felt like a final set.
