Cycle Experience: 3 or 4 maybe more since 2019

Goal: decrease body fat percentage while maintaining strength. Basically to feel awesome and strong look great and look like I workout with clothes on.

Currently, I’m on month one of 4 months testosterone E 300mg/week
Deca Enanthate 300mg/week
Will double this once I see my strength go up in my home gym.

Years training = 2019 consistent thru 2022
Cycle history = Buddy of mine gave me 30 50mg Anadrol and Test C 300mg/week. After that I went straight to Deca injecting 300mg twice a week with Test C 300mg twice a week. Eventually started Equipoise and test.

Obviously, neither one of us knew anything. Needless to say I saw phenomenal results I felt amazing looked amazing and had energy like I did in my teens. Anyway, I could go on and on.
And I was hooked on wanting to continue to feel and look like that.

Current Diet = intermittent fasting first meal is at 2pm and I stop at 6pm. My diet consists of, steak, eggs, chicken, tuna.

Training = lifting weights 3 days a week. Cardio 3 to 5 days a week at minimum 3 miles a day.

Weights = upper chest, bi’s and tri’s, back and pull ups, shoulders.

Supplements = super shredder from Amino Asylum and 25mg Provirion every day.

Sleep = in bed at 7pm sleeping by 8pm. Wake up at 3:30am leave the house at 4am back home from work about 3:15pm in my garage at 3:30pm

AI’s yes I take 1mg of arimidex a week when I inject every Saturday.
Liver Support I use Liver Restore from Amino Asylum.

@USL liver restore is just for liver you need full organ support like n2guard imo all organs

and 1mgs arimidex make sure you do a deep split

on the injections, you should split injections to mon/thur not just 1 pin /week to keep blood levels steady

My wife said she’d never post body pics. I told her yes it’s embarrassing but this is the only way I know how to fix this and get better.

one hour is plenty for a workout
think about it if you're doing 20 sets and you're taking a minute between sets why would it take an hour to complete
 
a lot of people waste time at the gym
they'll spend 15 minutes in the locker room and then spend 30 minutes socializing with the chick

No disrespect intended here and will def support your decisions but....
If you were to ask me I would say these are not the correct compound selections for your goals. Test and deca is a good bulking stack,
IMO you should run lowish test(250-300mg/wk), drop the deca and make sure your diet is solid. Running gear at your body fat is very unhealthy.
Once you get in better shape you can do a test/deca cycle and put some good tissue on.

The deca can be saved for later in the year. It will not go to waste. My suggestion is what i would do/have done when body fat is higher.
The goal to get BF down and retain/build a little muscle does not require using deca. Deca is a mass building drug.
I'm following and will be supportive either way but just wanted to give my 2c.

I think that's a great move.
As far as goal weight goes let's get you down to 195lbs or so and then reassess. It's hard to see what is going on right now in respect to how much muscle you are carrying. Here is a copy of what my daily log looks like. You can copy/paste daily for updates and it's easy to see whats' going on daily. Takes 5min.

My diet will look like this but im intermittent fast right now, (for this week bc I’m off work till Monday) unless I need to change it up.

3 boiled eggs and either 1 can tuna or 1 can chicken thats around 40 grams protein per meal and times that by 5 is around 1,700 calories per day. (I’m doing this off the top of my head)

I don't like the 1700cals/day. It's very low and when your weight starts dropping you really have no place to go.
Do you know what your maintenance cals are?
Are you just starting this diet or have you been at it a while? I'd like to see you raise cals and adjust macros for your goals.
example would be 2300cals at LBM of 165lbs(totally guessing but for your height it's prob close)
1.5 x lbm protien 247g protien 990cals
.25xlbm fats 42gfats 378cals
Fill the rest with carbs 233 carb 932cals
For me this would be a good starting place for 3-4 weeks to see what my body is doing. From their we can adjust carbs/fats up/down to meet your goals. Protien stays consistent.

I have no issues with meal prep on the weekends my wife would even help with that. How do I do the meals? To me the workouts are much easier to be consistent than the meals. So, where do I even start.

This is why I resort to chicken in a can or tuna in a can with boiled eggs. Low carb high protein.

This is my current meal plan. I pretty much eat the same year round. and move cals/macros around based on my current goals. I just came out of a cut/recomp before starting to build again so cals are coming up slowly.

I've been buying pre-cooked chicken form The Chicken Pound lately. Super convenient and cheaper than my local market per lb of cooked chicken.
Takes longer for the rice to cook in the ricecooker than to prepare the meals.

I would simplify things man. Clearly you need to focus on cutting body fat down. You are already doing intermittent fasting which is awesome. Keep the focus on that diet! Definitely no need to be running deca here. You don't really need any steroids to be honest, but if you want to run the test, don't go over the 300mg per week and don't run more than 12 weeks. I would also really look into adding Cardarine to your stack. It will greatly help with not only fat loss, but your cardio. You are doing a good amount of cardio and Cardarine will increase your endurance and make it seem like a breeze!

Meal prep? Yes I can do that. I start a new job Monday. I’m a Tool and Die Maker/CNC Machinist. I’ll need to see how this new company operates, if they will allow me eating throughout the day.

Cardio is on the road in my neighborhood. Total miles today is 11.2 I went out 3 different times.

Couple handful of mixed nuts and that’s it. My goal is to hit 200lbs. By Monday morning when I start my new job. I’m off all week is the reason I can do extra cardio. Total as of today is 28.5 miles.

Again, I’ll have to see how my new job is when it comes to them allowing me to eat throughout the day. They only give me one break from
12-12:30. My other jobs had no issues with it so hopefully this is the same. I will definitely post pics of my meal prep and everything.

Also, if I’m unable to eat throughout the day I’ll need some advice when that time comes.

Earlier this week a tornado touched down about half a mile from our home. Horrible weather yesterday and today. Hopefully all good tomorrow. Thanks for asking! All good on the home front and thanks for the advice.

Incline I definitely felt I could’ve done more reps.
Scull crushers dropped from 20lbs. To 15lbs to try and get more pump and that definitely worked.
