Hanging. Thankfully I am past the point of wanting or even considering that anymore. I just gotta keep moving forward.had no clue about your suicidal issues
can you give us an idea of the method that you tried?
@BrightFuture kids are fun when older100% done. We got started young and have 2 teenagers now.
@BrightFuture Meditation always helps with these things......it helps keep mind relaxed and avoid unwanted and repetitive thoughts.........Hanging. Thankfully I am past the point of wanting or even considering that anymore. I just gotta keep moving forward.
Thank you! That means a lot! Still got the thoughts sometimes just do desire to act on them.Brother I’m glad you’re still with us and don’t have those thoughts anymore. You’re bettering yourself daily. Keep it up!
Tried meditating before and definitely think it takes practice. I like to take nice deep breaths especially in bed because it makes getting to sleep easier.@BrightFuture Meditation always helps with these things......it helps keep mind relaxed and avoid unwanted and repetitive thoughts.........

@BrightFuture last updates is good but no updates, you ok?So for leg day I took a different approach. Much quicker workout and very little rest time between sets. Kept the rep ranges between 15-20 for the most part. Fun workout but I prefer the way I was doing it before but thought I would try this out 1 time.
Hammer leg press: 180x 20 270x15 270x15 360x12
Calf raise: 215x20 215x20 215x20 215x16
Leg extension: 120x20 135x20 150x15 165x10
Leg curl: 120x20 135x20 135x15 135x10
Fun workout but I think I prefer my usual. Think my rest time was long enough to change the weight and that was it. Typically I do 2 minutes for main exercise of the day and 1 minute for everything else. Also did 15 minutes cardio before and after.
Had a good date night with my wife last night! Left elbow still feels a bit sore so I skipped having a dedicated arm day this week. Not end of the world because I do add them in with chest and back anyway.
sorry to hear about your son you ok?Alright guys I am here and ok. Been a rough and stressful week. Not all bad though. To start with the bad my son has had problems with one of his ears his entire life. Lots of surgeries and he had one late last year. He had an audiogram appt 1.5 hours away Monday. We found out he had dramatic hearing loss and would eventually need hearing aids for life in the near future. This was pretty crushing for us but he took it in stride. We obviously didn’t let him know how we were feeling about. Then the next day the surgeon office called and the surgeon wanted to see him asap because he wasn’t expecting this at all. So he had another appointment yesterday an hour away. Thankfully we got some potentially good news. He possibly just had some left over fluid build up post surgery that got infected and the antibiotics didn’t get rid of. So he’s trying to get that cleared up and hopefully that was the cause of the hearing loss. That was a huge relief because we were stressing pretty bad.
Now some good things. I had to take a test Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I passed the first 2 but won’t know about the third for a couple weeks. These are required for my next big career step so good things happening there. Got one more next week to take.
Left elbow has been bothering me still. I still hit chest Monday though.
Incline hammer press: 70x15 80x12 90x10 100x6 (elbow wasn’t like the 90 or 100 pounds)
Machine fly: 4 sets 15 reps 100 pounds
Incline dumbbell fly: 4 sets 20 pounds 15 reps (couldn’t do more than 20 because the elbow)
Tricep push down: 4 sets 15 reps 100 pounds
Wanted to do dips but figured that wouldn’t be good for elbow.
i think we got a few that hide why? Also, any of you guys teachers?
great training day you hit it hard @BrightFuture dont stop it PUSHWell it’s been a great day and it got even better after my second workout of the day. Hit shoulders pretty hard. One thing to note is I believe my joints and tendons were getting pretty beat up. Believe they just needed some time to catch up to the weight. My left shoulder felt great today. I believe it has possibly caught up and maybe even surpassed my right shoulder strength wise. Wild because at the start of this, I had a major strength disparity with the left being much weaker.
Hammer strength shoulder press: 45x15 70x15 80x10 90x9 100x8
Hammer strength shrug 180x20 180x20 180x20 180x16
Dumbbell lateral raise: 20x15 20x15 20x15 20x15
Machine reverse fly: 75x12 90x12 90x12 90x12
Facepulls: 100x20 110x20 120x19 130x13
My whole body just felt so good today. I think the weights increased probably too fast during that first 4 weeks and my joints weren’t ready. Some of you here told me to slow down but I was having too much fun so I didn’t listen. Well now I know! Feeling awesome!
Yeah I am ok. Hoping it was not as big of a deal as we were initially led to believe. I am wanting to become a teacher. Already got a Bachelors and Masters degree but they are not in education so I got a lot to do!sorry to hear about your son you ok?
training is good though
i think we got a few that hide why?
great training day you hit it hard @BrightFuture dont stop it PUSH
@BrightFuture I train a guy who has an education degree, teaching works but get some job with high end high paid place like union seems bestYeah I am ok. Hoping it was not as big of a deal as we were initially led to believe. I am wanting to become a teacher. Yeah today was pretty good. Joints and all feeling really good and really think my left shoulder has caught up and maybe even surpassed the right one strength wise. Basing this off of those overhead presses today. Came home today and took my shirt off and my wife was damn ok lmao. Glad she loving it. Should have had her take a picture but I didn’t. Those facepulls…nothing gets the rear delts and upper back pumped quite like those as a finisher. Absolutely love it!
Tomorrow is arm day and date night with the wife!
Teachers pay very well where we live. Wife makes $$$.@BrightFuture I train a guy who has an education degree, teaching works but get some job with high end high paid place like union seems best
date night we gotta see pics with foodmeals
Yeah that’s the hard part. I usually don’t do anything too bad. Probably some spicy chicken tacos.make sure you keep your diet on point when you go out
be careful with that restaurant food
Yeah I like preacher curls a lot. My favorite is hammer curls though. Nothing like the pump. Weight on the lighter side but the reps are super slow and I love it!preacher curls are one of my favorite
hopefully you have a good night my man

@BrightFuture hot time is the time to do cardio outside some training and you get pumped and sweatyOn a side note, it is hot here. Summer is in full swing and it’s not even July yet. Atleast it’s a dry heat instead of the humidity.
Maybe. It will be 115 degrees in July. Just glad it’s not humid here. And only about 2 hours from a nice beach that doesn’t get hot like this.@BrightFuture hot time is the time to do cardio outside some training and you get pumped and sweaty![]()
@BrightFuture data night awesome meal broSo good date night. Had some shrimp tacos. Not the healthiest choice but not terrible either. Also got some new ear buds. Had air pod pros but got some beats because they were about 50% off. Stay in ear better and sound better too.
Yeah definitely. I love my wife!
@BrightFuture good to see you backBeen a good couple of days. The left elbow still bothering me a tad but only on pulling movements so limited my back workout.
Monday:
Machine incline fly: 70x15 80x12 90x10 100x8 (new rep pr with 100)
Machine fly: 85x12 100x12 115x12 130x12
Dumbbell incline fly: 30x15 25x15 20x15 20x15
Tricep pushdown: 90x30 100x20 100x18 100x16
I tried several times to get 110 pounds for a 5th set on the incline press but only managed to get maybe 2-3 reps. Frustrating but that’s alright. Tomorrow is shoulder day! Also going to Alcatraz tomorrow for a tour. Should be cool and some fairly cold weather.

Nice catch! First exercise is suppose to be incline press not fly. There's no actual incline press listed above
I grew up in Texas. I also used to live in Florida. My first deployment they told us it was like 120-130 degrees outside. That was miserable lol.bro you should come to Texas and then complain about the Heat
@BrightFuture you fall asleep on the arm, you doing computer work?Alright so let me catch this log up! Been a busy few days! Back was limited a bit due to left elbow but shoulder day it felt fine. I gotta stop falling asleep on my arm. I wake up everyday with my arm or hand numb because I feel asleep on it lol.
Back:
Dumbbell bench: 60x15 70x12 80x10
Lat pulldown: 3 sets of 10 at 100 pounds
Cable seated row: 3 sets 12 135 pounds
Straight arm pulldown: 4 sets 15 at 100 pounds (still my favorite back exercise)
Threw in some bicep pump work at end.
Shoulder:
Hammer strength shoulder press: 45x15 70x15 80x11 90x8
Dumbbell lateral raise: 4 sets 12 at 15 pounds
Hammer shrugs: 3 sets of 20 at 180 pounds, 1 set of 17 at 180 pounds
Reverse fly: 3 sets of 15 at 85 pounds and 1 set of 10 85 pounds
Facepull: 4 sets of 100 at 20 pounds
@BrightFuture I never been to SF but @SFDom415 is from SF he posts great pics all the time in his log - https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...d-jacked-and-crazy-sexy-for-summer-log.99416/So after gym yesterday we made a day trip to San Francisco. Nice easy drive and amazing weather. A much welcome break from the heat. Think it was somewhere between 55-65 degrees between day and night. I will say the ferry ride to Alcatraz was cold. That wind lol. Alcatraz was a cool one time experience but I wouldn’t go again. Wife got some pictures and I will get them from her and post them on here maybe tomorrow. San Francisco was pretty cool though. Nowhere near what you commonly see portrayed on Fox News lol.
Today was suppose to be leg day but we didn’t get home til about 2am. I typically am in bed by 8-830 so I was exhausted. Slept amazing though.
Tomorrow will be arm day and then Saturday will be leg day. Got one more week left on this cycle. I have thoroughly enjoyed it and love the progress in my shoulders. Granted I know I have left a lot of gains on the table due to various issues. The injection problems that got really bad after that first month caused me to miss some time. The left shoulder as well. But right now I feel solid. I know those first 4 weeks were wild for me. I was progressing so quickly I couldn’t believe. Many of you here told me to slow down but I didn’t listen. Ended up feeling beat up when it came to my joints. However those problems seem to be gone now. My left shoulder has caught my right shoulder in strength and stability and feels better than it’s felt in years.
All of this means I have a lot more progress to go. Lots of hard work but I am ready for it. Learned a lot about my body and also injections(these are as smooth as can be now). Really looking forward to continuing these workouts and getting the intensity back up now that my body is feeling much better. Which will get me primed and ready for cycle 2 later this year.
Thinking I really want to get much bigger than I am now. Thinking something like Test/EQ/Anadrol.
@BrightFuture have you done any blood work with E2?And one more thing. So my original protocol was .5mg of anastrazole eod. I haven’t really stuck to this because I notice when I do take it I wake up soaked in sweat. Assuming I don’t actually need an AI? I haven’t had any other issues associated with estrogen problems.
Yeah I just keep waking up on that arm lol. No computer work just working on getting teaching certs done.@BrightFuture you fall asleep on the arm, you doing computer work?
on the back day you did well, you throw in cardio?
shoulders went well too looks like it![]()
Yeah I scroll through his log pretty regularly.@BrightFuture I never been to SF but @SFDom415 is from SF he posts great pics all the time in his log - https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...d-jacked-and-crazy-sexy-for-summer-log.99416/
If you didnt get good sleep, take rest and skip strong days.
On the cycle, Anadrol is a horrible idea for you bro, too far, test and eq could work well with winstrol. To get big you don't need "bloated" steroids you need to just eat more and gear up.![]()
No bloodwork yet. Current test dose is 450mg but I got one week left.@BrightFuture have you done any blood work with E2?
and yes you do need an Ai if you on testosterone, it's a common misconception (not just you) that if no outward sides = no e2 issues, its the opposite, many issues can be mental and physical, even organ damage
so best you keep taking the arimidex
whats your testosterone dose this week?
150mg gets me to around 950 test level which is on the high end. Without it I was at 230.No bloodwork yet. Current test dose is 450mg but I got one week left.
Still contemplating self trt. My concern with that is if I need bloodwork done from a doctor would they be able to tell I am on testosterone? Obviously at 450mg they will but about a trt dose of 150mg?
Is that a red flag for a doctor? I have had testosterone checked twice last year. Once is was in the 300s and another time the 600s. Life was dramatically more stressful back then too.150mg gets me to around 950 test level which is on the high end. Without it I was at 230.
@BrightFuture after the cycle is done wait 2 weeks and get bloods and for sure go self TRTMeal prep attached! Tomorrow is chest/triceps. Feeling pretty good about my left shoulder so I plan to reintroduce barbell bench tomorrow. I plan to do this slowly so I probably won’t do more than 135 pounds just to see if my left shoulder feels as stable and strong as I think it is. If it doesn’t feel right I will stop and move on.
Had salmon, rice and veggies today again today. Very good and tasty food! I have reintroduced the rice because I feel like my body really needs those carbs. I have noticed that once I limited my carbs to just rolled oats in the morning my workouts just haven’t been the same. Wife even noticed that I seem to be really tired since that adjustment.
Went to the gym today and did 45 minutes of cardio and that felt great. Got this week left and then this cycle will be over. Likely going the self-trt route. About how long after the cycle ends should I get bloods done?
get the bloods private dont use your MDIs that a red flag for a doctor? I have had testosterone checked twice last year. Once is was in the 300s and another time the 600s. Life was dramatically more stressful back then too.
Oh yeah I wasn’t planning on using my doctor. I was asking more for future considerations. If a doctor wants to do routine blood work or something. I don’t think they would be looking at testosterone levels for that. Just want to be in the clear.@BrightFuture after the cycle is done wait 2 weeks and get bloods and for sure go self TRT
and meals as always clean
get the bloods private dont use your MD
@BrightFuture 1000 test levels lol thats a red flag broOh yeah I wasn’t planning on using my doctor. I was asking more for future considerations. bro good to hear that your being careful with your injury, last thing you want to do is go backwards but sounds like your being mindful which is great, love the meal pics by the way food looks amazingMeal prep attached! Going to roll with the self trt 150mg/week.you are on TRT or you doing pct i don't remember
Sweet and spicy bbq, cayenne pepper and teriyaki sauce. Just a mix of those 3 and a drop of olive oil to keep chicken juicy throughout week.food looks really good what is the sauce you're putting on the chicken
@BrightFuture thats a great day and dont push too hard broAlright so today was a great workout. Left shoulder felt solid and stable. I took it easy on the bench press and stopped 2-3 reps short on each set. I don’t want to push it too hard just yet.
Barbell bench: 135x10 145x8 155x6
Machine fly: 130x15 145x13 145x10 130x10
Hammer incline chest press: 70x12 80x10 90x8 90x6
Incline fly: 30x15 25x12 25x12 25x12
Tricep pushdown: 100x25 110x20 120x13 130x10
30 minutes cardio before and after. Feeling so damn good about that left shoulder. When I started this, my left shoulder and truthfully the whole left side of my body was dramatically weaker than the right and I can confidently say that is no longer the case. Can’t wait to see where this take me in a year. I do still have to be careful with the left shoulder because I do have a bone island in it that will never go away. I do think that the training appears to do wonders for it and keeping it strong and stable.
