This cycle design was discussed with my coach. The idea was to get in a lean condition of around 8 to 10 weeks out from.stage condition as early as we could as holiday. So I can lean pit without huge weight lose the goal is to be around 104 to 105kg stage ready.

Yes my pumps are crazy almost skin splitting
 
Have you noticed any size increases in your arms or legs over last year?
Yes, I gained good size on my arms and legs. Increasing the volume and full range of motion on leg movements has made a big difference. And for arms a lot of cables for constant tension

Cool. I’ve been doing more cable work on arms as well. I love constant tension so much more than dumbbells. I’m also increasing my volume on everything going forward. I think my body needs that stimulus change over to higher reps with more sets. I can still go heavy with volume. I am glad I decided to get strong first. Allows me to move more weight per workout.

The holiday was great, gave my body and mind rest. Also diet break. I feeling energised and ready to get after it
