Hi everyone first of all I’m happy to be back here logging new cycle and journey. Unfortunately I couldn’t finish my last one due to many personal reasons and ultimately there was other areas of my life I needed to focus on at the time and they came first.

This is going to be a great log. On the Lantus, are you basing the 10iu off your projected carb intake or are you just saying you want to use 10iu no matter what? I think a lot of people make the mistake of deciding they want to use X amount of insulin and then they try to match the carb requirements from that dose.

This is going to be a great log. On the Lantus, are you basing the 10iu off your projected carb intake or are you just saying you want to use 10iu no matter what? Appreciate the support and feedback on Lantus.
As the is the first time using insulin my coach went with Lantus because it was a safe way to introduce insulin into my program, 10iu is a good starting point and my coach has definitely helped having my carbs intake more than enough for my body to function properly with 10iu of insulin

Mate my apologies your chicken feed is a great support supplement it has already improved my liver numbers dramatically
That’s why I keep using it though out my cycle because I love it thanks legend

I’ve never used hgh before just started so I can’t say much about it yet but having no issues with it or negative side effects

Also never used Lantus before but 10iu is a good start for me as Lantus is probably the most safest one to use for a first time, my coach has assured that my program has enough carbs intake to help balance with the Lantus so far everything is working perfectly for me.

The reason why it’s only 15 minutes is because i’ve spoken with my coach and I’ve mentioned that I burn a lot of nervous energy throughout the day for many reasons anxiety and stuff like that so I don’t feel fatigued in my program. 15 minutes is quite enough we believe and as I continue with my program. We will bump it up a little bit, but at the moment I am very comfortable with this.



My training program is a little bit different. I’ve never done anything like this before so my coaches put a program together. That is challenging for me but exactly what I’m looking for. High volume broken down into a push, pull and legs

I’ve never used hgh before just started so I can’t say much about it yet but having no issues with it or negative side effects

Also never used Lantus before but 10iu is a good start for me as Lantus is probably the most safest one to use for a first time, my coach has assured that my program has enough carbs intake to help balance with the Lantus so far everything is working perfectly for me.

The reason why it’s only 15 minutes is because i’ve spoken with my coach and I’ve mentioned that I burn a lot of nervous energy throughout the day for many reasons anxiety and stuff like that so I don’t feel fatigued in my program. 15 minutes is quite enough we believe and as I continue with my program. We will bump it up a little bit, but at the moment I am very comfortable with this.



My training program is a little bit different. I’ve never done anything like this before so my coaches put a program together. That is challenging for me but exactly what I’m looking for. High volume broken down into a push, pull and legs

My final thoughts is that I believe this has been a solid start to my cycle and my Training program. I feel that it’s been good for my mental health. This is going to be a great experience for me. It’s a pretty decent blast I’ve got going on so I’m hoping that it’s going to be a massive transformation

Mate I’m just trying to blow up as best as I can, no plans on competing at this point but I guess you never say never

So starting Monday I’ll be moving to injection 3 days a week m/w/f

Yeah after 2 weeks I think I started to get a numbness feeling in both hands, and what feels like growing pain, but soon learned that it’s the water retention pressure against the nervous system or something like that
