Felt well rested for a Shoulder arm day today! Started with close grip Barbell did a little ego lifting and said screw it not gonna sit at 145lb popped up to 150 2 sets for PR! 💪 Could have gone up again save it for next time. Forearms were a bit sore! Triceps felt very strong today on dips machine i went to 209lbs Mr had to get my butt on the bench lol. But I cranked out reps. PRs just keep coming despite being on Semaglutide and in a calorie deficit. I love this NPP from Purity Source Labs @~Vision~ thank you sir for providing quality products. Hard work pays off peeps! Working this weekend! Picture of what we ate lastnight Lol. Had beef in the form of a burger no rice this meal. 🍔Get tired of it cooked up plain ground beef with rice! Hard to get down. So we made hamburgers. Had no lettuce. Did tomato onion bacon cheese. Pickle! But did splurge on bread got some rolls for buns I only could eat half.was good! Other half lunch today. 💪🌸

Had a good chest day. Did my heaviest weight for BB incline bench Press for 2 sets this week. So that’s a win. Weights felt heavy today. I think was probably a bit dehydrated looking at 153.6lbs body wt and was nauseous durning workout today. Felt off. I worked a 16 hour shift Saturday they were short staffed I stayed over got some double time on nightshift rate!👍 so they gave me Sunday off and I sorta lounged around didn’t take in as much water as I should have. Did a couple diff machines today. So changed it up. That will give good results. Did crossover cable flys been awhile on those. Did PR those.they felt good. Back tomorrow. Happy lifting!💪🌸

Kinda grueling back day. No deadlifts today! Still a great workout. Got to gym late as we had to see our accountant this morning. Warmed up good to a couple semi heavy sets of Seated cable rows then into rest of the sets. My elbows were sore, not really triceps, More forearm lower arm side. Right wrist been sore too. Feels like tendons. Will baby it for now! Worked through it. Had a really good workout, seeing the leaning of muscles and vascularity more. Weights down again 152.1lbs I hydrated well yesterday & today. maybe my body just finally responding more efficiently to the Semaglutide. Strength still holding. Don’t want to push the heavy sets too much while in a calorie deficit either. Will just enjoy the results as they come. Happy Lifting everyone!!💪🌸

Got up to 265lbs, 2 weeks ago was 245 for 3x3, happy with that only done back-squats twice since April when my pinched nerve in my neck flared up! So Losing weight but strength is holding pretty well. Heading out for a nice leg day dinner with father in law. Happy Lifting! 💪🌸

Was Chest/Tris Day I’m exhausted. Did working set on incline then was like what hell Got a 1RM on Incline Bench Press at 165lbs that was fun. Wrist wraps and elbow sleeves! Blasted everything else. My right wrist is still sore used my right wrist strap on everything. By the time got to triceps I was spent! Pre-exhausted tris! Even the my weight keeps dropping my strength seems to continue to hold! That makes me happy!
Start of Week 10 of NPP/TRT/Semaglutide & HGH prob stop the NPP 2 more weeks!

So went to gym later than usual today. Was feeling tired. But all be damned if I didn’t get another PR on close grip Bench Press for 3 great sets with 155lbs! Shoulder arm neck feeling ok. My right wrist feeling better hit it with anti inflammatory red light therapy and ice. Using my wrist wraps and my elbow sleeves. Bonus I Got a great pump during this workout! Nice when u feel those muscle groups work hard.
I think the main difference this cutting cycle besides the NPP…. is I’m not doing any 24 hour OMAD fasting. And not going in to lift fasted!! We have a meal before workout and I think that’s big. Don’t feel crashed or mass fatigued! Occasional light headed moments. Just hydrate make sure blood sugars are ok. Making good gains in strength despite deficit and weight loss. Slow steady! Loving it! Happy Lifting and have a great weekend! 💪🌸

Amazing when you don't feel much energy how good the workout turns out to be the body is a mysterious thing
I think a lot has to do with just human nature of each one of us trying to impress the other. Opposite sex training partners do perform at a higher level especially when both are on cycle together. I can't imagine how much more she would have done today had she gotten outta bed two hours earlier like we usually do.

Well, Not every update. But hey if the strength is there why not. If the body lets me I just do it. I only go up like 5lbs. So it’s not big jumps.

So went to gym later than usual today. Was feeling tired. But all be damned if I didn’t get another PR on close grip Bench Press for 3 great sets with 155lbs! Shoulder arm neck feeling ok. My right wrist feeling better hit it with anti inflammatory red light therapy and ice. Using my wrist wraps and my elbow sleeves. Bonus I Got a great pump during this workout! Nice when u feel those muscle groups work hard.
I think the main difference this cutting cycle besides the NPP…. is I’m not doing any 24 hour OMAD fasting. And not going in to lift fasted!! We have a meal before workout and I think that’s big. Don’t feel crashed or mass fatigued! Occasional light headed moments. Just hydrate make sure blood sugars are ok. Making good gains in strength despite deficit and weight loss. Slow steady! Today was supposed to be legs. Mr.RR having hip issue. Maybe a hip flexor and didn't sleep well. Been telling him to roll out on the roller and use the red light Therapy on it. My glutes have some late onset soreness after deadlifts. Prob rest hips and legs. Chest tomorrow! 💪🌸

Had a good chest workout today. Kept my weight the same on bb incline chest press but was going for reps, got PR for reps!💪 PR for bodyweight Dips that was unexpected. Also the Hoist Mach chest press increase weight on stack by 15lbs. Then eeked out a rep PR on the Tricep pushdowns! Everybody have a great week of Happy Lifting! 💪🌸

Had a good back day. Did Hammer Strength Rows, single arm, as our compound movement today. Was nice I gained on those went to 190lbs for pr. Had strong Lat Pulldowns. Cannot quite pull-down my bodyweight for reps. I can bench my body weight, row it, deadlift & squat it. But I’m not doing lat Pulldowns with it yet!! Will continue forward. I think I’m gonna taper down the NPP at 12 weeks then stop it. Will continue with the Semaglutide TRT HGH. Let’s end the week strong! Happy Lifting!💪🌸

1 arm row pr perfect sister @RoidRageWife :) tape the npp but you can easily go cold turkey with it as you're a female no need pct
