ha thanks mate! Definitely getting stronger - seems difficult to see any physical size difference at the moment - not helped by my tall frame and long limbs I guess but I must be doing something right!

Luckily for me @DofRandD from RandD labs - an aussie lab who is proving themselves - has taken over - much appreciated.
So out of respect as soon as the care package arrives I will start a new log using exclusively his producets, which should be later this week.

Protocol will be much the same though I am thinking of upping the deca to 300mg/week as I have had smooth sailing on 200mg and will add Var in the last 6-7 weeks.

Will upload new starter pics etc too and of course gear porn.

I would up the deca IMO with some anavar but boost the anavar from the start 50mgs ed if you ask me thats smart

maybe a little too much volume on the shoulders I like how you finish with legs

what type of mushrooms do you like there's this Asian place near me they have like 30 different types
 
do you like to eat the mushrooms by themselves to me it tastes kind of weird
