My first couple logs were hit and miss at times. But will make sure this log gets its attention. I would say post your food intake and training. Really makes you pass up some previous food options as you don’t want to be called out for it. Also training. I have even found since start of this log recording the numbers a bit more accountability to my workouts.

I started taking HGH 19 days ago. I'm on scripted TRT but I'm 5 weeks into a test/deca cycle too.

In the interests of science I'm going to get bloods drawn to measure my IGF1 and my GH levels. I'll also check my test levels as I'm on cycle using 50/50 Scripted Primoteston and BBL test E. I have many blood results on my markers and my GH is usually 0.2-0.3 ug/l.

So to make the GH results usable/interesting/fair would anyone like to comment on how best to do this? From my understanding I should inject 10 IU and get bloods pulled 2-3 hours later. Let me know what others do so this is a fair test. Also, should I avoid the gym in those 2-3 hours?

5-10 iu 3 hours before blood for gh value, igf- 1 fasted, u r using deca so get lcms test for accurate total testosterone, as deca gives false very high reading of testosterone values.

I started taking HGH 19 days ago. I'm on scripted TRT but I'm 5 weeks into a test/deca cycle too.

In the interests of science I'm going to get bloods drawn to measure my IGF1 and my GH levels. I'll also check my test levels as I'm on cycle using 50/50 Scripted Primoteston and BBL test E. I have many blood results on my markers and my GH is usually 0.2-0.3 ug/l.

Of course bud. I can already feel and see changes that I know are GH related. Simple things like skin and nails which everyone mentions. And sleep! I waken so much more awake and ready to go and no horrible groggy can't be arsed feeling. And I must sleep very deeply and mostly right through bar the odd night with one piss. I know that can feel better on cycle but I'm sure it's better.

Can always IM the GH and it will peak in roughly 30mins if you don’t feel like waiting 3 hours doing it SubQ

SubQ - lower peak that last longer
IM - higher peak but doesn’t last as long (what people should be do when using GH for fasted cardio)

I take my bloods the same time in the morning to eliminate variables so having to wait 2.5-3hrs for GH to peak would annoy me
