Thanks for all the great tips on starting logs and posting. I’ll explain further why I freaked out a little in that message in a new thread asap. Will take a bit to type out. Was quite the incident that happened when I was 22 years old spring of 1996. Most will find this interesting, it was my first go at steroids from 1994-19996. More on this soon.

I like the deca heavy cycles with a masteron base, but I would adjust deca a bit with test but not sure yet until we know more about you.
Adding anavar 30mgs? do you have more to push for 50mgs?

How about you start a new thread with your LOG journal? throw up diet training cardio sleep and history and the whole EVO family can guide you and support you, it's like having 1000s of brothers and trainers back you
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

there are always random messages that get texted or sent via email that are NOT from the actual usps.. if you click on anything they are going to get into your personal info.. you should always disregard these.. shit you can easily tell just by the phone number it came from and also by just looking at the link.. did it ever occur to you to just google that phone number?? that alone shows you its not real

Scam for sure. I get these all the time saying I have a package that was attempted to be delivered, etc. Just delete.
Ive been getting those aswell. Ignore them.
It’s a spam text. Don’t pay any attention to it. I’ve gotten it
