@TM173 sure we can help you, thats why we are here:Need some help. Bought a big order of GP Test Cyp 250. All of them are good except 5 viles. When I received them 5 viles were completely solid and crystalized top to bottom. I put them in hot water and shook them until everything was melted and back clear and then let them slowly come back up to room temperature (°70F) as soon as the got back to room temp, they re crystalized. So, I tried it again. Left them in the hot warter longer the second time, even after they were all clear just to make make sure. Again, SAS soon as they got to room temp they recrystalized completely. I don't even think I could get it outta the vile without it being too hot to use. I submitted a help ticket with napsgear and all they did was just send me instructions for warming it to melt the crystals which I had already done twice. Doesn't look like I'll be able to use these 5 viles. But all the rest are fine. Success to loose 5 out of an order though. Anyone got any advice?

As far as my updates,it's been training in the morning before work, then straight to work, eat sleep repeat. It's our busy season so work hasn't left much free time. Ill get an update up soon.
@TM173 you're looking great in the pic, some amazing improvements broUpdate 240lbs. Made big improvements to diet and meal prep and changed it up a bit and hit PRs on almost every movement this week. Loving the hell out of it. Cycle has been tweaked and titrate up. Blood work is all still good so far.
@TM173 thats good training but you dont get days off? not good we need some broTraining 7bdays a week. 30-40 mins fasted cardio every morning. Split goes Legs/Chest/back/shoulders/arms repeat. No days off as far as routine but I do throw a reload or light day in as needed and if a muscle groups still too sore I shift it around and work something that's not sore that day so it changes. Calories are right at 3800-4000 a day depending on what lift I'm doing that day. Roughly 350g protein, 350g carbs and I keep the fat under 100g. I shoot for fat being all healthy fats and try to keep it at 25% of total calories. I only have Sunday to meal prep for Monday- Friday. I prep 4 meals a day, then we fix dinner at home each night. So Sunday meal prep is a monster. It's working though. So much stronger than I was 3 months ago.
My concern is, the skin on my abs is super thin now, I can see some veins in it, but abs are stnot defined because my skin is so stretched out and loose. I added in abs work and abs are strong and hard now. I can feel then really good. I like it but they are also getting bulky, especially large looking after heavy Squats. Then when trying to pack in all this food my mid section looks even bigger. What can I do to make abs more defined without getting bigger after the fatbis off but the skin is still loose. GH seems to be helping with this quite a bit but I don't know how far that will get me.
I'll have to get pics mostly eggs, egg whites chicken brest, oatmeal, rice, ground turkey I do sirloin steak about twice a week shrimp with rice Ezekiel bread, banana during workout with intraworkout shake. I fast roughly 12 hours over night until after my daily fasted cardio in the morning.@TM173 thats good training but you dont get days off? not good we need some bro

I don't take days off because the gym is what I look forward to each day and I like staying in my routine. That's not to say I don't rest, a light day consist of lower weight on favorite movements and it keeps me in routine and gets me moving and gets my blood flowing.@TM173 thats good training but you dont get days off? not good we need some bro

Yea I know fasting helps. I don't know if it's gonna do it with as loose as my skin is.want to tighten up skin?
FASTING is the only way and its free.
