Monday December 30

Upping the tren from 100mg/week to 200mg. Also pinning it 3 times a week now as opposed to the two I had been doing.
Primo will also go up from 200mg to 400mg. Test will stay at 250mg.
I will run this for 4 weeks and reassess.
Things are going really well but looking to see how the body responds to slightly higher doses.
Keeping the GH at 2-3iu 5 days a week.

Meal 1: 4 eggs, daily greens drink, black coffee.

Meal 2: 200g chicken green curry, cup basmati rice

Meal 3: Wpi shake, 30g dry roasted almonds

Meal 4: 200g pulled chicken, 2 mountain bread wraps, 50g spinach, 50g shredded cheese, half an avocado

Meal 5: 200g Chicken breast, cup basmati rice, 50g shredded cheese

Meal 6: Wpi shake, 2 Rafaelo chocolates, 30g almond butter

Training:
Quads

Squats
40kg X 20
60kg X 15
80kg X 10 X 2 sets
100kg X 8 X 2 sets

Landmine squats with linebacker attachment-
40kg X 20
60kg X 20 X 3 sets

Landmine Bulgarian split squats-
20kg X 10 X 3 sets each leg

Vertical leg press supersetted with walking lunges-
100kg X 20 X 3 sets
12kg dumbbells X 30 X 3 sets

Cardio:
4km walk in the morning
6km walk in the afternoon

Friday January 3rd

Pin day and it was 50mg tren ace and 100mg primo, rounding out the week to totals of 250mg test enth, 400mg primo and 200mg tren ace.
Decided to also throw 25mg of @Sydneycitysupplements injectable dbol in the barrel just for a bit of extra enjoyment whilst training and it didn't disappoint. Felt great, heap of focus and energy and could've trained for hours.

I've noticed mood has been a bit different last couple weeks. Bit snappier, getting annoyed easily, all the typical things you'd associate with tren. Or, it could just be since finishing up at work for the year which has meant more time spent with kids and family haha 😆

@Eveflorence trenbolone will make you snappy for sure, if you aren't good with the mental sides, I would stop using it.

Saturday January 4th

No weights today but after dropping the wife at the airport, I had a bit of time before needing to pick up the kids so decided to go for a 10km walk and soak up the sun. Got a bit of colour as you can see from that pic a few posts up.

I'm getting leaner without doing anything dramatic in terms of diet. I attribute this to the help of the GH from @Livewell2024

Injectable dbol sounds cool and also supet scary because estrogen conversion not sure if it would be faster via injection vs by mouth.

Yeah I've only used it twice now in a few weeks so not overly concerned about estrogen. Having said that if I were running it frequently I would be monitoring estrogen.

That’s this time with Equipoise helping.
I got gyno from 175mg test per week on TRT before this cycle

No dbol for me bro. Superdrol and punch my liver into submission

For me not saying it is anywhere close with pumps as a dbol is, i will say little bit of ciliais killer pumps in my experience taken 45 minutes before training, i tend to lean towards more dry compounds other than test or if i do run a wet compound, i know primo and mast control my e2 amazingly, so i add one of those into a stack.
 
Wednesday January 8th

Had a few hours to myself today as the kids were looked after by their grandparents this morning.
Went and had bloods drawn, got a haircut, pinned @BigBoyLabs 125mg test, 100 primo and 50 tren, then went into the garage and smashed my back.

My recovery has been phenomenal, which I put down to the GH I'm using from @Livewell2024. Only using 2-3iu but the thing I've noticed with such a subtle dose of GH is that you don't realise the difference it makes until you stop using it.

Today's lunch is another example of a typical meal I would have in my plan. Nothing pretty but gets the job done. 300g lean beef mince, 1 cup basmati rice, half a small avocado.

Back shot during today's session. Will post up training tonight after I get the kids to bed. Managed to get in a haircut too so that was a bonus.

One arm dumbbell rows and pull-ups followed by cardio.

Walking is a great low-impact way to get extra cardio and it really goes a long way with your heart health.
 
I'm glad you put up that picture.

Your back shot is very important because most people don't train their back properly or enough. Everybody's more concerned about their front.
