Yeah got a bit of mt2 on the way which will help with how everything looks, especially the legs could use a tan as quads don't pop being pale white

If I had to nitpick i would say drop 1-2% more body fat from here.

Thats the plan. I hold a tiny bit of fat in lower pec region aswell as in the legs that I'd like to come off.

Love a bit of constructive criticism it helps give me goals and focus

Keep working on the stomach vacuums. That is your only weak spot.

Yeah I've figured this when trying to pose for pictures, also very fatigued trying to hold abs in so will have to make an effort on this

If you can recommend anyone to get tips from to incorporate into my training

Make sure you're also hitting your legs hard.

You've got some great genetics with your arms.

Would love to bring the quads up more just waiting on some knee issues to clear up.

Hamstrings have been growing nicely and getting stronger, also been back into the calves on the leg press which has been good

Taken with natural lighting not the best. With some Led down lights and everything pops even more

Overall very happy so far, really wanting to have some nice capped delts by the end of the cycle and happy with any overall growth elsewhere.

Have had proviron added to the cycle for the couple weeks 25mg every morning

Continued to do 12.5mg of aromasin e3d

Libido great, water retention down, carpal tunnel not feeling nearly as bad with lowered e2.

Overall feeling much better with these changes

Injury & Recovery

As some of you might know I've been dealing with injuries for a while from my first log. I healed a lot since then doing a course of bpc-157, tb500 and ghk-cu

I probably recovered 7/10, feeling nearly injury free and better than ever before

Full of injuries my whole life been sick throughout most of my teenage years.

Compressed discs, arthritis in my spine, desiccated lumbar disc,nerve impingement c3, have some bilateral patella tendinitis, bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar nerve impingement. Pain throughout, tight muscles throughout and insomnia since 14

recently recovered from a split tear my right forearm and prolapsed c3 disc

I am awaiting bilateral carpal tunnel surgery and an ulnar nerve transposition.

I have a stretching routine everyday, sports foam roller everyday, pilates classes and saunas

Repair protocol -

I have bpc, tb500 on the way and some generic hgh on hand

I will be running 500mcg bpc-157, 500mcg tb500 everyday.

2iu of hgh mon-fri before bed
 
Goal update -  Bodybuilding

Pre planning to do a bodybuilding comp here in Aus sometime maybe at the end of this year

Will be completing this cycle and then pct off.

Then getting my carpal tunnel surgery and ulnar nerve transposition should be next couple of months. Expected recovery is a month or so

After all this I will start working with @AE1079 to work towards a show.

I'm going to start start logging some meals, attempt some posing and start researching into shows bodybuilding and watching some YouTube stuff

If anyone can recommend any good YouTube videos or documentaries I'll give them a watch aswell

@willipede I find proviron helps harden a bit and smooth flow with deca/npp but with primo didn't see much of a result with any of my clients.

Proviron certainly ha a synergy with other drugs but IMO it really only shines when used with nandrolones. He is already taking primo should he should have plenty of DHT on this cycle so proviron really not needed.

I would add masteron before proviron when using Primo. If it was my cycle

Reason I didn't want to add masteron is I have no experience with it yet, so just used an AI and some proviron to get things a bit more in check. Run this cycle and use it as a learning experience to improve further cycles

I dont mind the pins but didn't want to overcomplicate this cycle. In future I now feel comfortable adding in mast now that I've had some experience with primo

There are some that would go oral only as scared of needles. My point to Lev was it a bit of extra volume not extra injections

Update
Terrible sleep last night due to ongoing pain, started feeling alright around 4am until I had to get up for work at 8am

Felt better by midday and headed to a new gym to start that I will start personal training out of in the next couple months and getting to know everyone.

Will be smashing 2iu hgh before bed again tonight, 500mcg bpc, 500mcg tb500 and 200iu hcg

Training lower

Knees felt good, slowly bringing the weight back up into leg extensions. Don't want to rush so just getting some training in and pushing on other areas

I dont think its a coincidents but 2 nights in taking bpc, tb, hgh and glutathione and my chronic pain has substantially improved. Sleep quality up 100% and no lethargy in the morning

I have had long term insomnia for the last 10 years and this is the best sleep I've had in a long time.

How are you liking taking Cialis pre-workout.
Do you think it also helps you with your heart health and other things?

Love it pre workout, mad pumps and helps keep my blood pressure in range

You should have some really good healing and recovery from that stack.
I definitely am interested in getting back on growth hormone again at my age.

Recovery is already improving in after 2 days on this protocol

I think 2 weeks and I should be able to push close to failure on my quad dominant lifts again

The dumbbell shoulder press, first exercise was shit, only 4 reps at 32.5 got 8x37.5kg last time

I do an upper lower split, 1 chest, back and shoulder emphasis day

They're some on special on iherb 250mg with bromelain 125mg

Believe they work synergisticly

I do like the low rep range but sometimes can irritate tendons using such heavy lifts for me and pushing things to the limit, especially from the massive increases in strength from gear

Do you think higher rep ranges will be more beneficial to tendon stiffness?

Cheers brother, 4 weeks left in this training block but might make some adjustments for the last 4. Reduce quad volume, increase hamstring volume. Increase cardio

Add isometric holds in some quad movements and chest pressing movements to help with tendon stiffness as ive had a little trouble from the big jumps in strength.

@stevesmi @Pigsy Will lowering weight and bringing rep range from 6-8 up to 10-12 help with tendons? Always seeing conflicting information
 
Update -
Was given some mots-c to guinea pig, been told it could help with my fatigue aswell as help lean out somemore.

Have struggled with insomnia most of my life, also have obstructive sleep apnoea and awaiting surgery.

Have also been using their glutathione which has made a massive difference in energy especially upon waking, sleep quality feels improved.

Currently doing 200mg Inj Glutathione Mon, Wed, & Friday, will continue for 4 weeks.

Will try 2.5mg mots-c twice per week for the next 4 weeks and see what I think. My goals are to increase energy and be shredded.

i think in general higher rep ranges are better for guys like you bro
you look amazing tight, more reps like getting muscles more full and round bellies which is what you want
getting stronger just opens you up for injuries imo

Extremely happy to have put 10kg extra on each dumbell now at 57.kg for 6 reps

Some tendon pain, but overall coming down alot. Inflammation feels like it's coming down, im eating really clean again and pumping bpc, tb and some other goods which are making me feel cracker
 
Might want to take some time away to let your soft tissues catch up.
Sounds like maybe you're getting ahead of yourself.
 
What part of your body is hurting when it comes to tendons?

You've gotten awfully bigger and stronger in a short amount of time.
