Well for my diet I dont track macros, but i do track calories, im eating around 2.3k calories a day right now im cutting, for training i just do arnold split

10 min bike warmup
2 sets tricep push down warmup
3 sets regular
Then 2 sets of the one where you like hold the thing above ur head and push it i forgot the name its for triceps too
then close grip bench press for tricep 2 sets
Now onto biceps
3 sets hammer curls
2 sets device where you sit and curl idk tje name
2 sets prewcher
forearms
i did 2 excercises idk the name of each lol but one where u hold the bar behind ur back right above ur glutes and forearm curl it and the other where u put ur arm on the bench and rotate ur hand 2 sets each excercise
20 min bike to end it off

the training, you should NOT do to failure, you need to stick to 12-15 reps and moderate so no injuries

Idk i barely feel satisfied by the workout if i dont go to failure, also it was salmon not chicken, but most of my food consists of some grains and a type of meat

thats psychological, but you can get serious damage from going to failure, and once you have an injury you wont be training for a long time @heyheyheybro22

Log update
This is a pic i took in the gym today
I found our my tren and mast are fake because i did some more resewrch on the company (thaiger pharma) people tested their stuff and it turned out to be fake so when i thought i was running 200 test 200 mast 200 tren i was really just running 200 test (i know the test is really because i got it feom the pharmacy)

Anyways recently i upped the dose to 1g test with letrozole as an ai and 100 deca for joints, everything from the pharmacy so its def real

I found someone selling real spectrum pharma ampules, ill be lowering the test to 250 and add in 400mgs tren to kickstart to see if its real or not because if its real ill feel it right away at that high of a dose
if not ill continue the cycle at 1g of test

Side effects so far on a gram of test -
I feel hotter like i always need a fan even though its winter
Slight trouble sleeping


Ill be updating the log i had a problem with the wifi where google wasnt wodking so i couldnt use the site

If the tren is real ill take the dose down to 200
And maybe ill add in dhb i found a company im currently researching it but i heard dhb is like tren with less sides so if i decide to buy the dhb ill add it in at 200 weekly

Also does dhb act as an ai like mast or primo?
 
No dhb is not less harsh then tren that compound is also super toxic and i would not recommend running dhb and tren together, harsh compounds at your stage in the gym are not needed, you can grow just fine on more user friendly compounds just imo.

I am in no way an expert with anabolics, but I would listen to the lads in here. They know what they're talking about and would never give you a bum steer!

For what it's worth I trained 15 years before even touching test and my first log on here was just a natty log getting diet locked in ( on the advice of the evo family)

Goodluck with the path you choose but heaps of room to improve training/programming.

I'm super confused, you obviously see how much gains you're getting just on test (arguably you'd see these just by working out and eating right), but already super anxious to jump on more compounds.

You do you, but think about the long-term... Why do you want to get big? Why rush?

No at your age healthy organs is the priority, the gains will come and go, your quality of life you get one shot at that whats the point of being big if by 30 or younger you cant enjoy it because you screwed your long term health up, than what use is it being big ?

You are doing many things wrong already and we are here trying to correct them, dhb, tren letro you see the pattern ? All thing's at 21 will mess u up long term if you aren't careful.

Plus you see things on IG or somewhere else and think of trying it or u get wrong information or dont even know what it is or does, you use letro cause it is cheap ? You have the wrong mindset and are doing this all wrong.

The mistakes you make now will have long term impacts, i dont want to be rude or harsh to you but man please wake up and change it before it is to late.

There are definitely potential side effects of insulin. Hypoglycemia being one of them.

insulin can make you diabetic, thats why not bro ;) like type 2 diabetes that will ruin your life

you boost insulin by eating a meal. you don't need insulin, it is counter productive.. in the middle east these days sugar consumption is so high that you get MORE INSULIN then you will ever need from the foods you guys eat. several middle eastern countries are even more obese then the FAT USA .. as far as insulin just throw it away and never touch it again.

but Trying to copy what Pro bodybuilders do when you are just the normal guy makes no sense.

ONLY way you should use insulin is if you use tons of hgh over time.

It only takes one time, you ate so green and new to all of this, you dont need insulin, you are not that deep into bodybuilding yet that you require insulin to grow, look at my arms, i use zero insulin and low dose cycles, i grow just fine, its more about the diet, food intake ajd training protocol you use for maximum growth, the drugs are secondary. Learning how compounds work and what to take and how to creaye a synergy in your protocol is mkre important imo.

I have 6 more weeks left on my cut, im thinking of adding in var starting at 10mgs and adding in 10mgs more every week
Currently running 400 test 400 masteron with some liver support i got at the pharmacy

you shouldn't add more anavar bro ;) why? simply because we cant even get you to update your training cardio regularly here, telling you to use more steroids just straight bad for you
and if you cant get results with 800mgs of steroids 400/400 you're doing something wrong, makes sense right? @heyheyheybro22 think this over, some pro bodybuilders using your dose +/-

As far as training goes be more specific. We have no idea your weights used and reps on each set. Just saying you do Arnold split gives us no idea how to gauge things.

Rope bar 40kg 7-8 reps
preacher was warming up for that first set so i forfot but usually 45kg
You should start going up in reps to 15+
 
You still look extremely Raw.

You need to keep being consistent and build mature muscle memory

5 years from now you'll look back and you will be very impressed with how far you've come if you do that
