Approved Log Wheelhouse Cruise & Blast 2025 Beligas/Ultima Cycle Log

Wheelhouse87

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Hey guys!

Just a really quick post to kick this new log off & I will update with all the relevant info Re: diet, training split etc when I'm back from a weekend away.

I only just wrapped up my Test/Eq log which I thoroughly enjoyed and I thought why not start a log to detail my cruise then blast.
The log kept me accountable and also let me track my progress so I think it will be very beneficial to keep one going through my cruise stage.

I'm partnering up with @RhinoUGL and Beligas/Ultima for all my PEDs & extremely excited to finally give Pharma grade gear a go.
I've never had a drama with my UG vendors but it's something I have never tried and have always wanted to.

I'll be running 175mg of Ultima Test E throughout my cruise whilst staying thorough with my training and supplement intake. I will regularly get bloods to track everything.
On my cruise I'm looking to try hold my lean muscle but mainly cut more body fat % for a good start to my blast cycle.
I believe any lean gains lost should bounce back pretty quickly.

My blast cycle isn't locked in but it will more than likely be consisting of Test, deca,Mast and GH and conservative doses but that is later to come.

I hope to see the familiar faces from my previous log on here who helped me out hugely & would be great to see some new ones.

Again, I will update more thoroughly with Supps, diet, training etc in a couple of days.

Thanks everyone.

The side by side picture i have attached is before the start of my last log to current date (photo yesterday)

the food looks amazing!

Wow you cooked all that man that is amazing!
so you cook for a bunch of rich people?
Yeah mate cooked all that.
I in-house cook for people. This one was about 3hours away from where I live down in sydney

Bros I hope you save some of that food for meal prep.

I hope you get to keep a lot of it extra that people don't eat.
I cook myself and the family that kind of food most of the week for dinner bro.. bit basic through the week for time restraints but fri, sat, sun night is normally our cook up nights for something nice.
None of the food goes to waste 👍👍 fried them up some of the leftover rice on fresh sourdough with a runny fried egg on top

Hey guys,
Just a quick food update (been more food then workout the start of this log 😂) did some prep last night for my Monday/Tuesday meals 1&2 at work.
Will have some more training and physique posts this week as it's now Monday here.
This prep was Roast boneless chicken with a ginger, garlic broccolini egg fried rice.
59 grams of protein per serving and 617 calories per serving.

Couple of nice scotch fillers from the local butcher for our dinner tonight with a basic salad. Only just got back from a weekend away so it was a nice easy one.

Cheers

Thanks brother. Meal prep has never really been an issue for me since I cook for a living but can see it would be an issue for the majority.
Cheers mate

Should be good run

I'm gonna have to start eating eggs. Again, you make it look so good together. And I love the meat selection.

, that's really cool. That you're hitting the martial arts, that's great for cardio and flexibility. Keep it up.
Yeah I use it for my cardio these days. And you're right about the flexibility - it's a really good stretch. Some times called "Forced yoga" 😂

Yeah hook in brother.. sometimes I get over just eating a heap of eggs on their own but if I mix it though a veg fried rice or similar it takes away the monotonous taste of just eggs.
Thanks again bro

I'm gonna have to check to see if my supermarket has broccolini, they usually just have broccoli.

Great job on this update. You're giving us all some great ideas to put together some meals.

Very nice job on your lunch break getting in a workout.

Sometimes those are the best workouts, just a quick in and out.

Very nice, man. You are a pro in the kitchen. That is definitely a nice looking knife. I keep losing my knives. It's always hard to keep track of them.

Just use broccoli if not bro.. I would normally use broccoli but broccolini must be in season here so it's cheap.. when it goes back to normal price I just switch back to broccoli 🙌👍

Yes it's funny how you can still get your workout done with time constraints.. luckily we have good bathroom/showers so I quick shower and back to work.

Thanks bro.. yeah I love my Dao Vua knives - they are handmade in Vietnam using Russian leaf springs. They are a carbon type steel to do need to keep maintained so they don't rust but very easy to get a razor sharp edge on.
I keep my knives in a proper knife roll that I normally take to jobs so I don't lose them

Nice work on food

Another week finished up.
Heading away to Hunter valley with the family this weekend (Wine country) so a quick session before packing the car.

Got a nice leg workout in yesterday:
Leg press - 3x10 - 220kg
Leg curls - 3x12 - 97kg then drop sets
Seated reverse curls - 3x10 (really starting to like working hamstrings)
Seated calf raises - 3 x to failure 80kg

Shoulders and back this morning:
Lat raises - 3x12 - 14kg
Reverse flys - 3x12 - 14kg
Dumbell shoulder press - 3x10 -32kg
Upright rows - 3x10 - 30kg
Shrugs - 60kg to failure
Single arm rows - 36kg 3x12
Single arm pull downs - 27kg 3x12

I feel like my quads are starting to plateau a bit after making some good gains but I'm sure they're still growing. Still happy with back gains and enjoying it.

Have a great weekend guys - the place we are staying at has a woodfire pizza oven so I'll try get some food photos 🙌

Cheers

Love your work brother! Keen To see these pizzas too 🧐🤤🍕

Arrived at our farm stay for the weekend with family.
Beautiful spot around the Wine country in Hunter Valley.
Had some Beautiful Grass fed Sirloin steak last night on the grill (forgot to get a picture 🤦)
Going to try pick up some produce and a couple of bottles of wine from our favourite little winery (Petersons). Then some woodfire pizzas tonight.

Sitting out on the deck having my coffee at 7am this morning and heard the cannons going off in the distance - thought of @Pigsy straight away 😂

Have a good weekend

This is beautiful @Wheelhouse87 :D the best views and best food coming.

Ok guys.. got back from my weekend away with the family.
Pizzas were a hit - little bit different to my pizza oven at home so weren't completely up to my standard 😂 got a few bottles of my favourite wine to go in the cupboard for special occasions.

Also knocked up my Mon/Tuesday meals 1&2 prep.. used up the last 1kg of Roo mince in honour of @LevButlerov 😂 sorry mate but it will be the last Roo meat meal prep you see from me.
I hid the flavour the best I could with some cheap taco seasoning packets but I'll go back to my Beef or chicken mince with only Fresh herbs for majority of flavouring.
Made 4 servings - 52g protein each serving and 473 calories each serve.

Have a solid start to the week legends 🙌

Amazing food with the family, real deal :D stacked protein

Good start to the week with some legs and shoulders.
Seated leg curls - 98kg 3 x 10 and then a drop sets
Reverse curls- 67kg'ish- 3 x 12
Abductors - 3 x 12
Shoulder press - 60kg 3 x 10
Cable lateral raises - 12kg - 3 x 12
Reverse flys - 3 x 10
Front raises cables - 12kg 3 x 10

Going to start stepping up my cardio whilst on cruise. I've figured out i can make it back to the gym in my lunch break today do 30mins of cardio, have a shower and get back to work Mon-Wed. Will definitely Help drop fat % which is my goal at the moment.

Cheers

That's definitely cool man, that you have a big family farm. Sounds like you have a lot of wealth.

That's something cool man.

You should really cherish this type of situation where you have access to such amazing food.

damn man good tips on the cooking are you an ex Chef or something how do you know a lot about that stuff
Yes bro I have a food business and in-house chef at holiday properties or for special occasions.
Always happy to help anyone out with tips or meals 🙌

explain to us what the cannons are for?

I can't remember the reasoning.
It's like a gas cannon but it doesn't shoot anything. It's the noise that scares birds etc away from the vineyards.. @Pigsy is the man to correct me if I am wrong as he uses them.
