Going to start stepping up my cardio whilst on cruise. I've figured out i can make it back to the gym in my lunch break today do 30mins of cardio, have a shower and get back to work Mon-Wed. Will definitely Help drop fat % which is my goal at the moment.

Cheers
Looking sharp brother, everything tightening up real nicely!!! Love ya work bro

2nd pin down with Ultima Test E 250mg from @RhinoUGL and its smooth as silk.
I can't even tell the next day where I've pinned 🤣 not one bit of PIP so I'm very happy at the moment.
Using 27g×13mm in quads at the moment after hearing from alot of people that have changed from using the larger 23g × 32mm to the smaller insulin style needle - pinning has been made much easier

Looks good

Ok guys.. got back from my weekend away with the family.
Pizzas were a hit - little bit different to my pizza oven at home so weren't completely up to my standard 😂 got a few bottles of my favourite wine to go in the cupboard for special occasions.

Also knocked up my Mon/Tuesday meals 1&2 prep.. used up the last 1kg of Roo mince in honour of @LevButlerov 😂 sorry mate but it will be the last Roo meat meal prep you see from me.
I hid the flavour the best I could with some cheap taco seasoning packets but I'll go back to my Beef or chicken mince with only Fresh herbs for majority of flavouring.
Made 4 servings - 52g protein each serving and 473 calories each serve.

Have a solid start to the week legends 🙌
@Wheelhouse87 that food looks incredible!

@Wheelhouse87 Ultima is a good quality oil :D I like ultima pharma.

Unfortunately Evo Fam it's not the best update today... but it's only a small step back!

My mates called me up yesterday as they needed another player for their last game of Cricket for the season.
I hadn't played in 4 years but I grew up most of my life playing higher level cricket.
Unfortunately when I went for an explosive style sprint off the mark I felt a big pop in my calf muscle. Like a baseball bat across the back of my calf.
I instantly knew it wasn't good, iced it up all last night and can barely walk on it.
Got some crutches and made it to the doctors this morning - looks like a Muscle tear but not a snap.
Luckily I got booked in for a scan tomorrow to see the extent of it.

Sets me back with leg days but I'll still atleast be able to train top half. Resting up until next week to get some good recovery started.

Lesson of the day : ALWAYS warm up and stretch before sports 🤦 just wasn't thinking.

My question is do you think TB and BPC will help recovery of the calf?

Cheers guys

Bro no good at all! Are you currently on gh? Just in regards to tb and bpc, from what I understand gh is superior in this regard for recovery. Though not sure if all 3 can be utilised simultaneously, im sure someone can give an educated insight. All the best with the recovery legend!

Not on GH during my cruise but I have 400iu of Beligas Beltropin from my blast.
Could always pinch some from that if I knew it would help me out

I always keep my fjet boring since it is simple and easy and I don't have to keep calculating it all lol.

This was my last leg session the day before I tore my calf (forgot to post)😭🤦 been really happy with progress on my legs so it's going to be a bit depressing.
I'm wondering whether i still train my single right leg on curls and press.
(My post regarding injury is a couple of posts up this page)

@Wheelhouse87 not good you tore it but you can help heal it for sure.
BPC157 and tb500 100% will help you recover.

I suggest you NOT train legs or do cardio until 2 weeks in.
Take the next 3 days off and rest as well.

Your legs look good and swelling is down but you need to stop leg work.

I'd also love to hear from people about some rehab style movements for when I'm ready to start easing back into it with the leg.
For now, none, you need to rest. About 3-5 days in start with doing just arms shoulders in sitting only positions and go from there.

Thanks heaps for replying back to my questions brother!
Sorry I probably confused you but I have NOT been doing any workouts and definitely no leg workouts.. that photo was from the day before I hurt the calf.
Spending the next 3 days resting up over the weekend.
I have scan on my leg in an hours time to make sure it's nothing worse than expected.

I have GH and TB/BPC... would you say to just use the TB/BPC and keep the GH for my Blast still?

Cheers bro

I would use the hgh with bpc157 and tb500 all together. @Wheelhouse87 You need maximum recovery.

Really depends on how bad the tear is

Let us know after they do the full testing

Essentially if it's just a pulled calf it'll heal up but if it's an actual tear it could be an issue that requires something more serious to happen so it really depends

I did the same thing around 4 months ago bpc157 and tb500 really helped the healing process

Thanks for chiming in brother..
Just got back from having a scan done and its a tear in the medial gastroc muscle with some bleeding from a haematoma.
Good thing is no surgery needed so I'll rest it up for a few weeks and look to get into a physio for some rehab for it

This is great to hear bro. I have some on hand so it won't hurt to start it.
Did you pin straight into the calf? I'm scared to as it's bloody killing me and don't want to jab it with anything 🤣

Yer straight in with a slin pin you don't really feel its it's pretty smooth drops the swelling pretty quickly so might actually give you some relief

@Wheelhouse87

So unlucky dude, I feel for ya. Where you fielding or batting when you did it? Hurting yourself playing cricket but not when lifting those heavy ass weights you do, gotta feel hard done by.

Regarding TB/BPC - my 2 cents would be 500mcg of each administered twice daily(so 1000mcg total each daily) to or as close to the localised area of the strain.

Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Perfect.. will start on it tomorrow. Will let you know how I go over the coming weeks bro.
Did you run it for about 4 weeks?

I know bro.. couldn't believe it but it's my fault. Bit of an explosive run from Wicket Keeper to the ball (hadn't warmed up properly either) and bang.
To busy having fun with the fellas 🤣

Cheers for that - going to start on the BPC and TB tomorrow brother

Yes I did 4 weeks had a break for 2 weeks then another 4
I'm wondering because 4 weeks + 2 weeks off and I'll nearly be ready for my blast and I'll be running GH.
I've seen some say GH can be the same so I wonder if I just start the GH a week or 2 earlier

Unless your on a really high dose of gh you will still benefit from the bpc157 and tb cause it's injected right into the affected area it boosts healing gh alone also dose this but anything under 8 to 10iu won't really do that much but the combination of both will work wonders

Good to know.. yeah I'll only be doing 3iu 🤣

Yes but rehab and rest will do more

I think Cricket is sort of, like, baseball or softball.

But I could be wrong. I'll have to look it up.

Interesting that you guys play cricket.

I wonder if that's because of the Asian influence.

so you went to run and blew out your calf?

That's a hell of a story, man.

I think going from 0 to 100 on a run, can definitely cause issues.
Like you said, you didn't properly warm up.

Good to hear the injury doesn't require surgery.

Rest it up and you'll be fine. Just train, your upper body, and your upper legs.

I had an injury like that years ago when I played college softball.
I hit the ball for a home run and got so excited. I started jumping up in the air and landed awkwardly.

bros no clue what cricket is.

in america its an annoying bug that makes noise all night
It's a pretty boring game that originates from England 🤣.. 2 teams, 2 batters, bowler and fielders.
I grew up playing it and Rugby union- cricket is a pretty big sport over here.
I play the more fun/quicker version which is called 20/20 so it's more of a faster big hitting game (more entertaining)

Man, that's a bad break. It sounds like you went after you hit the ball to go to first base and you pulled your calf?
Kind of. No bases in cricket. You run from one end of the pitch to the other.
I was in Wicket keeper (like a catcher behind the batter in baseball) and went for a quick off the mark run & blew the calf

I think Cricket is sort of, like, baseball or softball.

But I could be wrong. I'll have to look it up.
Similar concepts but completely different at same time 🤣 some of our matches the batter can stay in all day until he loses his "wicket"
Still 2 teams, batters, bowlers (pitchers in baseball case) and fielders.
We don't throw the ball, we bowl it with a straight arm if that makes sense.

Cricket originates from England.. it's counted as a "Regal/Royal" game.
India is massive on it! They pay big money fore our players in India

so you went to run and blew out your calf?

That's a hell of a story, man.
Exactly bro. Just went for an explosive style run off the mark and pop.
Doctor said its the most typical way it happens with a quick load on the Achilles and calf

I think going from 0 to 100 on a run, can definitely cause issues.
Like you said, you didn't properly warm up.
Yep no ones fault besides my own brother.
Tough lesson learnt and I know better since I've played sports my whole life.
Could have been a lot worse so I'm grateful I can still to seated workouts at the gym

Sorry for the injury news.

Like the guys above said, that's just bad luck. Not getting injured weight training, but getting injured playing Cricket of all things,

Thanks brother.. small set back but will gain the legs back as soon as its all better 🙌

Damn man. Hate to hear about the injury. Hope
You heal up quickly and 100%

Hey guys,

Quick little Sunday update.
My calf is feeling bit better today and can get around a bit more. Still been resting up most of the day with my trusty side kick, Otis the Mini maine coon kitten 🤣 (Wifes kitten).

Even though i have the injury the grind doesn't stop. Got my meal prep done for Monday/Tuesday Meal 1 and 2.
Grass fed beef, broccolini, leafy Chinese broccoli, onion, heaps of fresh garlic & Ginger, some Homemade Thai chilli jam, concentrated bone broth, soy sauce, Sesame oil and 400g white rice.

640 calories per serve & 65g of protein per serve.

Also made a little fresh Mango salad to go with our grass fed rump steak tonight for dinner.
And a little lunch i made yesterday with a Zoodle salad and pan fried king prawns with avocado and a yoghurt/chilli drizzle.

Ill Still be hitting the gym tomorrow 5am but seated exercises which I'm still confident I can get good workouts in all this week without legs 👍

Cheers guys

Little cat there CUTE :D and great food mix, like the best meats and veggies there. @Wheelhouse87

Ive only had to rehab my bicep tendon years ago, i have no experience with calf, it does suck brother been there, i would think 2iu GH 500mcg boc157 daily and 500mcg tb500 for speeding along recovery.

Thanks brother.. I've seen 2 mates go through bicep snaps (looked horrendous) needed surgery and a very long recovery. Wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Started BPC and TB the day after I did the injury.
Couldn't walk for 2 days at all. On crutches until Sunday. It's now Tuesday and I'm walking unassisted and back at the gym doing seated exercises.
500mcg BPC daily and 2.5mg TB every 3 days - about to add 2iu of GH in.

I hope your bicep bounced back ok

Hey guys,
Second day back after resting up from my calf injury. Got some seated back movements done today.
I know it's probably all in my head but I feel like I've put so much weight on from being on bed rest for 5 days 🤣
My leg is feeling better everyday - I can't really compare but I feel the BPC and TB is helping

That is excellent man! That has me pumped your back walking already and doing some exercises 💪 cant keep a good man down.

Oh yeah it just took a very long time, thankfully i did it in my early/mid twenties, i did the minimally invasive surgery so it didnt hack my bicep or destroy it, i just have 4 small incision scars on my right delt and a half moon looking scar on the front more so inside shoulder joint, it didn't stop me, it made me work harder to be better.

You look great :D very wide shoulders and chest super tight. @Wheelhouse87
Food is perfect but you should add bone broth to help recovery.

That's great to hear it recovered for you bro. Would be a terrible muscle to damage.
And I hear you about working harder - its only been 6 days for me and I feel I have to gain all my losses back 🤣 the things we do to better ourselves hey

Bit of a delay with updates from last week.
House move is all done and I hosted our annual mens mental health fundraiser event on Saturday.
Time has been freed up so it's full bore ahead.
Shoulder, chest and arm workouts over the last couple of days have been good.
Starting to get FOMO seeing people train legs whilst I'm still letting the calf injury heal properly.

Few food shots.. mainly steak lately as we have just needed quick easy meals.

Have a good week everyone 👍

Steak looks like the meal of champs bro and you are clearly getting leaner and stronger there, tight and good arms and chest with shoulders @Wheelhouse87

Calf injuries tend to heal a lot quicker as long as you rest them. But if you don't allow them to rest, then they'll take a long time.

Definitely steak is easy to cook. I I'm with you on that one.

Keep up the good work.

That Maine Coon cat is gonna get really big 1 day. Those things can get up to 20 lbs or more.

Good to see that you're using your time wisely.

Keep up the good work, man.

Thanks brother. I've cut down a few more calories per day to try drop some more weight before my blast but not dramatically.
Can't beat a good steak!

That's good to know bro. I can feel it getting better each day. I had to move house so that put a bit of strain on it but I had no other choice unfortunately. Besides that I'm resting it up and no leg days at all plus taking Bpc,TB and GH

I'd love it if he was a full maine coon brother but he's a cross between a smaller size cat so should stay mid sized. He's a bloody character though 🤣

Yes, bone broth is really good, but try to make it on your own@home.

so it's fresh and it's highest quality.
I use to do this all the time but time constraints the last few months have hindered me.
I buy really good quality Bone concentrate from our local organic food supplier
