you did it but next time dont go into meat right away, go to eggs first next time hold off a bit on meat
 
How long should I hold off on it?
when you fast a long period your digetion gets shut down. so the first foods you eat will be tough to digest, so its good to have something very easy to digest like fruit or some light bone broth. usually takes 1-2 days for things to get back to normal with digestion

How did you feel during etc?
I felt better than the last 50hr fast actually... Even though this was longer!
Really weird or things of note to me are.. I have a more clear thought and concentration process it seems to me.
I'm calmer and reason my problem's or work related stuff better and more efficiently.
Work out routine seems like I pace at a slower but good rate... Lots of energy!

I think I'll go longer on my next one.. See how it works out.
I really didn't want it (fasting) for any weight control or loss. I think I was so hung up on muscle or strength loss.. Probably misinformation that I've heard from people.. And my own assumptions of starvation... Lol.
My only purpose of this is for my health/insulin resistance and I really think it has a big big benefit in this department..proven by my glucose readings and the seat of the pants feel I get.. Just better feeling!
I'm totally off the meds that I've been on for year's.. Metformin and I think it was 1 other one can't remember.
Thankfully I said to myself.. Screw this shit I'm gonna correct it..
My Doctor is a good one.. He was the only dr. who supported my decisions to get off and try.. Also supports TRT!

Yes, your ketones will definitely be elevated on that long of a fast. you are burning through a lot of fat cells !

Yeah... Japan is really a good place for food.. You can go into a 711, Lawson or a family mart store.. They are on every street corner loaded with good greens and fresh food. Or in a mall usually the bottom floor is a supermarket loaded up with fresh food.
I bought some good whey Protien there as well!

Yeah I've been having issue's with my lower back and nerve pain..
Underlying bone issue's.. I refuse to do surgery till I can't take it any longer.
Trying to get thru it.
I went more today as in reps and sets but lighter weight still. Felt alot better today!

I'm going to schedule with a massage therapy through the VA.
I'm waiting for the refferal for outside care in the community.
If I don't receive it soon I'm just going to find one myself, maybe acupuncture as well.
I'm currently doing the glucosamine and maybe need to add that bone broth.
Never tried the infrared light.

I'm trying to keep the meals changing allittle.. I liked the lobster.. But overcooked it I think this round.. Try and lower my times in the airfrier! Was at 13 minutes @400degrees.. Thinking maybe 9-10 minutes max next time.
I loved that meal though!!
I'm going to try for more fish today!!

The next big fast I'm thinking of March.. I'll go for it again..

I'm just blessed to have this wealth of information here!
All positives for me.. Still have a big uphill battle but at least I have some insight to get there.
