Hey guys it's good to be back on evo! Going to start my spring recomp, I finally fixed my shoulder issues so I can get back to it! Notorious labs kindly sent me some goodies to log, so I'll use them well. My plan is to get bigger and lose some fat in the process. Cycle will be 300 test E, 200 primo and 300 tren E. Thanks again bro @bigdawg1

what was wrong with your shoulder?

I think you're overtraining too much and you're pushing too heavy on your shoulders.

if i were you i would do a straight cut. primo and some var/test. that is it IMO
 
I can see your pictures you just have to click on them for some reason.

You got some big size on your frame
 
I think from here, you should focus on cutting down. More than a recomp. I think a straight cut would do you a lot of good.

Did some sparring with my Brazilian jiu-jitsu bro and got arm barred but didn't tap early enough haha
You should tap dont overdo it lol

@fatboy999 Welcome back! Glad to hear your shoulder is sorted and you're ready to hit it hard. That's a solid cycle for a recomp, best of luck with your spring transformation. Looking forward to seeing the results! Thanks for sharing your journey.

But make sure you stay healthy this time, injuries are the worst and they don't get any easier as you get older.

I think you're getting in plenty of food. That's not the issue at all.
 
Would like to see you lean out, maybe 2% and you look awesome.

That would be the best thing you can do.

@fatboy999 bro, that good. I get in my youngest son to start lifting. He only 2 years old. I want him to start Young.

@fatboy999 Bros i'm proud of you. Taking your cousins is smart. Get them into sports and working out at a young age.

This way when they get older, they'll take it serious.

I think it's great. You're getting your cousins into the gym at a young age. Let them fall in love with it. Don't be too pushy though.
