Hey everyone,

I am starting a log that will be running for approx 14 weeks, before commencing on my cruise which I will be logging also.



I will be sharing updates every couple days, and will be doing bloods throughout to share, as well as pictures and lift updates, I dont change my diet very much so I wont be sharing alot of that.



For this I have been lucky enough to be sponsored by Kaos, so shout out to those guys, due to the shortage however I was unable to run Primo for them, so for full disclosure I am using a mixture of Liquid Gold Labs and Notorious Labs Primo.



What I am running

400mg Test E weekly - Started 15/4/25

600mg Primo E weekly - Started 15/4/25

300mg NPP Weekly - Will be adding 13/5/25 for 10 weeks

2iu Daily HGH - Will be adding when I receive.

Goals and Current Stats

193cm and 110kg last dexa showed 14% body fat, however my weight fluctuates a fair bit, feel I am battling fluid.

Training on and off for over a decade with 2 years seriously.

On TRT for around 6 months before commencing on this first cycle.

My goal is to add approx 5-6kg of good quality lean mass and some strength to my big lifts, while maintaining healthy bloods and minimising impact to my health, so I can continue to build well into the future.

These were my bloods before starting anything, just TRT, which I was running at 200mg a week, probably on the higher side, when I come off this time I will be dropping to around 140mg, as I plan to run another cutting cycle in October.

Gym tonight for upper body, so will post a bit of an update then.

I forgot to mention, I have been supplied with Anavar aswell, unsure if I am going to add to this cycle yet or not.

Cable flies - 3 sets to burnout

Heaps of volume, I really love training, I am feeling the effects of the increased test and I think the Primo now, I dont believe I am ment to have the Primo in full swing until week 4 or 5, however my energy, stamina and pumps are amazing.

Even after a hard day of work this workout was challenging but I am recovering well.

I have changed up my routine a little bit and will see how it goes, I am basically doing a Upper/Lower.

Thanks for all the support guys, so keen to get this started.
I will be posting a physique update tomorrow after the gym, I am holding a little bit of water, I was silly and messed around with arimidex at the start of the cycle, my last bloods had me at 75 pmol, I believe I have pushed it too low, suffering a bit of joint pain, insomnia and irritability, just letting it naturally rebound which I am feeling much better so not too worried.

@Npcclassicphysique champ in regards to my AST/ALT doc believes it may be response to my training, I had lifted heavy the day before, I did have ultrasound done on full abdomen, no concerns, I also had a run in with EBV around 6 months ago, I am monitoring and taking NAC and Tudca currently.

Another decent day on volume, I have been trying different movements and machines to try and drive some volume and pump - tonights session -

I will be posting a physique update tomorrow after the gym, I am holding a little bit of water, I was silly and messed around with arimidex at the start of the cycle, my last bloods had me at 75 pmol, I believe I have pushed it too low, suffering a bit of joint pain, insomnia and irritability, just letting it naturally rebound which I am feeling much better so not too worried.

@Npcclassicphysique champ in regards to my AST/ALT doc believes it may be response to my training, I had lifted heavy the day before, I did have ultrasound done on full abdomen, no concerns, I also had a run in with EBV around 6 months ago, I am monitoring and taking NAC and Tudca currently.

Another decent day on volume, I have been trying different movements and machines to try and drive some volume and pump - tonights session -

In my photos youll see, I am battling a bit of water, the scale is flucuating quite a bit so I am not convinced I need to back off calories yet, I think I pushed my E2 too low which is slowly boucing back, I am doing bloods next week for my 4 weeks check in, which should give me some clarity before adding NPP and GH where I think the fun will really start.

I also hate bulking, nothing beats feeling lean and it plays with my mind when I get that softer look, however I can see I am gaining quality mass.

Diet stayed literally the same, I tend to not change too much there, I do have a trip away coming up this weekend which will be a bit of a rest and deload period, I will update my diet for that.

I still am not sure that I am feeling the effects of Primo yet, I am about to have 3 weeks completed on it, maybe someone with some experience there can chime in when and what I will notice, or potentially I have started to and its why my E2 feels to have rock bottomed - Aware labs are key there, which I will do, but this feels familiar I crashed my E2 in the early days on TRT.

I train after dinner, which I usually have chicken and rice of some sort or potatoes with tuna.
I take pre workout before I go and BCAA blend intra.

No gym tonight, back into that tomorrow. Same diet again, I am going to do a whole batch of meal prep tomorrow to clean up my diet a bit and add some more veg into my daily intake, I will share food pics and macros.

I did however go for a run tonight, I used to run quite a bit, I am planning to add some regular cardio into my routine, I did 5km in 30 minutes - at my weight (110kg) I am pretty happy with that, cardio recovery came in at 29 bpm, heart rate sat in zone 2 for just about all the run.

I dont know how or if my cycle will aid in my run times, but I am going to be trying to push that time down to 27-28 minutes.

Thanks man, this is my first big jump into gear and enhancement, I intend to keep doing this and take my body to the levels I see around this forum, big believer that the micronutrient part is so left out in this lifestyle for many, I try to add fruit and veg whereever possible.

I had really good endurance on test and primo myself definitely does help.
 
Started my morning with a 5km run, 30 mins, it was hot out so my heart was all over the place, but im really commited to getting my cardio in, so pushed through.

Came home, had my breakfast 4 eggs, half an avocado, cup spinach and 50g oats with a scoop of whey.
500ml coconut water with some EAA’s.
Rest of the diet stayed the same all day as usual.
Still sitting at 4k calories.

I am off work today so didnt do too much, just relaxed around the house. Hit the gym in the evening for another upper session,

No gym tonight, back into that tomorrow. Same diet again, I am going to do a whole batch of meal prep tomorrow to clean up my diet a bit and add some more veg into my daily intake, I will share food pics and macros.

I did however go for a run tonight, I used to run quite a bit, I am planning to add some regular cardio into my routine, I did 5km in 30 minutes - at my weight (110kg) I am pretty happy with that, cardio recovery came in at 29 bpm, heart rate sat in zone 2 for just about all the run.

I dont know how or if my cycle will aid in my run times, but I am going to be trying to push that time down to 27-28 minutes.

Back in the gym tonight after my weekend away.
Kept the diet relatively clean and high protein while away, just no training which probably wasnt the worst thing anyway as I have been going hard for the last few months a good rest was appreciated.

I started this morning with another 5km run fasted, broke sub 6 minute pace, but was absolutely fucked on the last km 😂, again at 110kg, I am pretty happy with these times, and my heart rate stays right in zone 2/3

Still on just 400 test 600 primo, but, had an exciting touchdown from @KAOS Anabolics today, which I have shared some pictures.
Everything looks the goods, professional packaging, super excited to get started on it.
I did a blood test this morning before work to see how everything is tracking before I add the NPP.
I dont expect any issues as I feel pretty good and my support stack is pretty thorough (pictures attached)
But rather be safer than sorry.

Started the HGH, I am running 3iu daily split into 1.5 pre cardio and 1.5 before bed.
I have never run HGH, but this stuff pinned smooth as butter, not a crazy dose from what I understand but should see some fat loss benefits, sleep improvement and maybe some muscle hopefully.

Good session at the gym I do a upper/lower split so started back on Upper

Couple of things to update, I got my bloods back - still waiting on my LCMS E2 test, but looking at the prolactin and e2, can probably safely assume its slightly elevated - I have been feeling really flat, low energy and pretty moody, I have started low dose adex and first dose I seem to feel better already.

This is my week 5 of the cycle, all in all pretty happy with the bloods, urea and creatinine I believe are because the morning of the blood test I was pretty dehydrated, which in turn has thrown my EGFR off, I had a kidney/liver ultrasound literally a couple months ago and clear.
My liver numbers are coming down, dr still believes they are training related, not too concerned with them at this point as they are trending down - bilirubin I had a direct/indirect test done awhile ago it seems I have gilbert syndrome.

Lipids are slightly concerning, however, this is to be expected I am reading on cycle, I am taking all the right supps for it, I have also only just added cardio into the mix, so I will monitor this.

Started NPP this week which I will run for 8 weeks, But will be doing bloods again at week 8, to see where I am at after 3-4 weeks of that. - I have added Mucuna and P5P at the same time to control Prolactin.

I had read that GH split dosing is gentler for sides and there is added benefits for pre cardio fasted.
Happy to shown otherwise just trying to optimise it and minimise any potential sides

No I had taken AI out for the time being, reintroduced it on a low dose following these bloods, the ALT/AST is trending downwards, but yes still watching

Absolutely agree, took .25 adex the day i got those bloods back, felt better within the day, will go onto an EOD of that dose for now and retest at the 8 week mark. I did suspect high e2, I had crashed myself earlier in the year and was hesitant to go back on AI in the belief that Primo would of controlled it.

@Dreamer bloods aren't that bad. a lot of times as you said those kidney numbers can come in hot but when you get more tests done they are clean. that is pretty common

My liver numbers are coming down, dr still believes they are training related, not too concerned with them at this point as they are trending down - bilirubin I had a direct/indirect test done awhile ago it seems I have gilbert syndrome.

Trained legs today, I do two leg sessions a week one with a quad focus, one with a ham focus.

Day 3 on NPP and day 5 on HGH, not sure if I am feeling much yet, I do think I am struggling with E2 a little bit but I have added Arimidex .25 each day back in, maybe someone can chime in if this is too high? I am really mindful of going too low, LCMS is a pain in the ass where it takes like 2 weeks to come back so alot of guesswork then validated by bloods later, I am sleeping alot better, even my whoop numbers say that my REM and Deep sleep is way up.
I will say though, @KAOS Anabolics gear is top notch, everything has been super smooth, I am pinning NPP daily and have not had any PIP or discomfort - maybe someone could let me know what to expect and when for this?

I have shared a physique update below, currently weighing in at 112kg 5 weeks into this cycle, I feel as though itll start ramping up in the next couple weeks, some of my body parts are noticeably bigger and fuller.

Back into the gym tomorrow for upper, cant wait.

hit chest, back and front delts tonight, now I am not sure if its bringing AI back into the mix, the NPP kicking in or just sheer coincidence, but was the strongest session I have had, tried some 1rm’s on flat bench right at the start and hit 130kg with clean form, which is a PR, I have also made the decision to take GH down to 2iu daily for now just while I get this water retention under control, my WHOOP metrics are all off, BP was slightly elevated this morning, but plan to titrate up as I get more dialled.

Positive - I guess the gear is all legit and dosed properly.



I am back on .25 Adex daily which has made me feel so much better and drier, so will continue this, maybe take it down to .125 daily after a week or so - still no LCMS back.

I am about half way through my cycle now and really starting to see and feel the effects.

@Dreamer you gotta watch out with hgh of carpal tunnell too. You can always take a week off of it, there's no rule where you have to take it every day like clockwork.

@Dreamer I like the bench and I like the squats and the military exercise is also good. Just be careful. You don't want to overdo it and overdo it and mess up your needs or your shoulders but nice workout.

starting to finally feel dialled, tonights upper body session felt really really good, I am starting to lean up, I can see certain parts of my body growing, shoulders and legs mainly, but really happy with the progress.

Strength and recovery feels amazing, I think I am starting to really feel the NPP - I have never used it before.

Following the exact same diet as I have been the whole time, havent dropped or increased my calories and yet growing and getting leaner at the same time, I have top quality gear thanks to Kaos, I have been pinning daily for weeks and have had not one bad injection.



I have also been monitoring my blood pressure, which has been sitting around 130/70, but, I have had a bit of water rentention from the HGH which is clearing up so I am hoping to get back into the 120s.

I have about 8 weeks left of this cycle, I am starting to think the results are gonna be pretty good.



Tonights session -

Bench 4x8 100kg did a few singles of 125-130kg

Dips 4x8 20kg

Incline press superset with cable flies 4 sets to burnout

Smith machine row 4x8 110kg

Hammer strength pulldown 4x10 150kg

Seated chest support row superset with straight arm pulldown 3 sets

Hey guys, sorry for the gap between updates, I have been working like a dog, but as we all know, this lifestyle isnt cheap so not much choice haha.



Anyway, been making some solid progress, this is my first cycle and it kinda blows my mind how visually just one day you realise you look different.



I am still going with the same stack, same gear, same diet, really liking what the NPP is adding, I can tell a very clear difference in my body and strength with it, and coupled with P5P and Mucuna daily I barely notice anything negative.

I am undecided on the GH, absolutely no denying its legit given the effects 3 iu had - 2 is much better, however not sure if its really adding alot for me - understand that this is a slow burn with GH so I will keep at it, I will also include IGF1 in my next bloods.



Changed up my training a bit, going with Upper A, Lower A, Cardio/rest, Upper B, Lower B, Cardio/Rest

I like running for cardio, but i easily get in like 15-20k steps with my job with plenty of fast walking, lifting etc.



Tomorrow is a cardio day, which I am going to go for a run for 45 mins.



Tonight I hit legs with Ham focus -

Glute ham raise 4x12 5kg weight plate

RDL 4x10 100kg

Smith good mornings 4x12 50kg

Seated leg curl 4x15 53kg

Hack squat 4x12 160kg

Leg Press 4x15 200kg

Leg Extension 4x12 63kg

Seated Calf raise 4x20 80kg

Standing Calf raise 4x20 100kg

Ab work, decline crunches, planks, machine





Yesterday I hit my Upper B

Incline Bench 4x8 90kg

DB bench 4x8 42.5kg DBs

Cable Flys superset with Machine Incline to burnout 4 Sets

T Bar row 4x10 65kg

Hammer Strength Pulldown 3x12 140kg

DB Row 3x10 40kg DBs

Narrow grip Pulldown superset with Straight arm pulldown to burnout 3sets

Seated Overhead press 4x8 65kg

Reverse flies Superset with DB lat raises

Arnold Press superset with Shrugs

Incline curl superset with Skullcrusher 4 sets

Machine curl superset with Close grip bench 4 set





Alot of volume, but honestly, I am eating, I am sleeping, I love my training and I am growing and progressing.



I will be posting a physique update on my next gym day - Wednesday.
