After talking about the fast.. Said to self.. Haven't checked the ketones in a while..
So after chowing down late ass meal last night midnight..
Thought surely it would be not high.. But damn I'm burning shit up.. Probably the late night cardio, maybe combo of N2slin and meal /cardio?

All good for me though... I'll use it for MORE FUEL and 🔥 in the GUT!!! 💯 Lol

Been having issues with work and such so my meals and the routines have been moved and changed and flipped around kinda sucks a big fat one!
Still on track though!
Routine was light morning
Curls 25 lbs winged it for 3sets of alot
Did some v up's
Work day no work out at work
1st meal @4:30pm
Steak
Broccoli
Bread slice
Some apple and banana
Blueberries

Just got home 10:30pm
Work out 30 minutes Burpees
V up's for 10 minutes in intervals

2nd meal @12:00am
Pretty much same exact thing less the blueberries!
Gonna crash out afterwards!
Finally my weekend!!

@ROIDDERS yeah it's expectable from some people.. They're out there.
Good things are I was able to get alot of stuff off my chest at our meeting yesterday.
So I'm hopeful important things gets sorted out soonest!
To stay focused is hard that's for sure!

Burpees are a tough workout. They really work up the cardio.

That's good that you have the flexibility to move around your meals.
 
Work can be annoying and get in the way sometimes so we just make adjustments and keep pushing!

@medengines Maybe try prepping some easily portable meals for those long work days to spread out your nutrition better. For now, focus on getting good rest during your weekend!

Bigger I'd say.. Getting tighter or harder for surely.. Weight is abouts the same at fluctuate about 207-211ish
