i ordered a package and its been sitting at waiting to be picked up for over 2 weeks. I just wanted an update to see if this is normal for a domestic US shipping process but have not received a message back
My first ticket was about 5 days ago, it just was surprising because they usually respond within 24 hours. And yeah, its sitting in Illinois just waiting to be delivered to USPS, so just wondering if thats normal. Usually I get my domestic orders within a week.

I just wanted to say thank you man, really appreciate it, been at a loss at what to do. So for my current cycle, I am taking 500 test c, 300 npp EOD, and might sound funny but I'm also taking 1.5-2mg retatrutide a week. I know most people use the Nandrone for bulks but I feel its also been helping me cut fat while still growing. I have my next order ready though, its gonna be test mast/primo and anavar. Im still deciding on the dosages, if you had any input, would be much appreciated.
@michaelvcurci these types of isolated events are rare. my last pack got to me normal time last month. napsgear is always on point. might have something to do with the holiday and summer break.
Oh for sure man, I've been ordering from naps for almost 2 years absolutely no problem and support has always replied within 24 hours, I completely understand. Plus my brother and my dad have been ordering from them for as long as I can remember and never had one problem. So I have full faith they will make everything good, I just am confused on why my tickets are not being assigned to a representative.

- It will take 15-20 minutes max.
- We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Thanks everyone, really appreciate it, this forum is awesome. They got back to me and explained that it actually is a international package and thats the label and where its landing in the US waiting to be delivered.
that is great man. with international sometimes customs spits it out same day and sometimes it can take weeks or longer. you just gotta be patient and order ahead of time
