I was speaking with my coach last night as he had some updates for my cycle layout, as everyone knows ive been utilizing the titration method.
My coach basically said its go time once week 4 comes around which will be next week monday.
Week Three layout
Test C 375mg a week
Mast 150mg a week
Winstrol 60mg a week
Aromasin 6.25mg eod
Here is the week four layout, this is when things really take off, and adjustments made on all compounds, most mgs ive ever taken will be with this cycle.
Week Four
Test C 500mg ( 250mg M/F=500 a week)
Mast 200mg ( 100mg M/F=200 a week)
Winstrol 20mg a day (preworkout /daily)
Anavar 25mg a day (preworkout /daily)
Aromasin 12.5mg daily (87.5mg a week)
Tamoxifen 10mg Mon/Wed/Fri( 30mg)
Total mgs 1,015 right in my wheelhouse of what i feel comfortable running as far as grams go, a gram or slightly over im good with that, like to typically be under a gram when possible.
This cut is more on the aggressive side and coach and i are trying to also figure out what i can tolerate, what i
respond good with compound wise and mg wise, that way for future cycles we are dialed fully in.
It will be really exciting seeing how i respond with 500mg of test as ive never run it before highest ive been is 300mg
Curious also about how the combination of Var/Winny will be for elevation of my workouts and long term endurance, and pump, combined its 45mg a day var/winny
Still eating around 2,555 calories a day, coach is going to try and implement carb/calorie cycling starting week 4, its not so much the calories he is concerned with, its more so the macors that he is looking for.
Trianing days only its one additional protein shake, so two shakes a day ontop of my 5 small meals, we are starting slower with the carb/calorie cycling.
He said just contiune to focus on intensity, push the cardio 60 minutes five days a week, keep resistance trianing at a max of 40 minutes a session and get it done, the goal isn't strength or weight lifted, its intensity and increasing it week after week, pump and squeeze along with sculpting the physique.
These next 8 weeks should hopefully if i do my part produce really good results, of course if i cant handle anything compound wise from mgs into unwanted side effects, coach will know immediately and we change it around or lower doses etc, goal is a fun hassle free productive cycle, not to suffer, i handle what i can handle and we make it work regardless.
So far everything has been going really good and i feel good most important aspect for me.

Yeah that is what i was thinking because even on 20mg 3 days a week for the first 2 weeks into week 3 ive noticed the pumps are stellar.@Noah Wixx

Saturday was a late one, got out of work much later than normal i dont make excuses, got off work drove myself directly to the gym, i carry a backpack with me, has everything i need when im on the go, i cant make any reasons not to do what is required of me.
Alot of bars exist in the area including around my gym, i always get a sense of accomplishment and being on the right path, while im hearing drunk people laughing and wasting time on a Saturday night, im busting my ass goal and dream chasing, it motivates me to be and do better, it fires me up knowing im not like them.
I saw 100 cars in the bar parking lot, i looked at my gym parking lot, my car was the only car there.
Here is a fact i live in one of the drunkest cities in the nation and im not proud of that at all, Midwest is like that unfortunately.
People are partying while im burning the midnight oil exhausted from the day, i dont do what the majority of people do around here, i like it that way.
So i did some lite calf work and some tibia work with my cardio tonight, very nice way to end the night.

I got a cheap tib bar on Amazon that's actually pretty good. Makes tib raises much less painful. I'm attaching a pic. Not sure if you can get it in the states but I'm sure there's somethn close.
I used to get shin splints bad when running so I started doing the tib bar raises twice a week. It's helped a lot.
Yup i just dont see the need personally for myself, if i cant produce solid results off 1g or slightly under, um doing something or mutiple things very wrong is how i see it.Yeah a gram is about where I wanna go tops from this point forward

Actually my coach is always on the side of caution, ive been working with him since my first cycle in 2023, and he has always been conservative and pumped the breaks, at the time i wasn't sure why, i truly learned alot and fully understood the big picture.@Noah Wixx Noah you are the man! i like that your coach gave you the go ahead. sometimes coaches like to hit the brakes and sometimes they want to push harder.
All winter long i was on 3200-3500 calories and for this cut we went aggressively so we dropped at 2500, we will be calorie and carb cycling starting week 4.you are looking good on this as always. surprised a big dude like you is only doing 2500 cals a day. thought you would be 3000+
