That's the goal, just wanted to be safe. Hopefully it's high end of normal when I get the test. Would like to not have to adjust doseages much. I am already running pretty high for a first cycle after upping both compounds a bit a month ago.

I tweaked my shoulder doing shoulder presses a few days ago and wasn't able to do chest today, so will take a few days off of chest and continue the rest of my routine. Will try again Thursday. Don't think I am going to do shoulder stuff for a few weeks at least
have you been able to pin bpc into it?
 
Hopefully it makes a difference. I tried doing the exercises for impingement and it just made it hurt more today lol
Go lower body for now. :D
 
Ya, I am able to do everything besides chest and shoulders for now. Crushed my legs yesterday. Realized I needed to do more sets at higher reps for legs. If my shoulder isn't better by Friday, I will just cut upperbody out for a week.
If you're doing chest, it would impact the shoulder, you don't feel it? @devinTK
 
Chest and shoulders are the 2 exercises I can't do without my shoulder hurting
This is why I said don't do upper body for now :D @devinTK , you can do core and lower body a few times to let the shoulders rest now.

Alright, just sucks lol. I want to train my chest. That's what im working the hardest on growing right now. Of course some dumb shit happens to get in the way.

This is temporary, just 1 week and as we get your peptides going. Start doing more core work as well.
