Thanks man, normally I go to bed around 9pm and wake up at 6ish if the kids slept longer i would get a little more sleep but I'm happy with 9ish plus hours

Ok so had a rest day yesterday, only because the night before I got about 4hrs sleep,

So was fried and couldn't sleep,
But with the rest day I got 8.5hrs sleep last night which was what the body needed
4hrs thats low, get rest and come back hard :D

Got home last night and got a good session in today, weights are still going up slowly on a couple of machines which is always nice to see,

And getting stronger doing pull ups too, bit still need the assisted machine but thats ok
Pulls ups are the best I see you did chin ups, do wide grips too :D @codezz

Ill be using Mt2 so I'm not so pasty white haha

Ill also be using bpc157 and tb500 for a couple of little niggles and also for its amazing recovery and benefits it has to offer

And also a little bit of retatrutide to see if the hype is all its worth

Im still using @ODINLABS oils and loving everytime I pin them, still getting stronger each day im in the gym

Now if I can become half viking and with the recovery from these Peptides I feel ill become unstoppable

Getting super tanner, spontaneous erections and appetite suppressed 🤣🤣. The negatives can be darkened moles if you have a lot of those. But you can always start the dose small and increase as you please. Mt2 has been around for quite some time now, so I don’t think there is any serious negative sides. Although there hasn’t been tons of research into it. 🙏
