first session back - did a push session with a bodybuild mate of mine
post workout pump pic, coach said it was all in my head if anything just lost some water being sick, this is cruise cals and doses

Machine chest press 5 sets
machine incline press 4 sets
cable flies 4 sets
side lateral machine 4 sets
shoulder press machine 4 sets
cabe tricep 5 sets
weight wasnt crazy was just trying to get blood in the muscle and get a decent pump since being off for 10 days, weight already starting to come back today
up to 84kg
