OK check in went well putting on a bit more size.
2 weeks then a quick deload and push after that is the plan.
Waiting on a cheeky touchdown from @Liquid Gold Labs for that sweet gear.

This week is at 70% but felt good.
I don't do deloads mid cycle. It's train to a peak and back off. Begin again
Deloads are very important especially if your pushing hard.

We have now finished our growth phase and ped will be dropping down before bloods and a cruise.
Really came together in the last few weeks.

Yeah a small one. I blame the deca from the last cycle. Didn't pick it up quick enough. Npp I had no issues but the deca that was another story.

You should start tamoxifen therapy for it.

Regardless of ped use for bodybuilding I would have at least needed true trt.
So because I loved training and had been training for 7 years by the time I was 24 I decided to start with some low test first cycle was the usual 250 test then 500 and finally 750. After that I joined evo.

From my research it won't help to reduce it. It only stops or shows it down. Now that the problematic hormone is out there's no more growth.

There's no hormone that actively removes the tissue from gyno. Once the tissue is set that's it.
Feel free to send me some of this cases where it's worked always happy to learn but I have done some pretty in-depth research on it and found no recorded cases of it working.

There are studies where guys had clear reduction in size and pain when using tamoxifen at around 10 to 20 mg a day. One controlled trial showed 7 out of 10 saw their gyno shrink and pain go down with Nolvadex compared to placebo. Another report had close to 90 percent success in recent cases when used for a few months. It is most effective when the gyno is still soft or tender and not old scarred tissue. If the lump has been there for years and hardened then surgery is usually the best way out.
But if it is early stage Nolvadex has plenty of medical backing that it can reverse it. Doctors have prescribed it for pubertal gyno with good outcomes too. So it is not a hormone that melts it away but it can block the drive that keeps that tissue alive and let it shrink.

This has been here for a while now and I did try nolva at the start with no success.
It doesn't really bother me and when I get the money I'll just have it removed.

@coolguy77711 Early usually means within the 1st year (maybe 2nd) while the tissue is still soft and active. Even if it has been around a while tamoxifen can still help shrink it down if you run it long enough at the right dose. Some guys quit too soon and never give it the full 3 to 6 months that doctors use in studies. Surgery is the last step but many cases respond to tamoxifen if you are consistent. It is not instant but it can still fade the lump over time.

Coach pulled all the PEDs down 2 weeks ago but we have increased gh to 5iu.
Bloods to be done in 3 weeks time.
Current stack 250t 200mast 5iu of gh.
up to 96.4 kg fasted this morning.
