DELOAD DONE, DIG CONTINUES



15 min cardio done, back to low days after yesterdays high day. Up 400g from high day feeling a bit fuller and definitely a lot tighter the last couple days.



We are absolutely cruising right now, back to 2RIR (95% load) trianing as of tomorrow, body is responding really well as of right now we are running raptor labs as always: @Raptor Rep

It working perfectly at the moment and through offseason so not making changes mid prep maybe next offseason

Shout out to raptor for hooking me up with glutathione. I’ve managed to get sick again 2nd time in 6 weeks it’s just that time of the year I guess. Didn’t get sick for 8 plus Months in off season. Another bunch is on its way can’t wait to continue using the product.

Feeling really good training is back to 1-2RIR this week with very slow increases on weights over the next couple of weeks. Sickness is basically all cleared up now thanks to raptors glutathione was really just a head cold lasted 2 days. Food is the same low days 3900 cals and high days are 4500 cals. Gear is staying the same too 200 test 600 mast and 100 primo 4IU GH 60mg Clen (was hinting at increasing Clen but will be next week I think).

@Bakery112 Good push today especially with weight feeling heavier and still matching or beating reps. That’s the kind of grind that keeps the momentum going when you’re deep in a cut. Execution looked tight across the board and being proud of the effort means you gave it all you had.

PUSH + PREP UPDATES



really good push session today last one in the book before deload next week as confirmed by boss man.



Deload will be 70% weight and 1 set of each exercise. These sessions I’ll still be taking seriously and warming up to train @ 100%. Going to use this time to spend more time with my family and friends and really just focus on being present as prep is flying.



This week food changes

100g rice -> 200 spud light

50g coco pops -> 70g Cocopops



A high day will be taken once we drop below 95kg morning weight. Prediction is around Sunday. Cals are at 3200 low and 3800 high. Still no cardio as always (besides off season). Coach believes 3kg and we will be inside out so very excited to chip away at the next 5 weeks.



Test 200 -> 175

Next checkin we will be going from 20mg anavar to 30mg and removing primo @ 100mg.



Currently totalling 835mg will be 735mg next week.
