I think I have been hard on myself lately. I keep forgetting that I am off cycle and the weights should feel extra heavy. I dont think I have lost any strength so that is a plus. I just feel tired going in each day which is expected after going from 2000mg of injectables per week down to 500mg per week for the last 3.5 weeks. I cant wait to get through this period as I am excited to see how my gains go while being in a slight surplus. Looking at just increasing weights on squats and deadlifts at 10 lbs per week and bench at 5 lbs per week. Over a 16 week cycle the gains will be huge. Will most likely do anavar with the test/deca the first 4 weeks as it will take that long for the deca to kick in. The final 6 weeks will use dbol if needed. Ok everyone have a kick ass week and get Strong AF!!!

Im almost scared how fast the weight will go up. I figure I will gain 20 lbs the first 4 weeks. Will have to watch blood pressure and use that as my gauge. I might have to start doing one hour daily fasted cardio first thing in the morning just to keep the weight from going up too fast.

What type of stack are you planning on running?

When I first started reading and you said weight going up I was thinking lifting and was like fuck ya. The weights going way up first week back lol.

This upcoming blast is going to be epic. Plan on being at 2500-3000 daily cals with 300 grams of protein min. My body is a sponge I convert food to muscle very easily. It's going to be nice not using semaglutide for a change. My last blast without semaglutide was in Feb 2024 and I got stronger each week like a mofo.

Ah I c. Ya I know KG comp plates are more common that Lbs. You can buy the KG ones up here A LOT cheaper. But KGs are for guys who wear scarfs and funny hats. Speak American bro lol
 
Ah ok. I assumed you're American but the numbers seemed odd
some private gyms will have both. But powerlifting is always in kg. So we use them if we can. 24 hour fitness in USA doesn’t have kilo plates. Or powerlifting benches ect…. But is affordable. We started training at small strength training gym! So,we round it to closest pound. Still cannot recall kilo conversions need a color coated plate chart! lol. 💪

Pretty good day today. Upped my reps by another to hit sets of 7 on flat bench. Next week might be a deload to get ready for the cycle the following week. Havent decided yet. We will be lowering weights on everything for week 1 of the cycle so that might be what we consider a deload. We should easily hit all our numbers since we will be starting at 70% 1RM for 5 sets of 10 on the big three lifts. I will be increasing the bigger two by 10 lbs per week and bench by 5 lbs per week for 16 weeks. Will be interesting to see where the numbers start to get hard. The plan is the first 8 weeks to be 5 sets of 10 and then move on to 5 sets of 7 for the next 4 weeks and then finish with 5 sets of 5 on the final 4 weeks. I have creatine to load up when I feel the need as well. Also be on HGH for the first time in a year so that will be exciting. I am excited and nervous to see how fast the weight piles on. As long as I am getting stronger each week I dont really care though. Just need to watch Blood Pressure and lower carbs a little. Ok everyone have a kick ass week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

I haven't checked bloods in about 18 months now. I don't feel any E2 sides. I think my body handles things well now that I've lost so much body fat.

I always hear about how deca can be tricky with the e2 conversion and I'd think at those doses you have some sort of AI protocol or something.

Yes I use Aromasin for the test conversion and then proviron, B Vitamins, and P5P for the deca prolactin conversion.

P5P has a clinical effect of 5-10% on prolactin in VERY high doses it does basically nothing @BeMe
 
I've come to the conclusion that the simple tried and true test/Deca cycle is going to be the best thing for an aging powerlifter.
I agree with you completely,its one of my favourite combos for lifting like a maniac lol with a sprinkle of anadrol added in of course,matter of fact I just got home from my blood test this morning and am about to blast test,npp in 5 mins😉

I've come to the conclusion that the simple tried and true test/Deca cycle is going to be the best thing for an aging powerlifter.
You could split the deca dosage with EQ. In me, the EQ offers some estrogen management and with the mix of the two my joints felt great

I've thought about using EQ in the cycle. I am using 250mg right now on my health phase. I just wonder if 250mg would be enough with my cycle. It's only 50mg/ml so I have to be a pin cushion.

Ouch!!! You need some higher concentration!
Pharmaqo or beligas are 300mg/ml. Very smooth.

Are you using vet grade?

No way im not cutting for at least 6 more months. That's all I've been doing for 2 years. Eating under 2000 cals per day for 5 days per week for ever. I need to get my metabolism back up to 3000 cals per day.

Good lifting start to the cycle. Be watching this with great interest to see how things progress.
 
Its going to be a doozey. Rapid weight gain and strength is expected. I am shocked my sumo is this strong without ever training it. Should be at least 650 by end of cycle.
I just starting a big peptide cycle which will be logging and reviewing
 
Thinking about starting slower on my cycle. Will continue using 250mg EQ per week and going 500mg Test and 500mg Deca. Do this for 4 weeks and then upping test to 1000mg and deca to 750 and dropping EQ. I might also increase test to 750 after two weeks and drop EQ to 200.

I think you should kick start with tbol to really feel the burn.

That's the plan. This way I get a full 16'weeks cycle. Sucks waiting for the cycle to kick in. This is why orals are so important. You reckon 40mg per day is enough for tbol or should I go 60mg? I also have anavar, superdrol, and anadrol on hand. Going to hold off on the dbol until the final 6 weeks.

I think even 20mgs ed is enough to kick start, you don't need to go hard on the orals, your cycle will hit you even the 1st week. @RoidRage69
