Pretty happy with my strength on incline today. Will be dropping the weight down to 275 next week for sets of 8 and then go up 5 lbs each week inline with my flat bench. This way I should end the cycle with sets of 5 at a weight of 355 on incline. That gives me a theoretical max of 426 according to the 1 rep max calculator on incline which would be wicked. I think its very doable. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get Strong AF!!!

750mg Sustanon 500mg Deca 200mg EQ 20mg Tbol the first 4 weeks and then moving up to 1000mg Sustanon 750mg Deca. 1.5iu hgh daily entire cycle. Will add in 40mg dbol daily final 6 weeks only of my weight hasn't gone up 30 lbs in first 2.5 months. I am betting I won't be able to use it as it's common for me to go up 20lbs in a month.

Sure is a big difference going from 3 sets to 5 sets. Fatigue really starts to hit on set 4 and set 5 is just brutal. Weight is starting to pile on it seems. I'm hoping to get up to 275 for sets of 8 by years end. If I did them at the beginning of my workout I would probably be able to hit 275 for sets of 8.

If I can go up 10 lbs per week for 8 weeks my sumo deadlift 1RM is theoretically 651. Not bad considering my best sumo was less than 500 not long ago. I feel that by strengthening my sumo will strengthen my entire body in a better way. Gotta work muscles you normally don't work to help longevity in powerlifting. Too many people only train one way and I believe that only cause imbalances which will lead to injury.

this is another solid session for the summer. i like how you didn't use chalk @RoidRage69 the deadlifts look amazing.

Do you compete sumo if conventional on your deadlift?
Conventional but I am experimenting with sumo as I've never trained it so we will see if I can pull more sumo by years end. I feel that I can pull more sumo. The range of motion is cut in half. As long as my hips are fine I feel 650 sumo by Dec 20th is going to be easy.

Flat bench volume at 286 for multiple 10s is solid pressing, especially after working up from that single. Close grip moved well too and flys plus pushdowns topped off the chest and tris with a good pump. Smart choice skipping squats with that headache, better to miss a day than push through and wreck recovery. Going up 20lbs next week will come easy with the strength and size you’re already bringing back. :D

Today was pretty much a deload. Didn't do enough to build up any fatigue. Skipped leg day this week as well. Should be well rested for squats on Friday.
Smart move taking the deload, sometimes it’s better to back off so you’re fresh for the heavier lifts. Skipping legs this week means Friday squats should feel strong with the extra recovery. You’ll be primed to move good weight and get quality work in. :D

Incline bench at 285 for triples of 8 is big pressing, and saving those extra reps will pay off later when the jumps get heavier. Pulldowns and pullovers moving solid too, good balance across chest and back. The HGH tweak makes sense, higher dose on training days should line up well with the food and recovery, just stay consistent with it and you’ll notice the difference over the next block. :D

Pecs are really pumped right now with that amount of volume and tonnage. Tomorrow will be a day off and then back to deadlifting on Monday. Changed GH protocol again to before workout and then right before our first meal post workout. This way I have maximum hormones running through the veins while force feeding the rest of the day. Should help muscle size as well as recovery much faster than waiting until bedtime. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!

Hitting 292 for 5x10 is a strong showing and adding weight from last week proves the program is working.
Wide grip bench and dips stacked extra chest and tricep volume, and finishing with pushdowns after that much pressing locked it in.

The GH timing adjustment around training makes sense if the goal is to drive growth and recovery while you’re feeding heavy after. :D

Went off program today and decided to max out and see where my sumo deadlift is at after 4 weeks of training. Before we started this training block I did something like 535 for a max on sumo. Today I got 595 easily and then probably would have made 620 but went for 639 and it was too much. I would say its a success so far considering its the first time ive ever trained sumo deadlift. Its looking like my sumo will be way ahead of my previous conventional deadlift of 635. I am thinking 675 will be the number I am looking at getting by years end on sumo as long as I can stay healthy. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

Big jump on your pull, hitting 595 clean after only 4 weeks of sumo is huge progress from the 535 start. Even missing 639 isn’t a loss, you already know 620 was in you and that puts 675 by year’s end realistic if you stay healthy. Rows and shrugs heavy after that show your back strength is climbing with it, just keep recovery solid so you can keep pushing those numbers up. :D
