First cycle, looking for advice.

I am 17 with almost 5 years of consistently working out with good diet and such. I plan to be a professional bodybuilder in the future with my ultimate goal of a tleast making it to the Mr Olympia stage. I am very serious and want to do it in as safe of a manner as I can.

I am 5'10" 200lbs, on the latter end of a cut, and plan to hop on in a month or 2 when I begin bulking again. I plan on doing my first cycle as a 12-16 week cycle starting at 200mg/week of test enanthate or cypionate, and possibly increasing later in the cycle if all is well. I also plan on using an ai such as aromasin to keep estrogen in check and hgh to try to keep from tanking my natural test as bad. Im not completely sure exactly how much of those to use, and I have heard of using an ai just as needed and also heard of using it constantly, so which should I do?

As far as supps, all I take is 10g/day of creatine monohydrate. Am currently eating 1800-2000cals and 200g of protein a day while cutting. When I begin bulking again, with the PEDs, I plan to eat around 2300-2500cals and 230ish grams of protein a day.

I plan to get blood work done before I start, and would like to know what all I should specifically look for. I dont plan on adding anything else to the cycle, as I want to keep it simple at the start and not add to it until 2nd or 3rd cycle. I will be adding physique pics soon in a follow up post after my workout, as I am about to start it. If you have any questions or advice please feel free to ask. I also plan to make a log on here when I hop on.

My suggestion is you DO NOT use steroids, start by training harder, eating more and dialing in your supplements for 3 years before thinking about steroids.
PLEASE DO NOT use steroids, they will not help you, you are too young.
We would know, we all use them! trust the pros the guys actually using.

Where to even start...this is crazy.

If you want to be a bodybuilder then you need to build a real base before you start blasting gear. No coach would ever let you start at 17 bro.

Atleast finish going through puberty. You're basically on testosterone naturally already lol
 
I use steroids but didn't start until I was 49. I am 50 now. Like I told my oldest son. Stay natural as long as possible. Learn to max out protein intake, become proficient in your form and learn to feel your target muscles working correctly in the movements. When your in your 30's you can decide if you want to go to the darkside. This is a marathon not a race. If you max out your body and hit your genetical max. Then hit the gear and you will get the most out of it. Your body is not even fully developed yet until your around 25. Keep working hard and lifting heavy and eat a lot of protein and get lots of sleep. If you grow big that way then your on your way to being an Olympian. Then you will know if u have the genetics to make it. Jay Cutler at your age was already huge and competing at your age naturally.

I get them, if I train at the 24/7 gym. They see me and ask about peds. Not training or nutrition funny thing

You guys explain it well about fertility on the podcast. I hope I can do as good of job in the post. Please fill in if I miss something. To the 17 year old. You are going to shut yourself down. It's possible you can mess yourself up forever by running cycles where u could not ever again have kids. Not saying it's 100% that it will happen but it could. That is a risk you take. I was your age once and I said I didn't want kids. Then as I got a little older, in my 20's, I said I didn't want kids until I was at least 30. I had my first child at 30. The point I am going with is we have opinions and they change. One day you may find that women who changes your life who u want to spend the rest of your life with. She is going to want to have kids. You are going to then want to have kids with her. But you been blasting and cruising. Now u possible can't have kids. You go to the doctors and they tell u both, you fucked yourself abusing steroids and probably won't ever have kids. She is going to be devastated and this could become a thorn in your relationship to the point it ends. Trust me when they want a baby they will bug the shit out of you until it happens one way or another. My first son was not planned but my second son was. When she was ready to have another she would beg me and try and make deals anything to get what she wanted. Obviously she got what she wanted. My last point on this, even though I thought I didn't want kids at your age. They have been the best blessings in my life. I love them so much and I would kill or die for them. I would never have changed having them or wanting them. I love them more then anything including if I knew what I knew now risking the chance of possibly not having them because I want to blast and cruise to early in life. I don't go to the gym to better myself and grow and look great because of steroids it's because I love the gym and the rest of the lifestyle. I Hope and pray you will continue to love the gym and the healthy lifestyle. Save the gear for later when it will be better option for you. Sorry this was long winded but I am passionate about helping the youth and sharing about this.

fucking with your HPTA at 17 is a big mistake. it will interfere with your reproduction system development and what will happen is by the time you are 25 you will have the test levels and fertility of a 90 year old. plus the economic nonsense is a waste. spending thousands of steroids and what comes with it vs. putting that money towards your education is a huge mistake. it won't cost you just thousands, it will cost you potentially millions in lifetime earnings. i used steroids at 28/29 for the first time so i am not being hypocritical in this situation :) and frankly i wish i had waited longer

Bros, 17 years old. You got hair on your balls for like 2 weeks. No need for steroids right now. Get your workouts and diet going.

At 17 years old, you don't want to make the mistake of using steroids. You'll blow out your system and you will actually hurt yourself.
 
Gear at 17 is a no-no. Your brain isn't fully developed, you will develop psychological issues, you run the risk of becoming infertile, you'll cook your organs and you naturally will have the most testosterone in your system now that you ever will naturally. Train hard, EAT and you'll grow. Leave it as long as you can before you get on gear. I started aged 23 after 5 years training and I regret it.

17 year old. that is way too young for steroids. i didn't start them that young either

LOL I totally didn't blame some bros for not believing it though. Like @Mobster mentioned or alluded to this shit goes on all the time and it's we cops and paramedics that end up at it and it's just another call, no headlines no nothing. Most of the shootings in Ontario or other Provinces done by any SWAT are not reported either, only that someone was arrested and only when it was a haul of drugs, cash or proceeds. If it was just a warrant execution and shots are fired, no headlines nothing, nothing to see hear go about your day LOL
