I am 17 with almost 5 years of consistently working out with good diet and such. I plan to be a professional bodybuilder in the future with my ultimate goal of a tleast making it to the Mr Olympia stage. I am very serious and want to do it in as safe of a manner as I can.
I am 5'10" 200lbs, on the latter end of a cut, and plan to hop on in a month or 2 when I begin bulking again. I plan on doing my first cycle as a 12-16 week cycle starting at 200mg/week of test enanthate or cypionate, and possibly increasing later in the cycle if all is well. I also plan on using an ai such as aromasin to keep estrogen in check and hgh to try to keep from tanking my natural test as bad. Im not completely sure exactly how much of those to use, and I have heard of using an ai just as needed and also heard of using it constantly, so which should I do?
As far as supps, all I take is 10g/day of creatine monohydrate. Am currently eating 1800-2000cals and 200g of protein a day while cutting. When I begin bulking again, with the PEDs, I plan to eat around 2300-2500cals and 230ish grams of protein a day.
I plan to get blood work done before I start, and would like to know what all I should specifically look for. I dont plan on adding anything else to the cycle, as I want to keep it simple at the start and not add to it until 2nd or 3rd cycle. I will be adding physique pics soon in a follow up post after my workout, as I am about to start it. If you have any questions or advice please feel free to ask.
