Need first cycle advice

Im panning on doing 250mg of test e a week with hcg 500iu a week aromisan 12.5mg eod and probaly enclo after the cycle i Just want to see how my body reacts anything i should change or do?
Have you ever used AAS before? Judging by what you wrote I'm thinking no.

im 6.1 185pounds/85kg not sure of my body fat right now im pretty fluffy right now and its my first cycle only other thing ive done is Mk677 to help my appetite when i was skinny my goals just to put on size get to roughly 90-95 kg

For a first cycle what you laid out is good but read up on PCT. Prob gonna take some clomid is not gonna cut it. You need solid PCT.
Have you listened to any of our podcasts? There is great info there.
It would also be a great benefit to get a training log going. That way we can guide you though your fists cycle and make sure it’s successful.

what would you recomend for pct? im thinking running hch through the whole thing and for two weeks after cyle and then once im done running hcg ill do clomid.

We need to know your age and be honest please. Also, you need to start a log to give us more info to guide you on a cycle.

We can't offer advice on what you should change or do if you yourself don't know how your body would react.
What I can say is absolutely NOT to the hcg with your first cycle of Test.
12.5mg aromasin eod is good to have ON HAND but you don't know yet whether that is the proper dose or it's needed at all before you do bloodwork before your cycle and then during.

We can work around it if you can't do bloodwork but let's get a log going first brother. We can't advise a new member who just joined and who's age we don't know on their first cycle or else we'd have a cut and paste thread titled "STEROIDS TO USE and AI's for FIRST TIMERS ON CYCLE - NO HCG!".



I always give the advice that first timers should educate and plan out their first cycle in this order:

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test and hormones back up and running)
  2. Diet (we have to see you have this dialed in with macros and calories)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for an 8-week trial run to assist)
Most people do it exactly the other way however for own health and success lets do #1 through to #4 within your log.

Accountability, pride, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Good plan for a first run, but you don’t need hcg during the whole cycle at 250 mg test since that dose won’t shut you too hard. You could run test e solo for 10-12 weeks, skip hcg until the last 2 weeks before pct, and use 500 iu 2x per week then stop it before clomid/tamoxifen/hcgenerate starts. But you realize this is all guesswork right? we need to know more about you to really help you. I just gave you kind of general view on it.

Start a pre-cycle log with your training split, diet, so we can track your progress weekly before you even do your 1st pin. this will help us help you dial in and start properly instead of guessing and jumping in. takes 15min to start off easy to do and follow up.

Brother.....one just doesn't do a quick 250 cycle and jump from 85 to 95 that's not how it works 🤦
Putting on size is all about eating and training,I mean EATING and training like a full unit and going beyond that
 
if you want to put on 10lb 750mg test and 50mg dbol a day - it will be all water weight and will disappear.
You need to be smart about your training, eating, sleeping and lastly PED's

Read this article. This will outline the best PCT method. PCT is just as important as the actual cycle for keeping what you have built and having a soft landing coming off gear.

i don't get the enclo love all over. must be some social media influencer pushing it. enclo is inferior to good ole clomid

What is the purpose of using HCG? It's not going to prevent you from getting shut down. That is a bunch of broscience. Where did you get this information?

i would drop the hcg. and if you plan on doing only 250mgs of test that aromasin dose is too much.

you don't need to 'see how my body reacts' There are 1 million people who have used similar cycle. Run the cycle to the best of its ability. I say go 400 mg of testosterone and use an oral kickstart.

Agree. Can use it between cycle and PCT but I never used it during the 2 times I did PCT.
for sure, we need to rewrite those its in my que.
