Approved Log Newbie Body Recomp Log - changing my life

Felt like i was in the zone last night, hit a few PR's which make me bloody happy! not sure what the contributing factor was for this as a couple of changes recently so it is hard to gauge. 200mg Masteron added, 1mg MOTS-C daily and Kaizen L-Carnatine pre workout, killing E2 down; given I was so bloody tired I am happily surprised, could be I was in a grumpy mood and that drove it.

Feeling pumped and refocused after another great session with the coach @stevesmi , thank you brother you are helping me a lot.

Thanks brother, I just cannot explain why/how with so little sleep as a general, the low calorie intake that I seem to be able to have smooth clean energy to hit PRs even if it is only a small increase to hit PR, I can only put it down to MOTS-C 1mg Daily;

I really look forward to seeing the Mega Thread, it will be very interesting to see everyone elses experince with it and what other synergistic adjuncts people are using to compliment it; I don't want to call it a miracle peptide but don't have any other words lmao - I am sure @Allupfromhere is feeling the same. Anyone chasing it, hit up @Wolfenstein a game changer.

NPP is fast acting Deca, i can't handle nandrolones and npp stuffed my up mentality. I 'feel' it makes you dumb, like you cant put a coherent sentence without having to think about it for 1hour.

If you want even more of a pump, 3iu of insulin with each of those shots. You wont go hypo (unless ultra sensitive but rare). Inject gh, wait 30min inject fast acting slin, then they'll cross each other out. Watch the pump you'll have :cool:

PS; you can have amino acid drink bla bla when working out, but i just buy it from the machine there sometimes (cbf for 6-8iu slin, for me just get home dinner).

I get the same feeling from tren, I believe it’s because 19-nors cross the blood brain barrier and are actually neurotoxic to an extent. Don’t get any mental side effects per se, but definitely feel not as sharp and a bit detached from reality after a while.

No ss31 as of yet brother if things begin to stall i will look toward the next avenue to keep it going and maybe could be on the cards then 😁🫣

nandrolones can help with certain things. much like peptides. but other times it will do nothing. when i had herniated discs it didn't do anything at all. but it did help when i was lifting heavy give me more cushion on my joints. some guys swear by them though. several guys on here like roidrage love it for joints. only 1 way to find out!

yeah if the joints issue is lubrication it will help more. but if the joints issue are other factors it might not help much

I get the same feeling from tren, I believe it’s because 19-nors cross the blood brain barrier and are actually neurotoxic to an extent. Don’t get any mental side effects per se, but definitely feel not as sharp and a bit detached from reality after a while.
I think different steroids can affect people differently. There are some people who go to prison on Trenbolone and there are some people who are calm as a cucumber on it. It just depends on everybody's personality.

I've been hearing more and more about this motsC stuff. i am gonna have to try it. let us know how you like it as the weeks go on @G-Merc 80
 
nandrolones can help with certain things. much like peptides. but other times it will do nothing. when i had herniated discs it didn't do anything at all. but it did help when i was lifting heavy give me more cushion on my joints. some guys swear by them though. several guys on here like roidrage love it for joints. only 1 way to find out!

@Ulter based on my experience I am 100% an advocate for it, few of the other Aussie boys also agree, @Allupfromhere is running it and finding the same, @Wolfenstein runs it as well.

yeah that is the only way you will know. my hunch is it will help somewhat. but no it won't cure it from what we talked about.

@G-Merc 80 dropping the body fat that much is a fantastic accomplishment. It's a big difference between being in the high teens versus low teens. Keep it going man. Pretty soon you'll be single digits.

Ok cool. I look led that up and it's an impedance scanner. Super inaccurate, but like you said it's good for giving you an idea of what direction you're heading in. That's a really cool report that it prints out though, very thorough.

Very much agree here, I have been stuck in the day to day progress; but I am feeling positive after seeing body stats heading in the right direction.
 
I will post my workout later tonight but wanted to post blood results this morning and let it be reviewed before workout.

Overall bloods look extremely good, Hs-CRP is a little elevated but being a little crook with a cold, minimal sleep and working out hard can cause this so not worrying about this, have seen this before where I have been tired and smashing workouts to only redo the test a week later and it to be well under guidlines. (can also be caused by High E2 water retention)

E2 sky high which I knew would be the case, both mentally and loss of strength in the gym tell me very quickly that it is, the way I know my E2 levels are in check is my right knee pain returns lol

Lipids are still an issue, low low HDL; I have added Niacin with the Omega 3 recently which will help imrpove this, I may speak with my GP about cutting my Statin dose in half as this will be also dragging it down.

Was hoping fasting glucose would have been better

SHBG low but that is to be expected, P.S @R&Dpharma your Test E is smashing it!!! thank you.

Still waiting on my Vitamin D and GH results which will take a few more days.

Yep, but need to knock E2 down as I can feel it messing me a little (held out taking any leading into the blood tests), so will take a couple of days straight then EOD again; dont mind it being on the higher end of range but just need to keep the symptoms that mess me up away.

Your cholesterol doesn't look bad at all. Don't start statins. That's a slippery slope health wise and you really don't need it. Your HDL is low yes but it's not that big a deal. What's important is your triglycerides and they're totally fine.

Try taking some citrus bergamot for the low HDL. Do you take omega 3s? You can take a lot and it might help too. I take 9g a day.

My HDL is pretty much the same as yours and my doc says not to worry at all.

Sleep is getting far more restful since being on @StoryOfTheProphet GH (love being sponsored by this legend Aus GH! thank you), I am actually struggling to stay awake; Now I just need to setup better sleep practices to take advantage of it.

Decided the best way to get more cardio in of some type is to carve out time at lunch and go for a 45 min walk over sitting at my desk eating, lets see what this brings.

E2 has settled enough I am feeling relaxed (no knee stiffness which is usually the tell tale I am on the right path but could NPP be working that quick?), took 3 days of 12.5mg of Aromasin to get there, no dose today and back to EOD tomorrow, I have a feeling that it wont be enough but will let blood tests confirm this.

I am really looking forward to my next cycle for a clean bulk, I have really trimmed down and realising I don't have a lot of muscle.

Sleep is getting far more restful since being on @StoryOfTheProphet GH (love being sponsored by this legend Aus GH! thank you), I am actually struggling to stay awake; Now I just need to setup better sleep practices to take advantage of it.

Decided the best way to get more cardio in of some type is to carve out time at lunch and go for a 45 min walk over sitting at my desk eating, lets see what this brings.

E2 has settled enough I am feeling relaxed (no knee stiffness which is usually the tell tale I am on the right path but could NPP be working that quick?), took 3 days of 12.5mg of Aromasin to get there, no dose today and back to EOD tomorrow, I have a feeling that it wont be enough but will let blood tests confirm this.

I am really looking forward to my next cycle for a clean bulk, I have really trimmed down and realising I don't have a lot of muscle.

Getting cardio in at work is like the perfect freebie. You dont have to designate any further time away from home and your getting paid to do it 😂 stay consistent with this and i promise fat will melt away.
Rome wasnt built in a day my friend is hard not to want more sooner but your doing everything your should be doing and good things take time.
Remember in this game - easy come, easy go.
Your doing it the right way mate, setting yourself up for success when you bulk.

Overall energy is good, I need to introduce more Carbs to help fuel a little more energy as I am starting to bottom out now; working on knocking the E2 levels down as they came in very high, today will be the third day of Aromosain 12.5mg, will now move to EOD and retest this Saturday.

Something has fallen into place over the last few days and I don't know exactly cause; 1. Mental health is bang on point, 2. Energy is great and clean, 3. sleep is restful.

I hit my session last night and it all seemed far too easy which RPE shows along with the increase, a couple of big jumps in weight for this session - loving the Veins in my arms arestarting to show now as well lol.

Follow up blood tests tomorrow to see where my E2 sits, will also do my Thyroid panel as I take Thyroxin due to Hypothyroidism and want to ensure these values are still good.

This is a fun day and having a good time with the soccer. Is it expensive to join an adult league? They have some things around me. They have flag football and they have soccer as well. I've never really looked into it. What time do you guys usually play? @G-Merc 80

Wednesday: Rest day and Son's Basketball game, kid is only 14 years old, 6'4 and built like a brick shithouse, wish I had his build lol, he does come to the gym with me most nights I go, wanted to start him young and build a solid routine he will carry later in his life, he also plays indoor soccer with me, my little big best friend.

Oh because you don't live in Aus bro; there's a area called Bondi here, well the richer parts of Sydney. Alot of older rich men there are on HRT and doses of GH, so him coupled with exotic (ie mast) just makes out for it if that makes sense.
now I understand bondi is your beverly hills lol :P
