Felt like i was in the zone last night, hit a few PR's which make me bloody happy! not sure what the contributing factor was for this as a couple of changes recently so it is hard to gauge. 200mg Masteron added, 1mg MOTS-C daily and Kaizen L-Carnatine pre workout, killing E2 down; given I was so bloody tired I am happily surprised, could be I was in a grumpy mood and that drove it.
Feeling pumped and refocused after another great session with the coach @stevesmi , thank you brother you are helping me a lot.
Recap - Blood Tests Saturday and Inbody scan as well, looking forward to seeing the results of both positive or negative as both will guide me on where I am sitting.
Ordered Deca but will now use NPP to help lube the knee I am having issues with, 200mg per week. (whilst I was writing this I saw your post @BeMe interesting, Might do NPP till my Deca from @StoryOfTheProphet arrives then switch over, interested to see how you go @BeMe)
