Approved Log Testosterone Cypionate, Dbol, Anavar, Proviron Cycle Log

I have all of that.

Now in all seriousness, the big question I have is gains. I have never used Dbol, tbol. I'm still at 164 lbs and really would like to reach 190 and cut to 185 give or take a few pounds. provided my diet is right, and I assure you it will be, Can I get that 25lbs doing this?
when i was new to steroids i put on 20-30 pounds over the course of a year on dbol, test and deca. 2 cycles. so yes it can be done. but was it clean gains? no. it was sloppy and i over did it.

if i could do it again i would pace myself more and stick to quality over quantity. BUT its your body and your choice. i get the 'small man syndrome' thing. growing up i was always the skinny kid. in 9th grade i was like 115lbs and went out for the football team and they wouldn't even give me my own locker and i was put in the game with 1 minute left in a blowout. so when i had the chance to add lots of mass i took it
 
Man I'm set for this week. 1 chicken breast per day. Whole loin.... and pork strips. Cottage cheese...mmmm Brown rice... sweet potatoes...

Now I have to decide on my dosages to start tomorrow. I know I am going to divide up the dbol dosage to twice per day. On waking and before bed.

May do anavar like that too. Thoughts?
this is a solid diet. you can add in some raw oatmeal and some protein pancakes too if you want to increase the carbs even more. but its solid ! @ProTools

i've seen people gain tons of fast weight on dbol. @ProTools it will increase your water retention very rapidly. But it's not good weight. Your blood pressure will go through the roof.
 
you using support supplements and an AI i'm assuming from day 1 if you go for this hard. the water retention can come on fast. you don't want to end up with issues. @ProTools
Oh yes. Rest assured, I'm 54 and intend on living well past 100!

BTW, Today was chest and triceps. I will report tonight on my meals and how my shoulders feel.
 
UPDATE: Today will be day 1 back to the gym.

Waking weight: 165.3lbs Will be logging everything to my book.

Morning breakfast was pretty exact. 4 egg omelet, oats, PB, half a banana, 2 glasses of water (not cups), 1 cup of coffee. All liver and heart protection taken.

Next is prework out meal and drink.

With this drink (casin protein), I will have hit my targeted macros. Tomorrow is back and biceps.

My workout today was great, I will be sore tomorrow in my chest, and some in my triceps. Very good start to this cycle.

Today, my TBOL and more arimidex came in.

Today was Back and Bis. No problem with the back. I will feel it tomorrow. Biceps.... I'm VERY concerned. I did work them to exhaust. In fact the last 2 sets, I would go to exhaustion and drop the weight quickly and go to exhaustion again. I still believe I am not working them effectively. I would love to be able to say "time will tell", but I'm not about to waste this cycle. So I'm looking for help from you guys on this. I really feel I'm not contracting hard enough.

BTW Lev, I started the psyllium last night. Teaspoon enough? one per day?

Yeah, it's amazing how cheap oats are, but they're so delicious. You can add some honey to them if you want Flavor.

@ProTools it will all be food intake dependent. But 25 lbs is a lot to ask for. Especially if you’re wanting lean. That’s a 2 year plan

Good update. Chest and tris clearly still smoked from push day so recovery’s on point, give it time. :D

For biceps, drop the weight slightly and focus on 2-3 sec squeezes at the top each rep, that’ll force the contraction you’re missing.

1 teaspoon psyllium daily is fine to start, you can move to 2 if digestion feels good. Just make sure a lot of water. @ProTools
 
Day before 1st day back in gym. Here is an update. Please read it all.... feedback wanted

My Measurements: I will do this every sunday.

Biceps: 12.75"
Forearms: 11"
Chest: 41"
Waist: 35.25"
Hips: 35"
Upper Leg: 21"
Calf: 13.38"

Really need feedback on this thought. Am I missing anything?

Starting Mesterolone and Test Cyp today. Will add low dosage dol tomorrow (divided into 2 dosages). For this first week, I really think 5mgs divided into 2.5mg morning and evening is a good starting point. Tbol at 10mg per day. At the end of 2 weeks, I will take a look at increasing the the D/Tbol based off results. Since this is a 12 week cycle, I will cease the T/Dbol at the end of 4 weeks. Just use test for weeks 5 and 6. Starting back up t/dbol in week 7. At week 9, I will add var at 20mg per day (divided in 2 doses). Week 10 add Tren E @100mgs. Week 11, remove Dbol.

My OCT to DEC 31st Cycle: If everything arrives on time.

-Test Cyp at 250 per week
- Proviron 25mgs per day the complete cycle
- Anavar at 10mgs per day starting week 2 and I will increase it by 5mgs each week until I reach 30mgs. Starting in week 8 I will begin lowering by 5mgs until PCT time.
- Dbol at 5mg per day starting week 6. Will increase to 10mgs in week 8. I will only run this 4 weeks.


REASONS for the possible Change:

- Reasons on the 2 week rest of dbol and tbol, to give the liver a break.
- I may not reach my goals using this low of a dosage. And it's why I came here.... feedback. I don't wear my feelings on my shirt.

Blood pressure is in the perfect range. Chest and triceps are still sore from day 1. Back and biceps are mildly sore from day 2.

No issues with diet except for the brown rice I got SUCKS! I follow the instructions to a T. Always chewing and never puffed up.

Today was the day I have been prepping for. LEG day. I decided that I would follow the 3-1-1 on every exercise. 3 seconds down, 1 sec pause at the bottom, explode through in 1 sec. Squats went really well. Deep squat on 3-1-1 had me pumped and feeling it. Same with calves. 3-1-1... I feel it.

I fully expect to be sore for 2 days... LOL

Today:
Squats x 4 x 6-10 reps (moving up on weight each set)
Leg Press x4 x10-12 reps.
Back extensions weighted. 3 sets at 10 reps
Calf raises on raised platform. For this, I used the smith. Moved the platform slightly back. This allowed a deeper stretch on the way down. 4 sets 12-15 reps or 3-1-1.


Also, I stopped taking my organ protection at the same time as my cycle. I know take it an hour before the morning dosage, and before bed which is hours after.

Good to see you dialing in tempo with the 3-1-1 work, that’s how you build control and density through legs and calves. Squats and presses both sound strong and that soreness coming will be the right kind. :D

Nice fix spacing the organ support apart from the cycle doses, that timing helps absorption and liver stress balance. Ditch that rice brand and grab jasmine or basmati next run, digestion will feel smoother and meals won’t drag.

3- Legs were yesterday. The hamstring and glutes are sore. 3-1-1 on full squats did it.

Today was Shoulders, Traps, and abs. And as you all know, my shoulders are the reason took a break for the past month and a half. I am perfectly fine so far. No issues any day. So today was a focus on them and I admit I was careful. I went for lower weight with the 3-1-1. I also used shoulder friendly exercises like landmines. I did slightly feel it every now and then and it always refocused my form. I will know more tomorrow if it's all good.

Food is still on point. I'm fighting the urge to go weigh... LOL.. that's sunday.

if you're sore, you need to slow down a bit, try not to train sore even if it's upper vs lower. @ProTools
stay careful we dont want the injury to get bad

Good to hear the shoulders are solid and pain free again, that’s progress.

For recovery, focus on 7-8 hrs sleep, protein near 250 g ed, and add 5 g creatine plus electrolytes with bone broth daily. @ProTools

2- Today is the first day of upping dbol from 10mg to 15mg (as of now, I do not plan on going past this amount). I will divide this by 3 doses. 5mg 45 minutes after waking(around 6:30am). 5mg at 12 noon. 5mg at late afternoon... around 3 or 4.

3- Blood pressure is still great. No issues. Diet is the same. Zero junk foods.

4- Sleep is a bit off. I need a solution. I hear certain strain on MJ gummies with melatonin works... but not really something I want to do. Suggestions??

Keep BP steady and measure it. @ProTools

Sleep can drop on orals, try magnesium glycinate 400 mg before bed with zinc and valerian root.
or low dose melatonin supp 2 mg with cbd. @BeMe does well with cbd and sleep.

I never had any luck with melatonin, but CBD will help you fall asleep and stay asleep. It also helps grow a booty lol...sorry just kiddn on that one, but it does really help with sleep.

@ProTools Literally a different sized bowel movement or urinating at a different time during the night can cause your body weight to fluctuate even if you're testing it's first thing in the morning. It's completely normal, man. I would not hold too much into that.

try some blue blocker glasses before bed. that will help boost your melatonin without supps. does it in a clean way too @ProTools

I moved up on dbol to 15mg split into 3 dosages per day. So Keeping an eye on BP. Today it is 120/76. So no issues. I see no reason to move past that amount of DBOL (also Test cyp 1x per week at 250mg). This is in week 2, and some where around week 4 I will transition to TBOL and wean off DBOL.

I moved up on dbol to 15mg split into 3 dosages per day. So Keeping an eye on BP. Today it is 120/76. So no issues. I see no reason to move past that amount of DBOL (also Test cyp 1x per week at 250mg). This is in week 2, and some where around week 4 I will transition to TBOL and wean off DBOL.

That’s a clean setup. 15 mg dbol split through the day with 250 mg test is mild enough to get good strength and fullness without wrecking BP or e2.

The plan to switch to tbol around week 4 is smart since it’s a smoother oral with less bloat. Keep taurine 3-5 g daily for pumps and watch ALT/AST around week 5 to make sure the liver’s holding up. Though I would get n2guard if you can get it for this oral run. @ProTools

Weight is up to 170.1 from 168.3. So less weight than in week 1, and I assume thats normal.

WORKOUTS:

-Shoulders are still good.
-Am pushing and pulling more, so strength is going up.

RESULTS:

- Chest is 2" bigger
- Arms .5" bigger
- Waist .25" bigger
- Hips (includes the glutes) up 1" bigger
- Upper legs no change
- Calves up a little .40"

Over all, I'm happy. I fully expect to continue to grow. I'm up over 6 pounds in 2 weeks, and at that rate That would be 18 lbs at the end of the DBOL(4 more weeks) with with 6-8 weeks left.

MEALS:

I have been pretty steady. I did cut carbs back (not out) on my day off. I also had a slight cheat day. Game day... wife makes a great corn dip. So blame her!

Over all, I'm happy. I fully expect to continue to grow. I'm up over 6 pounds in 2 weeks, and at that rate That would be 18 lbs at the end of the DBOL(4 more weeks) with with 6-8 weeks left.

MEALS:

I have been pretty steady. I did cut carbs back (not out) on my day off. I also had a slight cheat day. Game day... wife makes a great corn dip. So blame her!

Just a quick update on my workout today. Due to my shoulder issues, I had not been pushing chest day hard. I only would go to 135, and that was it. I simply was not able to do more. Today, My last set was 185 x 8. I never once felt my shoulders were an issue and I honestly feel like I could do more. After 9 hours, still no issues with my shoulders..... Pretty stoked right now.

My last report, I mentioned benching 185, which is a massive step for me considering limited work with shoulder issues. I duplicated that yesterday, and in fact went up to 205 on my bench. 3 reps at the end of my sets.

In week 3, I used 15mg of DBOL divided up to 3 doses with last dose between 3 and 4pm. My diet has not been the best this week in timing. Work caused me to get off timing a bit this week. to be clear, what I mean is my 7:30 meals have been later...

I do feel like I am gaining too much too fast. Especially in the areas where I tend to hold fat. Stomach and under arms between lats and chest. But before we go there, I know I am gaining muscle mass too and I am looking for opinions on moving my diet to a maintain this weight plus 100 calories or if you think this will shed once I ever the cut phase?

Next week, I start adding TBOL at 10mgs per day. On week 5, I will move that to 15mg while reducing DBOL to 10mg (from 15mg).

Any help or advice is much appreciated!

Keep dbol at 15mg for now but if you want to add tbol you need to drop the dbol imo

You’re gaining a bit fast so hold macros steady for now.

Yeah brother steady on the increase both with body weight, as you dont want to have to cut more then needed later and risk muscle retention, and also the increase in weights too. Its hard not to push when the body feels like its ready to go its just your connective tissue might not feel the same way lol. You dont wanna learn that the hard way either.

Thats food for thought. Maybe incorporate more exercises designed for connective tissue.

I will rework my diet for my new weight and goals for the next 8 weeks.

Pharmaqo.. it will be used at the end of the cycle. Also, I will only use .5ml per week. So 100mg instead of the 200.
IMO you should start the tren now just micro dose it 20mgs eod @ProTools

The reason for the update is my weight. I had reached 174.4. Today I stepped on the scale because I am monitoring the effects of adding the TBOL. I'm down to 173.3. I measure and weight every sunday. My cycle is based on Monday to Sunday. Any changes are made starting Monday in the am.

My diet is the same and yes I know, weight can fluctuate. But since starting this cycle, that's not really been the case.

The question is this. Is the TBOL offsetting the DBOL's water retention? 1 pound since monday. I'm ok with that, just want to make sure adjustments are not needed. @LevButlerov

Good update and that small drop is normal since tbol runs drier and can flatten out a bit of dbol water early in the week. @ProTools

Hold your doses steady until Sunday and judge by strength in the gym not the 1 lb shift which means nothing.

@ProTools this is an excellent setup. i have done dbol/tbol together like that. it is quite good and low sides

does 2.5mgs really make a difference? i know some dudes take 50mgs or more. @ProTools some people are good reactors to drugs though.

2 things. Mesterolone is known to help while keeping estrogen in check. The 2.5mg, for me, does great. I pitch a tent every morning.

But I mainly take that for heart protection.

Im twice a week like @LevButlerov said. Also incorporating exercises that utilise core stability and not becoming reliant on a belt for everything. Weighted an non weighted too.

Unfortunately we cant spot reduce bodyfat brother, fat just comes off overall and some places take longer then other.
However you can reduce bodyfat% in a specific area by increasing the muscle mass of that particular muscle.
Pairing fat loss - diet, cardio with resistance training and for enough time Really is the basic science though.

Twice weekly, mixture of decline crunches, machines, cable movements all weighted.

Stay consistent with diet and training and it will come off, you cant choose where sadly
 
Same here and for my clients as well! 2x/ week is sustainable and more than enough to see some quality results. Even with as little as 3-4 brutal sets/ session.
for sure dont need much :D
 
I've started incorporating Russian Twists weighted on decline. Another one is Dragon flags with tuck twists and beats.

I have only been doing once per week. Will change that out to 2
I wouldn't do too many twists tbh, better do planks. @ProTools

For clients I mainly have them do planks, I find a lot of side core work widens them up too much.

This is definitely something to pay attention too if side core work is dominant. Can give a blocky appearance long term as it widens.

I do abs 3x per week. Machine crunches and hanging leg raises. 12 sets total per week.
As far as the fat storage goes, the only way to get rid of fat is to diet more and drop BF. I hold fat on my back/love handles and it only goes away when I am pretty lean. You can't target specific areas to lose fat. It's just genetics unfortunately.
