Here we go with round 2, and it's been a long time coming.

My goal was to start this cycle back in October but a dental surgery/recovery and a bad flu delayed everything. Today being my Birthday felt as good a time as any to close my first log and start part deux.


Cycle plan 8-12 weeks (Cycle design got some big help from @LevButlerov )

Test E remains the same 70mg EOD
Deca 100mg/week for joints
GH 4iu pre-bed to improve recovery
Tren Ace 25mg ED week 1 and upwards
50mg ED Proviron
Cardarine 5-10mg ED
N2guard for organ health
Mushroom supplements for brain PCT
Finishing up some BPC 157 800mcg ED and Tb500 1g EOD


Goal of this cycle is simple, stay lean and pack on some muscle. Not really sure what to expect from the Tren, so it's hard to nail down a solid goal. I think if I was lean at 200lbs when this is done that would be incredible.

Diet will remain mostly unchanged with protein and fat roughly 400/120g. Carbs I will be increasing and spreading throughout the day to try and maintain stable blood sugar levels and energy. Typical I cycle carbs between 200-300g but I will be eating more and adjusting according to how I feel. Having healthy high carb snacks on hand will be crucial and raw organic apple cider right before I go to sleep per @stevesmi

BF is hard to gauge right now cuz I've been holding a lot of water since the antibiotics and it gotten worse lately for some reason. Guess being a bit outta shape in my starting pics will make the transformation look a lot better LOL.

I'm interested in how the deca goes for helping you with those things - I'm really looking forward to trying it too, next cycle :)

And also the 25mg Trenbolone ED dose will be interesting to see, seems from reading tons of logs and experiences 175mg a week is the perfect line between effective dose and minimal sides. Most people do it 50mg EOD and I always wondered why, I would do it the same way you are.

Yea bro my legs have always been big. Sports for all my development years, and a ton of hockey. I have to keep volume low on my legs so my upper body can catch up lol.

Have you posted pics of your back? Maybe now is a good time Since it’s likely to grow a lot!

Haha I do plan on upping the dose and seeing how I feel. This is as much about experimentation through experience as it is about gains for me. Hopefully I will be able to find a dose that offers the best results with no sides.

Your arms and shoulders look really good in that back double bicep. And your back looks good, not like mine, with weird bones sticking out hahaha. I can’t really do things like bent over rows or I’ll be bent over walking😂 if not bent over crying hahaha

@BeMe Trenbolone is one of those things I recommend guys definitely use who are serious. Try it at least once. I can assure you that if things go well on cycle and you stay healthy, you should end up looking the best and being the strongest you've ever been in your life.

Your bones are sticking out cuz you can't hold onto your weight from all that crazy work and skiing your doing. I'm sure if you didn't have to work such crazy hours you'd put some weight on and fill up

I did thousands and thousands of reverse pushups? I guess you call them? Hang horizontal from like a hotel desk with my feet on a chair or bed and pull up. I had to with my way up to that. Took a while. You can still see huge asymmetry

That's the goal. Stay healthy and get strong. This is going to be a serious feeling out process. I plan to keep a little journal to record all the little details of each day and see if little adjustments improve things at all. Gonna be very detailed and careful with this one.

Ah that's a bummer.. asymmetries are tough to deal with if your not a full time bodybuilder. It's hard to just have enough time to train hard...then you need even more time to try and workout the muscles you need to bring up.

It’s probably impossible. The nerve signals aren’t right, better than they were, completely absent. I couldn’t pull back with my right arm or my whole shoulder blade would poke out like a wing hahaha. I’m good with it. Never thought I’d be where I’m at. I thought I was ready for the knackers years ago

Your first cycle test stayed around 200 and you added primo and Anavar right? Ever any thoughts on trying a higher test cycle?

Your first cycle test stayed around 200 and you added primo and Anavar right? Ever any thoughts on trying a higher test cycle?
Yea I'm gonna try that probably in the spring alonfsid EQ. I'm getting high e2 symptoms at this current 250mg test per week
 
When you say mushrooms what kind(s) are you trying for pct. I must admit thats a first time ive ever seen that in a log

So long as your not naturally a dickhead you'll be fine, your on low dose tren as well as low dose test, best way to start.

Test E remains the same 70mg EOD
Deca 100mg/week for joints
GH 4iu pre-bed to improve recovery
Tren Ace 25mg ED week 1 and upwards
50mg ED Proviron
Cardarine 5-10mg ED
N2guard for organ health
Mushroom supplements for brain PCT
Finishing up some BPC 157 800mcg ED and Tb500 1g EOD


Goal of this cycle is simple, stay lean and pack on some muscle. Not really sure what to expect from the Tren, so it's hard to nail down a solid goal. I think if I was lean at 200lbs when this is done that would be incredible.

Diet will remain mostly unchanged with protein and fat roughly 400/120g. Carbs I will be increasing and spreading throughout the day to try and maintain stable blood sugar levels and energy. Typical I cycle carbs between 200-300g but I will be eating more and adjusting according to how I feel. Im a big advocate for micro dosing. Ptsd anxiety depression addictions. It's also why im so against SSRI because they have a ever lasting effect which stops micros from working.

I just put 1 and 2 together , I was an anxious mess on Deca and would of tried anything to be honest.

It's not legal over here unfortunately and because its not addictive there is no money to be made by dealers so basically not readily available 😕

Fuck that's awesome bro. You should talk about this more, I knew about its use in mental health and addiction stuff and that's where my interest lies too. I'm pretty experienced with mushrooms and have got a lot from them, unlike most other drugs in that class. But never tried the microdosing and haven't heard of using it with steriods like that. You're onto something man, it's really cool.

They will be legal in Australia in two years I reocn bro, I'd put money on it. They're watching NZ and people will be commercialising it but it'll be a therapy industry hopefully, we don't need the same bullshit that happened with medical cannabis happening with mushrooms. I'm trying to get on a medical trial for a type of therapy involving mushrooms at the moment.

There's a whole class of hybrid drug labs in Australia where both steriods and benzos and opiates, etc are made and sold, I used to run into them occasionally as they were on the Silkroad style crypto-currency and Tor-based darknet markets whereas straight regular UGLs were not.

That was the first place I looked for testosterone as that's where I was used to buying illegal rec drugs from, and those markets are so much more anonymous and advanced with cryptography based reputation and anti scam measures but are awful for atcual steriods.

The hybrid lab places are not what I wanted and don't want to associate with people like that, they're more like biker methlab in caravans types, not where I want to get medicine of any type from.

I don't do drugs like that anymore and they were three times the going rate anyway as they were the only option there. There was some regular sites too, like one I used when I was living in Australia was called "aus meds" I think, it was there for years, sold generic pharma, bitcoin but just a .is regular website, stuff came domestically in the mail.

So I can see why they have that rule but I don't think it applies here. I use medical cannabis too, for recovery, sleep, appetite, it's a big part of my addiction recovery and that's considered recreational too. It's recently been legalised medically but I started using it in 1997.

I read a bunch of stuff from Paul Stamitz after he was on Rogan years ago. Then when I saw the trend in Silicon Valley was taking these mushrooms I figured there has to be some legitimacy to these claims.

Psilocybin is almost legal here in Canada now. Readily available for sure tho haha

I'll do my best to not get that deep. Taking it slow and steady to figure things out first go around. If I get snappy even a little bit with my wife or my dog's then I'll know it's time to back off. I never get mad at them so they're a good gauge. My wife knows about what Tren can do and she's watching out for me too in case I get in a headspace where I don't see it myself

First dose of Tren and nothing to report just yet. Can't say I really felt much of anything and my reps stayed fairly consistent. Tiny bit of indigestion and heart burn today. Could be unrelated. Hopefully 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar will help deal with that.

Sleep was ok. Been staying up a bit late hanging on EVO lol. Gotta be strict about my bedtime again and stop playing around too much.
