Here we go with round 2, and it's been a long time coming.
My goal was to start this cycle back in October but a dental surgery/recovery and a bad flu delayed everything. Today being my Birthday felt as good a time as any to close my first log and start part deux.
Cycle plan 8-12 weeks (Cycle design got some big help from @LevButlerov )
Test E remains the same 70mg EOD
Deca 100mg/week for joints
GH 4iu pre-bed to improve recovery
Tren Ace 25mg ED week 1 and upwards
50mg ED Proviron
Cardarine 5-10mg ED
N2guard for organ health
Mushroom supplements for brain PCT
Finishing up some BPC 157 800mcg ED and Tb500 1g EOD
Goal of this cycle is simple, stay lean and pack on some muscle. Not really sure what to expect from the Tren, so it's hard to nail down a solid goal. I think if I was lean at 200lbs when this is done that would be incredible.
Diet will remain mostly unchanged with protein and fat roughly 400/120g. Carbs I will be increasing and spreading throughout the day to try and maintain stable blood sugar levels and energy. Typical I cycle carbs between 200-300g but I will be eating more and adjusting according to how I feel. Having healthy high carb snacks on hand will be crucial and raw organic apple cider right before I go to sleep per @stevesmi

BF is hard to gauge right now cuz I've been holding a lot of water since the antibiotics and it gotten worse lately for some reason. Guess being a bit outta shape in my starting pics will make the transformation look a lot better LOL.
Any advice anyone can throw my way is alwYs welcome!!!
