Generally 1 scoop of electrolytes first thing in the morning with my water and a second scoop through the day.
Taurine I generally take 1500mg.
What's the electrolyte mix you're taking. Some of them are really shitty. I got burned on one that was basically flavored water. I bought it cuz they're a top sponsor of the NHL so I didn't read the label LOL...what a dumbass

Taurine usually you wanna get up to 5 or 6g daily from what I've read.

Meal prep time for the week. Cooking up 1.5 kg of chicken that should give me 5 days and gets me through to next check in plus Friday.
The other half already in the air fryer 💪
1kg of rice also in the rice cooker let's go.
This is only for meal 2 and 3 through the day. Meal 1 4 and 5 are all easy to cook on the day.
Meal 5 which is extra lean beef will be prepped today into 150g amounts and frozen for easy cooking at night.

Ive had to lock down my prep tighter for this week. Last week was a bit how ya goin lol coach not happy so tighten the screws this week for a better go. Do you eat similar meals day to day? All my meals are the same every day the only thing that changes is carb quantity depending on what day it is.

Plus being super busy with Xmas approaching.
I will be heading to the gym tonight for hammies and back and there will be an update tomorrow with the training breakdown.

Trying to keep up with meals but real hard with nausea.
Going to smash some coconut water try and bring up my electrolytes 💪
