I like this 600 mg of testosterone and 300 mg of equipoise. But have you tried switching and doing the other way and going 600 mg equipoise instead? @gar71

One thing that popped out at me:
Bisoprolol (beta blocker)
I take this. My heart stopped in 2019 due to alcoholism and I'm now on this but my ejection fraction is now at 52% and climbing (had been down to in the 20's %). Why is it you take something like this?

Can we see bloodwork and if you're on Biso maybe ask for a C-Reactive Protein in your bloodwork. You can also get an ECHO of the heart but if you're on this you may have already. Do you know your ejection fraction?

Bloods look a lot better now well done. Don't worry about your cholesterol all in bold as if there's some problem those readings are fine. Glad you quit the booze no room for that here with your goals. Next time ask for a full hormone panel as well including e2 along with a CRP

Sorry I didn’t include e2, it’s through the roof, which is no good for sleep and heart rate etc and I’ll definitely include c- reactive in next test

Would need to make this decision based on an LCMS e2 test brother - 1:1 crushing a lot of peoples e2.

EQ aromatizes into e1 which traditional tests pick up as e2, so a lot of people have been thinking their e2 is fine but getting LCMS testing done and finding out it's in the dirt.

After a lot of trial and error 1:3 - 1:2 seems to be the sweet spot.

That being said, some can tolerate the 1:1. The above isn't a blanket rule.

It seems to be a unique compound ,some are fine 1:1 ,while the next person will destroy there e2 at that ratio, what are your thoughts on starting with 600 test 300eq and seeing how I respond ?

If you know it's through the roof why wouldn't you, or the doc for that matter, include e2 in your bloodwork?

Would need to make this decision based on an LCMS e2 test brother - 1:1 crushing a lot of peoples e2.

EQ aromatizes into e1 which traditional tests pick up as e2, so a lot of people have been thinking their e2 is fine but getting LCMS testing done and finding out it's in the dirt.

After a lot of trial and error 1:3 - 1:2 seems to be the sweet spot.

That being said, some can tolerate the 1:1. The above isn't a blanket rule.
seems to be more of an aussie thing. americans we have always ran it that way with no estro issues. i bet its cause of our food

@GENTEXLaboratories have offered to supply HGH for my current cycle, they’ve been on Evo for a while and have built up a solid list and a great reputation.

It seems to be a unique compound ,some are fine 1:1 ,while the next person will destroy there e2 at that ratio, what are your thoughts on starting with 600 test 300eq and seeing how I respond ?
We've trialed this heaps over at UGL and a 1:3 ratio seems to be consistently a really good place to start. So for you Test:EQ 600:200! After 8-12 weeks then you get LCMS e2 testing to double check.

This is a good sign. Water retention coming off then and reducing BP and HR with e2 coming down. Stay steady on the aromasin and get bloods again I'm sure @R.AP will wanna see it again soon.

@gar71 Like Harley said an e2 of this reading is asking for side-effects. Before you change anything to your protocol, can you remind me how long you've been running the EQ for?

3 weeks ,I dropped Mast e ran test e for 2-3 weeks by itself then added eq in, no nipple/gyno ,bloating, water retention or b/pressure issues , only sides - high heart rate ,shit sleep ,since starting aromasin I’ve had 3nights of good sleep and heart rate has dropped 15 bpm ,I’ve since learned that poor sleep and high heart rate are symptoms of high e2

Yeah there you go - EQ has a half life of around 14 days and compounds typically require 4-5 half lives of exposure to hit peak serum concentrations and saturation. It'll be another 5+ weeks before EQ has a total affect on your e2.

If you are symptomless at the moment, then ride out your cycle until then, then get your bloods done again with LCMS. Knee-jerk it now and you could go too far in the wrong direction.
