It's gonna likely take a bit to get it outta your system and reset your body.last nights sleep was fucked only got 48 mins, unsure why as I wasn’t on Vyvanse and I was really tired but I just couldn’t get to sleep. Burnt as fuck from the beach and so drained but still smashed out a quads n calves workout. Felt quite strong in most exercises but still feeling extremely weak with squats. Have been laying in a cold bath past 30 mins

If you can't sleep from the pain, its time to take a deload week and not train, seriously. @Eheoew you can really cause serious injury if you keep trainingBack and neck seem fucked today, wasn’t able to sleep on my side last night due to the pain so I had to lay on my back and make sure my head didn’t move at all. Also in my workout today I went lightweight and higher reps for leg press and squats due to the lower back pain. Other then that sleep was really good, woke up feeling energised.
I’m going to be using the sauna and IR sauna a fair bit for the next week or so.

He said was extremely tight and to stop doing cardio other then running and take a bit of time off going hard in the gym. I see him again in 2 days for some more fingering but he’s given me some exercises like hip thrusts and shrugs and rows which he wants me to do them all a certain way

Workout was really good I was focusing on controlling and slowing it down. The 5 sets of dips worked really well. Went to the physio before going to the gym and he’s given me a bunch more exercises to do and he gave me a massage.
