Friend flew down from Melbourne so we decided to hang out last night… no alcohol was consumed but didn’t get to bed till very late. Overall not feeling too bad today, had heaps of energy, strength was lacking a bit most likely due to diet but I’m going to Costco in a couple hours

My sleep has improved so much but last night the lack of sleep was my fault as I was out with a friend.

Also I hear so many conflicting statements on TikTok about if having one 2750cal meal per day is fine or if u should be splitting the 2750cal into 3-4 seperate meals throughout the day, what’s ur opinions on this?

I think you should be doing what your digestion can handle, you can do OMAD or you need multiple meals? have you tested this? @Eheoew

Burnt as fuck from the beach and so drained but still smashed out a quads n calves workout. Felt quite strong in most exercises but still feeling extremely weak with squats. Have been laying in a cold bath past 30 mins

You're body is probably experiencing withdrawal symptoms from suddenly stopping the Vyvance. It's gonna likely take a bit to get it outta your system and reset your body.

Nothing out of the ordinary, just gotta wait it out and sleep and appetite should be better

Hey brother that’s all sweet we all got busy lives. I really appreciate it, I’m really liking my physique and enjoying the journey so far. Sleep is not the best but it’s been improving a lot. Congrats on becoming mod!!

That's great news bro. Improvements are coming every day. Honestly your sleep schedule gave me anxiety lol. Atleast you're young so you can manage but when you get older that kinda sleep with literally drive you insane lol
 
My sleep last night looks shit as I only got 1 hour 48 mins but I feel great today so I’m not sure if that’s correct. Hit shoulders and arms and felt like my arms were going to explode, bloody amazing.

Seems so many face dramas with sleeping, soo jealous of the crew members who are able to get back to back nights at 8hrs+ hahaha

Nope nothing different I been doing but I have noticed my brain has started slowing down around 8pm ish which is amazing as it’s constantly racing and I believe that’s what keeps me up

Another night of great sleep and recovery, this is the first time while having the whoop that I’ve had 3 Days in a row of green recovery. Workout was really good, really enjoyed dips keen to add some weight on next chest day

Bro this looks great. Hopefully your time in the red is over! Looks like your body and finding a balance again. Whatever you're doing just keep it up bro. Focus on nailing that circadian rhythm now and sleep and wakeup at the same time everyday.

Good to see you getting some good sleep.

Chest and tri workout looks good. Incline dumbbell press for 30kg dumbbells is good weight after already doing smith incline.
 
Back and neck seem fucked today, wasn’t able to sleep on my side last night due to the pain so I had to lay on my back and make sure my head didn’t move at all. Also in my workout today I went lightweight and higher reps for leg press and squats due to the lower back pain. Other then that sleep was really good, woke up feeling energised.
I’m going to be using the sauna and IR sauna a fair bit for the next week or so.

Back and neck seem fucked today, wasn’t able to sleep on my side last night due to the pain so I had to lay on my back and make sure my head didn’t move at all. Also in my workout today I went lightweight and higher reps for leg press and squats due to the lower back pain. Other then that sleep was really good, woke up feeling energised.
I’m going to be using the sauna and IR sauna a fair bit for the next week or so.

If you can't sleep from the pain, its time to take a deload week and not train, seriously. @Eheoew you can really cause serious injury if you keep training

Last time I was training I broke my ribs and I took 2 weeks off training and was going to come back doing lightweights but 2 weeks turned into 3 weeks which turned into 4 weeks and I just didn’t end up going back to the gym, I don’t want that to happen again so I want to stay active

You can get injured so bad that you'll be out for years, it has happened.

@LevButlerov has to tell me the same thing all the time lol. Best to listen bro cuz I've continued on and gotten injured, or completely crashed my recovery.

It's tough finding a balance between pushing hard and overdoing it. Helps have a professional outside opinion like @LevButlerov to slow us down and keep us healthy

A driving range injury sounds like you did something serious bro. Listen to @LevButlerov I've changed my whole 2026 approach with his help and I don't plan on being injured again hopefully ever.
 
My apologies for being inactive past 3 days, I’ve had a lot of stuff going on but all is good now. 2 days ago I went to the physio and he fingered my neck and back, hip and quads. He said was extremely tight and to stop doing cardio other then running and take a bit of time off going hard in the gym. I see him again in 2 days for some more fingering but he’s given me some exercises like hip thrusts and shrugs and rows which he wants me to do them all a certain way

Haha yea the sauna drains the fuck out of me and I’m ready to leave 15-20 minutes in, but it seems to help me sleep so I stay in longer
