Background

I'm starting out this phase in a much better spot than when I started 11 weeks ago. I have far more knowledge thanks to the EVO family and I'm excited about seeing where this will go.
If you don't know, I was sold some "Anavar" by a local guy that came recommended by several of my good friends and it turns out that it may not be that at all. I'm having it tested but the bloodwork makes us think it was Dianabol. And if you don't know, 11 weeks of Dbol is probably not good.. Anyway. Moving forward I'm working on bringing my body into harmony by reducing my physical load slightly in the gym from a 5 day lift schedule to a 3 day lift schedule and focusing on nutrition and health for the next 8 weeks.

Have you explored the idea of a very conservative, ongoing hgh addition to your trt? You seem like a well sorted, health conscious guy. 1 or two iu of gh as a compliment to trt I think would be subtle, but overtime absolutely amazing
Yeah that’s definitely been on my mind. I see a lot of folks on here doing it to great results. I’ve taken CJC1295/ipamorelin in the past but I assume taking gh would work a lot better.

You look great. Good base and muscle mass with low body fat and have lost the love handles and all muscle groups are showing from the rear. Great work!

This sucks but word on the street is that Primo/Mast/Anavar etc are all coming back now so this is likely not to happen again.

As per above 6.25mg e3d since nothing else on board is aromatizing now. Then bloods again in 3-4 weeks.

@toddthelineman is right for sure. If you're willing to commit to an 8-12 month run of it can really help with lipolysis and sleep but give it time, it's meant to start slow, work slow and shine after 6+ months.

Do you run it straight for the whole time? 8-12 months? I could commit to it for that time. I’d probably start with 1iu

Yes 100%. GH is not meant to be cycled like AAS or some peptides. If affordability is an issue or you're concerned about insulin resistance you can take the weekends off but 1-2iu ED over a long period is what's best.

Ive also heard that creatine is good at much higher doses that just 2-3g. Especially for brain performance and sleep. And ill have a look at the LMNT sachets as well - you take em intra workout?

Actually the creatine is a typo.. I take 10grams of that a day. 5 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon

And yes, I take one LMNT intra workout and then another later in the day. I usually add a little pinch of l-carnitine to it because I like the tartness it adds

love to see your new log :D @WillyT I would post blood work here please so its more updated on E2, get some aromasin in, and at your age stack the TRT with HGH tbh best way. I am starting to agree with @Doctakay its a must for over 40.

You are absolutely correct. With one exception, I know @US-pharmacies isn’t a trusted source yet but they have really good reviews from the guys here on this forum and I think they will be trusted very soon. They seem really intent on making a good impression here so I’ll take a chance on them. Otherwise, I won’t be buying anything if it’s not from the links above!

I’ve also learned the process for getting stuff tested by Janoshik, so you better believe that at the first suspicion that something isn’t right, I’m getting that stuff tested.

Background

I'm starting out this phase in a much better spot than when I started 11 weeks ago. I have far more knowledge thanks to the EVO family and I'm excited about seeing where this will go.
If you don't know, I was sold some "Anavar" by a local guy that came recommended by several of my good friends and it turns out that it may not be that at all. I'm having it tested but the bloodwork makes us think it was Dianabol. And if you don't know, 11 weeks of Dbol is probably not good.. Anyway. Moving forward I'm working on bringing my body into harmony by reducing my physical load slightly in the gym from a 5 day lift schedule to a 3 day lift schedule and focusing on nutrition and health for the next 8 weeks.

I don’t know about tremendous results yet brother. This 8 weeks phase is really just gonna focus on getting my bloodwork back up to par while keeping the gains I have made solid. I’m not backing off training by any means but I’m not expecting to get huge just yet. Once I start my blast phase after this one, I will be expecting some proverbial magic!!
I’ll call it a win if I maintain my current weight and don’t lose a bunch of lean tissue

My plan is to run the mk677 at 10mg in the evening for 2 months. I’m hoping it helps me sleep better. Then I’m thinking I’ll switch to full HGH when I start my blast and continue the Hgh for the rest of the year
 
Ok quick update on bloodwork. My doc ordered labs on my thyroid to see if my NP Thyroid is at the right dose and it looks like I’m a little on the low side so we’re going to up my dose from 60-90mg.
They also tested my testosterone and it’s lower than it was the week before. Seems like a waste that they didn’t. Heck my e2 at the same time.
I dosed 80mg test on Wednesday morning and they drew blood on Thursday afternoon. I didn’t know the were going to test it but now that they have I figured I’d document it here.

Good workout today. Got through it in good time so I added some ab work and the sauna after. I substituted my flat bench with incline I think I’ll keep doing that until my shoulder is better because it felt pretty good

I’ll tell you, that result on 80 mg per week is good — it shows you have clean receptors.


In my opinion, it would be fine to raise the dose by 20–30 mg, that would be the maximum. Remember, D‑bol has strong anabolic effects, and after stopping it, at such low weekly testosterone doses, total testosterone could drop, probably E2 too.

How are you feeling now?

Regarding the thyroid, that’s interesting. Do you have previous results? Often, when testosterone drops, T3 fractions can worsen. TSH is ok, so it’s likely a pituitary issue. It could be that if you slightly increase testosterone, T3 will improve 🙂

You know, I’m not that big of a fan of the T3 hormone. In my opinion, this medication is very heavily overused by doctors nowadays. Personally, I would increase the T4 dose by about 20 mg, add around 50 mg of zinc to the regimen, and 200 mcg of selenium — with the important rule that selenium should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach and not combined with zinc. That part is crucial.

On top of that, I’d add a good B-complex supplement, including 800 mcg of folate (or folic acid). I would run this combination for about 3–4 weeks and then repeat blood tests, so there would be no need to increase the T3 dose.

So the question is: how much vitamin D3 and K2 should I be taking, and should they be taken with meals?

Exactly what I was thinking. I don’t understand why my level is so low. The only thing I think it could be is that coming off the “Anavar”/Dianabol dropped my levels off. Those bloods were a week apart and almost exactly a week after I stopped the oral.

this is a good lesson that even pharma grade test doesnt mean you'll have high test levels, depends on your response

  • Winstrol is a DHT oral that does not aromatize, but it crushes SHBG (mine dropped to 20 nmol/L).
  • Lower SHBG = way more free testosterone floating around.
  • More free T = more gets converted into estradiol by aromatase.
  • My E2 hit 65 pg/mL on bloodwork… even though the Winstrol itself added zero estrogen.
    • That’s why the labs looked “high E2” but I had zero sides (no gyno, no bloat, libido still 10/10).
What i’m experiencing now (after dropping Winstrol + Proviron)
  • No more SHBG-crushing compounds.
  • My SHBG should already starting to climb back up.
  • Free T should be coming down to a normal level for my TRT dose.
  • E2 should be dropping naturally (no AI needed).
Result: I feel great, still horny as hell, training hard, sleeping well — exactly what I think a clean cruise should feel like. I’m not recovering from high estrogen. I’m just clearing the Winstrol-induced SHBG crash.

You look pretty good. Definitely a good base where you can maybe lean out a bit then do a lean gain phase.

How set are you on 3 x full body workouts per week? Is it a time issue. Yours are structured well but I'm not the biggest fan as you end up benching 3 times in 5 days or squaring twice and deadlifting in 5 days. Would you consider an upper/lower split?

I started training in 2017 and ended up going from 250lbs to 200lbs but I could never get any lower and I would fluctuate up to 212lbs. That’s basically where I stayed up until this last year in September. During that time I learned a lot of different types of strength training modalities and some were more effective than others. But I still couldn’t budge the needle very much. I certainly got stronger but I couldn’t really lean out. In November I found Tirzepatide and everything changed

I’m down to 13.3% now. I could lean out a bit but I’m not worried about that right now. I’m just hiding my time till I start a bulk cycle in a few weeks. I’m just trying to get my bloodwork better before I do after 12 weeks of winny

I’m only doing 3 days of lifting right now to reduce the intensity while my bloodwork levels out. As I ramp back up for a bulking phase I’ll move into a 6 day PPL split most likely. It will be getting warmer and I can do a pretty good leg day in my garage on Saturdays.

I'm looking forward to your next bloodwork. This is why Jano tests COMBINED with bloodwork and logs is what makes or breaks the quality of source. Pharma grade isn't the 'gold standard' as evidenced with your bloodwork.

Goblet squats are some of my favorites. @BigVelvetG this is a good alpha workout. I love to see leg training being pushed. You don't see that from most people. They don't know what old school training is.
