Health Stats Update:
- 49 yr old (50 yrs old in September 2026)
- BP just now 122/72
- BP on 22Feb 113/65
- RHR just now 77 bpm
- RHR on 22Feb 75 bpm
- WEIGHT: 195.7lbs (going down but muscle staying steady and always hard)
- BF%: 14.7 (according to somewhat inaccurate Renpho scale)
- BG: **Will be adding BG next log update and taking routinely to monitor**
Rx Meds Update:
All Rx meds reduction being supervised by both my military psychiatrist, provincial psychologist and addiction doctor
Dx 2014 Operator Syndrome - continued to operate until 2019 (lifelong therapy)
Dx 2019 Heart Failure - reduced ejection fraction (in remission)
Plan still is to titrate off all that is unnecessary
Valium dose and other changes will be highlighted in red as I drop down over the next 6 weeks
Valium titration update:
Diazepam (Valium) has been cut in half twice and will be titrating off over 6 weeks to avoid withdrawal. 10mg to5mg on 22Jan to
2.5mg on 06Feb then jump off at a later date

Rx Meds Comments:
- Rx med reduction is in full force where applicable and still going smoothly. No issues.
- Diazepam/Valium is gonna stay at 2.5mg til I jump off in due time - I went cold turkey off this in prison and it wasn't fun!
- Zoloft will be a slow taper over all of 2026 - currently at 150mg qhs
Dx 2019 Heart Failure - reduced ejection fraction (in remission) Update:
- ECG w/ contrast on Wednesday 14Jan - results and pics (if possible) to be included in log when available
- Called cardiologist office and left message on 15Feb - no call back yet
- Called cardiologist office and spoke with front desk on 24Feb - on cancellation list and appt. in April to discuss
Gyno Update:
- Had ultrasound of chest - called Doc and gyno confirmed, have to go back to get an ultrasound of a lipoma on my back (bigass zit full of white blood cells) as a precaution before appt. to discuss gyno (along with removal of lipoma)
- Still waiting for appointment for lipoma ultrasound

Minor injury update - right tricep/pec:
- Outer right pec getting pumped again almost at 75%
- Was able to do one set of normal dumbbell press weight
- Continuing single cable unilateral cross for right pec
- Bench press weight is down but I'm repping hard with drop sets til failure and using the bench machine that allows you to anchor the bar onto hinges at failure with a quick turn of the wrist

Training comments:
- Right pec is coming along feeling the pump again just not as much compared to left side and not same as before
- Right tricep is taking the brunt of the load on bench; if I wasn't on the machine the bar would be going up slanted
- 2nd set of dumbbell press wasn't happening even on first rep attempt

- 4 meals over 8 hours - eat at 11am/1pm/3pm/7pm
- Successfully reduced fats and increased carbs - feel harder and leaner
- Daily meals are no more than 10% outside the macros below including daily totals
- 16/8 fasting schedule
- This is a weekly update but I don't eat anything much off menu of these macros or food choices
- Meal#1 is biggest meal and Meal#4 was post workout meal today
- Meal#1 is usually the same and is in fridge ready for when I get back from morning work
