I’m 27, 179cm and currently weigh 116.5kg.
I’m aiming to compete in Season C 2027 in AUS. Plenty of time to put on some mass….

I started using PEDs in Nov 2024 and have kept my usage relatively low (until recently) under the guidance of a coach.
I was 130kg in Feb 2024 and cut down to 95kg by Dec 2024. I am now weighing 116.5kg with a lot more muscle.

Current cycle:
Test E 612mg p/w
EQ 420mg p/w

Training split:
Monday - legs and arms
Tuesday - back and chest
Wednesday - arms and delts
Friday - legs and arms
Saturday - lats and delts

Steps:
10k daily

Nutrition:
Training days - 3710cals, 236P, 580C, 40F.
Rest days - 2974cals, 275P, 322C, 59F

From next week I will be starting a 10 week mini cut while remaining on a high androgen load. I will be adding in HGH, Retatrutide, MOTSC and Clenbuterol.

I’m aiming to compete in Season C 2027 in AUS. Plenty of time to put on some mass….

I started using PEDs in Nov 2024 and have kept my usage relatively low (until recently) under the guidance of a coach.
I was 130kg in Feb 2024 and cut down to 95kg by Dec 2024. I am now weighing 116.5kg with a lot more muscle.

Current cycle:
Test E 612mg p/w
EQ 420mg p/w

Training split:
Monday - legs and arms
Tuesday - back and chest
Wednesday - arms and delts
Friday - legs and arms
Saturday - lats and delts

Steps:
10k daily

Nutrition:

Rest days - 2974cals, 275P, 322C, 59F

From next week I will be starting a 10 week mini cut while remaining on a high androgen load. I will be adding in HGH, Retatrutide, MOTSC and Clenbuterol.

Clen is great, no issues at all. Just bumped up to 80mcg today. Barely notice it tbh. Breathing feels better!

Geez mate that's some serious weight on the belt squat.... Particularly after all the other exercises! Love the two working sets with the second being a back-off as well.
