• Edema / water retention: A little bit worse at the moment with test increase - will settle down

Notes / Adjustments

• Great session today, hit a few PRs but more importantly, form is progressing, the same weights I am getting better connection and stretch from

• Sleep is not great at the moment, took a mirtazapine to sleep last night which has made me feel gross all day, wont be doing that again, hormones are moving which always happens to me when changing dose.



• 5800 calories at the moment, tracking the scale to see movement, would like this last 12 weeks to go to 113-114, but may be wishful thinking with minimal fat.



• Back into the swing of things now, log updates will be regular again.



@Norvex is sending me some dbol to help with my e2 issue I have been having, while I get everything dialled in, but I have been thinking about dbol pre workout - anyone have experience?



• Bloods will be on the 13th of March, for my 4 weekly check, not sure where we will sit - waiting for my HCT and RBC to go up from the Eq but hasnt happened yet. - E2 may not be the most accurate given my recent increase but I will at least see if its trending well.

I have a question, I have read been reading your log and still cant work it out...

E2, are you keeping it in check by slow ramping up of the test, or is there a other compound you are using?
I have had a really hard time with e2 man, I am on 400mg of eq and 400 mg of primo which has had me sitting quite low, I am now slowly ramping up the test using test e and test p to test the higher dosages, the eq and primo smashed my e2.

Welcome , and good to know about the eq and primo. Dont think ill ever get up to your level of use, but I plan to ramp up the test at somepoint and dont fancy using Ai's to control the E

• Sleep has been great - using @rsgx Elite Sleep Support, this is a great product and I highly endorse it, clean and smooth, quickly feel the difference. If anything its too strong haha



• Added 3iu of GH back in, dealing with water retention again, which will settle - I would like to titrate up to 10iu.



• I got my first couple bits of the bloods I did back - looking very good all things considered so far, when the full panel is back I will share them. But what I can say is my hct/rbc is well in line even with eq and lipids are solid.



• Scale weight is up to 113, but alot of fluid, I am gaining size though; I can see it through my chest and delts alot.



• Given how my bloods have come back; the plan is still to run this cycle to end of may, the bulk continues!

Some big weights in those workouts! Basically 50's for incline bench, 120 for pulldowns. Over 4 plates for hack squats!! How is that possible for a tall guy after the other squats??

Hahaha probably once in the day, I would of done a big full body session like that, but cutting it back has been something I have been trying to do, I just enjoy it so much, but yeah I have been making progress and still increasing the weights - Legs seem to be a strength of mine, they just get stronger every week

Did you ever get an update on your E2. I crashed mine pretty good and currently trying to recover. Actually following a lot of what you’re doing.

Noticed you dropped back down on the test so hoping everything is getting back to normal.
