Notes / Reflection
• First session back after the neck issue — took it smart and avoided anything that could aggravate it
• Skipped barbell benching for now, didn’t want that full body tension making things worse
• Overall the neck held up pretty well through the session, so that’s a good sign
• Just focused on movements that felt safe and still got a solid push workout in
• Strength felt decent considering the few days off — didn’t feel like I lost anything which is reassuring
• Food was good again today — protein high and meals easy to stick to
• Still keeping fats on the lower side, as I want the carbs for energy.
• Cardio still consistent — steps are just part of the routine now
• Good to receive the elite gut health + digestive enzymes from
@RGSX — keen to see how they go, especially with digestion and nutrient uptake with the higher protein intake
• Overall happy with how I handled today — didn’t rush back stupidly, just eased into it and got the work done
Peptides are on their way!
@War Born Peptides doesn't rest quick to get my stuff sent out. I will have the honour to try out — SS31 and MOTS-C. This will be a great partnership and a solid boost to my goals alongside the AAS cycle
