Just returned from a few painful days out of town working in a retirement village excavating a bunch of holes for bollard installs and dealing with old poeple trying to escape and help me do my job for some reason 😆 was pretty funny trip but was feeling hell tired from massive days then a drive home by the end.I should have done a chest and tricep session but ended up just going through a light lower sesh with the gf instead.

Vac excavators are life changing! I want one ssssoooooo bad!

I did a bunch of installs for old folks homes in Indianapolis years ago. It was… stressful, sometimes hilarious, super sad, disturbing, the whole thing.

I can just imagine running that vac after a big shoulder day like absolute torture hahaha
Yeah bro they change my life every day haha I get to work all peaceful and shit in a great mood then after 3 or so hours if im lucky life changes to pissed right fucking off! 😆 i might need a new profession soon.

The old poeples home is terrible i mean if they got absolutely no family then its a good idea but no one should be put in one for the end of their days,lol the 80 yr old guy who escaped out the compound to try help me was funny but lol I jumped into my truck to pull it forward a couple meters and look in my side mirror and the crazy fuck was hanging onto it...I like him to be honest still having a good go.

Its taken a bit to get used to the CPAP machine but finally my sleep has improved and recovery is alot better,haha yes the calories are going up my friend,I slow cooked 2.5kg of beef while sleeping last night,was pretty good for breakfast this morning,blast mode means gear,training and food to the extreme 💪

EQ is a solid option. Back in the day people didn't like it but now people love it.

Been feeling alot stronger after this cruize part of the log considering running low test and EQ for most of it,but as of tomorrow im adding NPP at around 200mg p/w to start off lol I cant just keep staring at all these NPP vials and scratching like a fiend!
 
I absolutely luv EQ my bro,cardiovascular benefits,Estro management and mad vascularity.I only ran it once so far in last log but had no problems at around 800mg p/w.
Yeah Equipoise is really getting popular plus it's not expensive.

I only seen it dosed at 400mg come from the GSL headquarters lol so you know the PIP is non existent....im not a good person to ask about PIP though im numb inside and out and luv daily 3ml test p shots lol probably that time I got smashed in the back of the head at a party with a full 40oz bottle i most likely should have gone to hospital and got stitched up instead of bleeding for 3 or so days lol but we live and learn I guess,and the guy who did it needed the stretcher and ICU more than me,so ask yourself is marshmonsta serious or just stupid from trauma to the head haha we will find out real soon i guess.

Sitting at 105kg atm bro so not much action on the mass over past 6 weeks but now I actually push some food from here on out and get the ball rolling lol I think my tendons and ligaments are ready for another bashing at this stage. 😉

Thanks bro i got a little ahead of myself this week just testing where im at before I added NPP in and dialled it all up a notch lol yes my quads are cooked today but I'll be back tomorrow for total shoulder warfare.

Im honestly just firing up the engines lev and training is going to get a lot more wild trust me 😃 the chips are in and its all or nothing!...smith declines always for the win for me followed by cable fly to finish gets a nice pump,but that was yesterday and in the past today is the focus lol I also took the day of work because I couldn't be fucked and would rather hit a back/bicep session instead.
