Kind of in a weird spot coming into the summer - I leaned out far quicker than I anticipated. I didn't think I would be this lean until June. Ideally I would like stay as lean as possible for the warm months - so I am hesitant to do anything too drastic with macros/calories. This is the first summer in like a decade that I am looking forward to not wearing a shirt, so I don't want to squander it ๐Ÿคฃ

Going to reevaluate in 4 weeks and see what the body comp trends look like - if I can give the macros a bit of a bump without worry, I definitely will.

And we are off to the races! I am continuing to feel better after falling victim to the last gasps of the winter season with a nasty head/chest cold. It has just about purged from the system. Hallelujah - that was a very shitty 5 days.

Had a solid pull day. I forgot how wonderfully hard Anavar hits pre workout - even with some lingering sickness, I felt unstoppable. I cant wait to dose this when I am fully recovered.

@US-pharmacies makes some solid products - the pinning has been issue free. Nice smooth pushes, and I have not experienced any discomfort with the largest boluses I have injected in my PED journey so far.

All macro, fluid and vice count goals met.

For those new to my log - I am in the process of cutting down my caffeine intake, and on the road to kicking a nasty nicotine habit. I keep track of these little vices for personal accountability.

And we are off to the races! I am continuing to feel better after falling victim to the last gasps of the winter season with a nasty head/chest cold. It has just about purged from the system. Hallelujah - that was a very shitty 5 days.

Had a solid pull day. I forgot how wonderfully hard Anavar hits pre workout - even with some lingering sickness, I felt unstoppable. I cant wait to dose this when I am fully recovered.

@US-pharmacies makes some solid products - the pinning has been issue free. Nice smooth pushes, and I have not experienced any discomfort with the largest boluses I have injected in my PED journey so far.

All macro, fluid and vice count goals met.

Hell yeah brother. I quit tobacco in probably 2018 and have basically quit alcohol since the end of 2024. I still never officially say ive quit. But I haven't had a drink in at least a year now.

Rest day from the gym, but not from life. I picked up an overtime shift - because nothing says "recovery" like replacing squats with responsibilities. Not exactly a full day of relaxation, but at least I'm only lifting things emotionally and/or professionally :ROFLMAO:

I've been seeing a lot of epic leg workouts the past few days, which is equal parts motivating and mildly concerning for my ability to walk in the in the near future. Its doing its job though - I am definitely fired up for my own session tomorrow.

All nutritional goals met.

BP is slightly elevated compared to recent baseline. Will continue monitoring to assess trends, especially with the introduction of new compounds and increased dosages.

Oh god, I have become a professional at bladder control - I think everyone who is in our line of work does hahah. And we both know the urgent calls get dispatched right when the bladder starts talking to you ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ I know all the secret spots for urgent needs in the city.

Sunday is weigh in day and blood marker day for me - all looks good on that front.

Had an absolutely dialed leg day. Squats felt strong, and I finally threw 225 on the bar to see what would happen- ended up hitting 5 clean, ass to grass reps. Couldn't be happier with that. Squats have always been a weak point for me, so this is a legit milestone. Might not turn heads with the monster leg guys here, but its a big win on my end. Leg presses felt just as solid, and got in some planks for @LevButlerov

Had an absolutely dialed leg day. Squats felt strong, and I finally threw 225 on the bar to see what would happen- ended up hitting 5 clean, ass to grass reps. Couldn't be happier with that. Squats have always been a weak point for me, so this is a legit milestone. Might not turn heads with the monster leg guys here, but its a big win on my end. Leg presses felt just as solid, and got in some planks for @LevButlerov

With the current lineup and dosages I am pinning, calling this TRT would beโ€ฆ generous at best. So I am closing down my TRT log and officially kicking off a new summer cycle log.

The objective is simple: achieve stellar aesthetics, lean into some confidently short shorts that probably qualify as a personal decision, and make it look like it was all easy.

Next on the agenda: addressing the aggressively pale Midwest winter Skin. A strategic transition to "heavily bronzed" is in order.

Had an absolutely dialed leg day. Squats felt strong, and I finally threw 225 on the bar to see what would happen- ended up hitting 5 clean, ass to grass reps. Couldn't be happier with that. Squats have always been a weak point for me, so this is a legit milestone. Might not turn heads with the monster leg guys here, but its a big win on my end. Leg presses felt just as solid, and got in some planks for @LevButlerov

Rounded out the day with brunch with family and some downtime - had one of the best quiches I've ever eaten. There is pre-shift workout on the docket for tomorrow, and sleep still sits at the top of the priority list. So I am logging off before the sun calls me out for trying to outshine it ๐ŸŒž

I've got a real love/hate thing going on with these 3am pre-shift workouts. On one hand, the gym is empty - no crowds, no waiting, full freedom to run supersets like a madman without catching passive-aggressive side eye from anyone. It's peaceful chaos, and I'm here for it.

On the other hand....that 2:45am alarm is borderline disrespectful. It hits so early my cats don't even bother trying to hustle me for treats. They just crack an eye open, take one glance at their clearly unwell father, and go right back to sleep - exactly what I wish I could be doing. But off to the gym I go to earn the gains.

Good upper day - nothing of particular note.
All nutritional goals met.
All health metrics in range.
Overall solid day my friends.

I've got a real love/hate thing going on with these 3am pre-shift workouts. On one hand, the gym is empty - no crowds, no waiting, full freedom to run supersets like a madman without catching passive-aggressive side eye from anyone. It's peaceful chaos, and I'm here for it.

On the other hand....that 2:45am alarm is borderline disrespectful. It hits so early my cats don't even bother trying to hustle me for treats. They just crack an eye open, take one glance at their clearly unwell father, and go right back to sleep - exactly what I wish I could be doing. But off to the gym I go to earn the gains.

Good upper day - nothing of particular note.
All nutritional goals met.
All health metrics in range.
